My husband and I really shopped around, did our homework but everywhere we went we'd get different answers each time. Then we walked into Lebeda. Donna was quick to help and for the first time, someone took time to listen to exactly what we wanted in a bed. Unlike a lot of sales people we dealt with while shopping for mattresses, Donna didn't go the most expensive one but the one that was perfect for us. We ended up buying a Queen Heritage Plush Hybrid Set. The entire experience was funl. Who would have thought that mattress shopping could be fun? Donna was wonderful and delivery was quick too. THANK YOU DONNA! I'VE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT SINCE WE GOT OUR NEW BED!

I have used Denver Mattress now for 3 of my beds that I have. I have always gotten a good and fair price. I also have always gotten very good customer service. This last time I had went with a friend who was wanting a mattress. Two weeks later I returned and the salesperson remembered me and knew immediately what my choices were. This made the buying experience much more relaxes for me.

I stopped in to check out what was available for mattresses and Greg immediately helped me. He explained what new technology was out there and compared it to what we bought eight years ago. His explanation was simple yet thorough. I brought my husband back and he went through everything again and answered all our questions. We never once felt pressured to purchase!! We ended up buying that evening and can't wait until it is delivered.

We went into the store twice to buy a new bed. The customer service was great and they answered all of our questions when we had them. They weren’t pushy and let us decide what we wanted to do over a few days and didn’t bother us, by calling everyday, and trying to persuade us into buying when we weren’t ready. The salesman even sent us a card in the mail, thanking us for coming in and if we had any other questions, please let him know. Great customer service.

We thought we had picked out a bed at another store but wanted to check prices at Denver Mattress. Instead, we chose an entirely different bed, one that seemed more comfortable, but with similar construction and a much lower price. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Craig. He asked what we were looking for in regards to firmness of mattress so he could direct us to the right bed. Gave us background on the Denver mattress as well as a competitor's mattress. We decided to go with Denver Mattress because the customer service was over and above the other two places we visited. HIGHLY recommend Denver Mattress for anyone that's in the market for a new mattress!!

My wife and I went to Denver Mattress last Monday to find a new bed. We found a couple that we liked. We were helped by Greg who was very friendly and very knowledgeable and after visiting a few other places in town DM had the best deal and great products. We purchased a bed and adjustable bed frame. My husband and I were in need of a new mattress and started our research process by visiting with Denver Mattress. Craig, the salesperson that helped us, was extremely knowledgeable and shared with us the differences and benefits of the various products. We left feeling comfortable knowing which mattress we felt would best meet our needs. With a purchase this expensive, we wanted to check at least two other companies. After visiting the competitors, we return to Denver Mattress with additional questions for Craig. Again, he was extremely helpful and professional. We've purchased 3 beds from this Denver Mattress Company location over the years. We've never been disappointed and the employees have always been really helpful without being too pushy!

First of all, this is not my first time at Furniture Row or specifically Denver mattress. This is my second mattress purchase. Garrett was very helpful and not pushy. I told him I was pleased with the pricing and most likely would be back and I did come back. The day after purchasing my mattress, I received a Consumer Reports envelope full of information on various products. One being a comparison of mattresses. Doctor's Choice mattresses are just a good as most of the competition including the over priced ones on the market. Felt assured that I once again made the right decision.

Everyone was super friendly and really informative. They greated you as soon as you walked in the door and answered all of the questions that we had. Had a wide selection of just about everything and they knew a lot about all of their products. They where patient when we had an issue with our card and didn't make it feel like it was a nuisance. Super friendly workers.

I made a couple trips to Furniture Row and was pleased with the mattress selections available for purchase. I especially appreciated the sales person sharing information on the beds in an educational, but non-pushy manner. There was no pressure to buy, but a focus on helping my husband and I find the bed that fit our needs best. I recommend others shop for mattresses at this store.

JUST PURCHASED A DOCTORS CHOICE ELITE PLUSH the sales people were very nice, not pushy, didn't just talk to push the features and benifits, i'll return to this review in 6 months, to give a review if the mattress has sagged, which they seem to do in 6 mos time period

Matt was my salesperson and was very professional and attentive to my needs. I haven't received my mattress yet but was assured that I would have 4 months to make sure it was the best product for us. I would recommend this store to friends!

My husband & I were looking for a new mattress. We go to Furniture Row for most of our home furnishing needs. We have bought 2 couches, 1 set of theatre room sectional, 2 recliners, 2 mattresses, a large coffee table, & 2 paintings. Our last mattress salesman was extremely knowledgeable and related to our needs. He pointed us in the right direction, gave us the info and then let us have our space to discuss. I really enjoy going to places where the salesman doesn't hover but is yet attentive making this definitely the place to go! Thanks!

Very helpful explaining all the pros and cons of every mattress.

We were looking for a new mattress. Our salesman was very knowledgeable on all the different options. With his help we decided to go with a Serta memory foam mattress. The part we liked the best was the 1 year trial period at no extra cost. That was the best out of all the mattress company's in the area that we were able to find. Art Van Furniture was going to charge us $150 just for 30-60 days(didn't have the best experience there). We also like the free delivery and take away of your old mattress. We live 40 miles away from the store, which saved us a trip to pick up or just nice not to be charged for it. Location of the store was conveniently located on the outskirts of town off of a bypass. Overall had a good experience and the salesman was very helpful.

Shopping during a snow storm and I wanted a no nonsense experience. My questions were answered promptly. The only reason I did not give the experience a 5 was the mattress was not in stock and had to be ordered.

I had been in several times at Denver Mattress over the last month, trying to find the right mattress. After the first visit, the associate I worked with helped me narrow down the options to two selections -- both were Denver Mattress brands. After Receiving a flyer about an upcoming promotion, I was prompted to return to the store and make a decision. There was a small discount on the mattress, and an additional promo allowing for $200 in "extras." I previously had a FR card, so I was set up with 4-years no interest and will receive the new mattress in about 2 weeks! A great experience with no pressure to purchase from the associates that helped me. Can't wait for the new bed to come in!

No follow up calls, they don't return you call either. Had to physically go in.

We purchased a Beautyrest mattress from Marion 9/13/15. It has subsequently started to feel and sound like it is stuffed with straw. We brought to the attention of two salesman who both said it was probably the box springs. It is NOT the box springs. We tried to find a suitable replacement, but could not. It appears we are stuck with it.

While our experience in-store shopping was okay, the pickup was a disaster. We were told that we could pick up any day as long as we gave advance notice. We were told that warehouse staff were limited on certain days, but they assured us that we could still pick up at any time they were open. When I called to arrange the time I was reassured yet again that it would be disassembled and ready for pickup in our personal vehicle on the arranged day. When we arrived.... all they had done was move the bed from one location to another in the store. They refused to help with disassembly or loading. Will not return.

To make a long story short, we gave them another chance after a bad experience 5 years ago and now will never go back. We still don't have our furniture a week after it was supposed to be delivered, we are sitting here 1 month after our purchase and there is still a question mark and no answers as to when it would be delivered because they failed to have another delivery company set up and ready to go before the previous contract expired. Greg our salesman was great, but Evan (Asst Mgr) had an attitude with me in 2 differant conversations with him, in fact when telling him I was going to make a call to the corporate office in regards to the situation he said " Have fun with that." The Manager Steven failed to return calls that were promised in keeping me abreast of the situation regarding the new delivery company. We just requested our money back and will go elsewhere.
