We just purchased a Doctors Choice Elite Soft Split King size bed with an adjustable bed frame. We also purchased pillows and linens. Ray, from Denver Mattress, greeted us with a friendly smile as soon as we walked through the door. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we had to try all the different options of beds out. He took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. We feel very fortunate to have worked with him. We highly recommend!

President's Day Sale Purchase
I recently purchased a Serta mattress and a Perth sectional from the Furniture Row/ Denver Mattress. I primarily got help from Elizabeth who was AMAZING! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient as well as attentive. She wrote out all my potential discounts, and was committed to making sure I understood my options. As a graduate student my finances are tight. Having the option to finance my couch and mattress at 0% interest for 36 months made the difference between being able to afford quality furniture and not. I am someone who firmly believes in quality not quantity, and I feel like I got quality products at a great price. I couldn't be more excited for my items to arrive! Great customer service
We worked with Eric. He was super friendly, nice and honest. I really appreciated his knowledge and understanding. We ended up with a Purple 3. I originally ordered a 4 but called and changed it and Eric was more than happy to update my order and made me feel accommodated and satisfied. So happy!!

Best mattress store in Missoula
We went to many mattress stores in town and purchased 2 beds from Denver Mattress after walking into the store and talking with the sales person for 5 minutes. Mattress' were the best price, and the sales lady helped us find just the styles we needed.

We were delighted with our salespersons knowledge of all the mattress products, types, firmness, warranty, service. She asked questions to lead us to several choices that might fit our sleep habits and showed us several alternatives. Positive, low pressure experience.

Quick and easy
I knew i wanted to purchase a full size bed for my kids. I called and Eric was very helpful over the phone. When I came in to actually complete my purchase he remembered me and even let my toddler jump on the bed, for testing reasons! :) The representative helped me find the best deal and I am happy with the purchase we made.

Great Store
My wife and I went into the store knowing that we were going to buy a Tempurpedic, but it was not a guarantee we would be buying it at Denver Mattress. Our salesman, Will, was the reason we ended up buying from Denver Mattress. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was not pressuring us into buying. He was able to answer all of our questions without having to talk to anyone else, or look up the answer online.
The store was clean and felt comfortable.

Fantastic
The service we received when looking not for just one mattress but two was fantastic. We were looking for a split king size bed that raised and lowered head and foot and was able to narrow our selection down with the expertise help of our sales person. I'll be back in 20 years when I need a new matress
This was the first time I had been shopping for a mattress. We went to the Denver Mattress that is in Furniture Row on Reserve. The salesman was very helpful, kind, attentive to our needs, and not pushy in the least. We had to get a new bed as well as a new mattress, and the best part was when the two different salespeople from the two different stores on Furniture Row worked together to ensure financing synched. we didn't have to deal with any of that, they did it for us to make sure we got just one bill with similar financial structure for both stores. I'm looking forward to our new bed coming in and getting a better night's sleep!

Painless Shopping!
I admit, I hate to shop! Even for things I like and need. Denver Mattress and their staff, Will was our salesman, made it almost fun. No pressure, great patience and knowledge. Denver Mattress
We had a great experience at Missoula's Denver Mattress. We were looking for a queen set mattress and box springs. We were greeted warmly by Michael Schwartz. I have been in sales my entire career and I was impressed by the way Michael listened, without interruptions, as we described what we were trying to accomplish. He is very knowledgeable and came across as high credible. He knew his products and described them clearly.

Denver Mattress Missoula
I walked into the store and was greeted by Grayson. He showed us the selection. There were all the major brands of beds. He was very knowledgeable and and all our questions. The only negative was that the store was a little cold for all. But that happens in the middle of winter.

showroom or storeroom??
On a recent trip to Missoula store, I was disappointed in the condition of the store. The "showroom" was looking more like the "storeroom". There were boxes, disassembled furniture, bare shelving, and no prices on many displays. Overall, the store appeared more disorganized and in disarray than I have ever seen it.
The sale staff have always been very helpful, and that has not changed. But the messiness and disorganization of the store was very unappealing and definitely impacted my desire to purchase anything.
