We recently purchased a new bed at the Normal Il Denver Mattress. My son had recently purchased a bed there and I was so impressed with the service he received I decided to purchase one for our home too. Our salesman was Chad, He was a great individual to work with. No high pressure sales like other stores I had shopped. I was originally going to have our bed delivered, then decided to pick it up myself, Chad was very polite, refunded the delivery fee and helped me load my purchase. I can’t say enough for how well we were treated and how well we love our new bed. Thanks so much Chad.

If you want outstanding service, I recommend Denver Mattress, Normal, IL. We bought a Denver Mattress 8 years ago and have loved it. It started sagging and I contacted manager, Matt, about the warranty. That was Monday. By 5 pm Tuesday, we had purchased a new mattress and received credit for the full price of the old mattress. You cannot have better service than that. We will, definitely, be doing more business with Denver Mattress. They stand by their products and offer outstanding service. Thank you!

We shopped several places for mattresses and our best experience was with Chad at Denver Mattress. He was so helpful and we truly appreciated going through the showroom and testing out the beds and not being pressured to purchase any of them. His customer service is second to none. Thank you, Chad! Can't wait to get our new mattress!

I was happy with my mattress purchase for many reasons. Chad the sales person was very knowledgeable and not aggressive. He answered all of my questions and was very considerate. He was very patient while I tried out several mattresses several times. I appreciate the 15 year warranty. The delivery schedule is very flexible. I had originally gone to consumer reports and Denver mattress had one of their top rated mattresses.

The service was wonderful and helped with information on product. Can't wait to receive our bed.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY GONE TO ANOTHER MATRESS STORE AND ,DENVER NOT ONLY GAVE ME A BETTER PRICE BUT I ALSO GOT FREE PILLOWS !!! THE SERVICE WAS AWSOME.

The salesman we were approached by was wonderful. He knew a lot about the product. He owned the product we were looking at and his advice was very helpful. He even helped the warehouse staff load our purchase. Our only complain is when we got home we found out that there was more features than stated.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We had shopped around a bit before coming to furniture row, so had an idea of cost comparison. We feel like we got a great deal, and we feel good about our purchase. Our sales person was Matt, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We will definitely use furniture row for future purchases.

I went on the hunt for a new extra firm mattress. Denver mattress was the ONLY store in town that had them on display. They had 2 on the floor. One under $1000, one under $2000. They both were quality Simmons products. I ended up with the higher priced one because I could actually feel the difference. The salesperson, Matt, was very easy to work with. I was at the store twice, 90 minutes the second time and I was allowed to test the mattresses hassle free. On the price, there was no price break. I paid the list price for it (as noted on the Simmons website). They threw in 2 pillows valued at $100 a piece. Right, what pillow is worth $100 unless it has gold stitching with embedded diamonds.... :-) I would definitely recommend Denver Mattress. There are other places in BN to purchase mattresses but none felt as professional as Denver Mattress.

I haven't bought a new bed for about 10 years. When my wife and I went into Denver Mattress, we had no idea about the difference between beds. We made an appointment to talk with an expert, and when we arrived we were greeted with a smiling face. Our representative listened to our sleeping patterns and our specific needs. We were led around to different beds to try out. We did not feel like we got pushed into the sale of a certain bed. Not knowing anything about beds, we had a lot of questions and every one of them was answered perfectly. We would highly recommend Denver Mattress to anyone because they give friendly service, as well as having knowledgeable staff and a great selection.

Denver Mattress has great service. We had questions deciding between twin beds for our son and were guided through the process. We were treated like we mattered and it was a great experience.

Matt Gordon helped us as we tried out mattresses and foundations. . Matt did not pressure us but did give us information. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us plenty of time and attention but also allowed us to look on our own. Great service!

The price on our mattress purchase was very good, and all of the staff assisted us enthusiastically, and without pressure to buy that day. Have no complaints whatsoever.

The store manager was informative but not pushy. Selection was good and we were encouraged to take our time and to shop around. When compared to other mattress companies, Denver was a much better value. Delivery personnel were very pleasant and efficient. We are confident the mattress will suit our needs.

The sales manager was exceptionally friendly. He seemed knowledgeable about the products and didn't hover, which is a plus, while I was browsing out the mattresses in my price range. I wish there would have been more to choose from, but I found one that I did like. I love the 100% guarantee so I know if this isn't the mattress for me I can return it for replacement or full refund. That synched my business right there. I can't wait for it to be delivered so I can see if I sleep like a baby again!

tried to buy a mattress cover. Was told they had it in stock, spent 20+ minutes looking, even checked display items. Had to order it, will take 2 weeks! Must go to store then they will ship it to us? Not good customer service.

Went into this store to look for a new mattress. Was greeted when I walked through the door, Salesman Brad told me about the offers and sales going on and left us alone. After looking through the store for a little he came back and helped me with the questions I had. I went home got my truck and came back to purchase a mattress. After I got through the paper work up front I drove around back where I was told I could put my old mattress in the dumpster and get my new one. As I drive around back and pull up to the dumper someone yelled what I was doing. I explained that I purchased a new mattress and was throwing my old one away. He said okay and walked back inside. As soon as I get the mattress in the dumpster I get into my truck to back up to the door. I notice a shipment truck pulling in so I’m waiting for the truck to pass and the same guy that asked me what I was doing (Robert) came out yelling saying that I needed to get out of there and that this is a business they are trying to run. That’s no way to treat a customer who has just spent a lot of money there. I asked my salesman who that guy was and he was a manager! I was extremely un happy by the end of this experience.
