I am so happy with our visit to Furniture Row. We received a friendly greeting from the Store Manager Erika David, the minute we walked in. She let us know she was there to help but did not hover over us or be pushy. When we explained we were looking for a matching piece to a living room set we purchased at a store that went out of business, she went to work immediately trying to locate a piece that would work. She printed off photos, with options, and pricing and let us take them with us. She was so friendly and made us feel like she truly wanted to help us. The store was well stocked and looked great too. We will be back once we make up our minds.
I recommend Furniture Row in Marion and ask for Erika, she is the best!

We had looked for a new dining room table and Zac P. was relaxed (the store was super busy and he didn’t let that bother him), very informative, easy to get along with, and just made the entire process from beginning to end very easy and smooth. The set we had picked out only had 5 chairs so we even ordered a 6th. When it comes time for my new couch I will 100% be back in to see Zac!

I am very impressed with this store and FR in general. I bought a recliner online and was very disappointed when it arrived. I called and they sent me to this store to pick out a replacement. Camerin helped me locate the chair I wanted and gave me all the info I needed. I called FR Online and talked to Justina again and she set up a date to exchange the chairs and even got some money back on my card. they truly do go out of the way to please their customers!

We bought a sectional that we were unhappy with. They made it right and let us exchange for something different even though we had the sectional for almost a year. I was shocked by that offer! I was expecting to hear the dreaded "past the timeframe window" for an exchange. Can't wait for our new set to arrive. Everyone at Furniture Row was super helpful and friendly. They didn't push us towards something at a higher price, let us shop at our leisure, and were they to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

We purchased our sectional and love it. The quality is great, the service we received during our shopping experience, as well as setting up the delivery and the delivery itself was very professional and everyone we worked w/ was kind and courteous. Highly Recommend
We were needing new living room furniture and weren't sure on what we wanted. Furniture Row had a wide selection which allowed us to really try and consider a lot of different options. They had friendly staff walking around that was there is you needed them but they also let you be if you were wanting to just look around, which is what we initially did.
The checkout process was easy and quick and all options for ordering, delivery, financing, etc were explained very well!
We ended up purchasing both a couch and a recliner and felt they were of great quality and good value for the price.

Perfect Experience
I had been shopping around for some furniture for my new place and I wish that I would have started here. Jason greeted me when I came in the door and broke down the showroom for me so I knew where to go to find what I wanted. I wandered for a bit and checked things out for myself. After about 30 minutes of sitting on 50 different couches Jason came over to check in on me. He then recommended the most perfect couch for me! I fell in love with it immediately. After all was said and done, I will be moving into my new home with a new sectional, a beautiful sofa table, and the perfect dining table and chairs. I got signed up for a Furniture Row Platinum card and won't be paying any interest for 4 years! I definitely feel like I got great products at a great value and I left with 100% confidence in my selections. Absolutely wonderful experience all the way around, I will be back and I will be recommending Jason and Furniture Row to everyone! 10 out of 10!

Fantastic Value, Evan is Awesome
My partner and I were looking to purchase a mattress, and had no idea where to start. We went to Denver Mattress, and told that same thing to an employee.
The employee my partner and I worked with was very kind and professional; he conducted a mattress test, showing us how we each respond to different mattress of different firmness levels. He didn't try to highball us with stuff we didn't need; simply elaborated on the differences between the mattresses we tried, allowing us to make our own decision about what we wanted to purchase. This employee's name is Evan; he will make sure you have a great experience!
The delivery was quick, and the boys set it up exactly where we wanted them to.
At the end of the day, Evan set us up with a marvelous bed and base for an outstanding price, and the delivery was courteous.

Great Experience purchasing from Kelsie
We enjoyed our shopping experience at all of the stores on Furniture Row. We had tentatively chosen a leather reclining group but wanted to give it a little more thought. Kelsie gave us a description sheet for the set we liked and took our phone number so she could follow up on any sales coming up. She called a week later when we could take advantage of a double sale, we purchased, and saved some extra money too! Will definitely shop here again.

Great customer service experience
We went into Furniture Row for the first time and found the staff to be very patient and kind. We did not feel they were trying to get us to buy anything we did not need or want, but let us decide, then were there when we needed them. Furniture row is our new favorite store! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and told the sale going on that weekend! Great Experience
We went into Oak Express looking for a bedroom set for our daughter. After spending hours browsing the store, we finally selected our set. The salesperson put the piece on hold so we could come back in a couple days. When we returned, we ended up purchasing a whole new dining set along with the bedroom piece. Wonderful experience, and great value.

Purchased a table and chairs from Oak Express last year, came with warranty. Some of the chairs had gotten scuffed up as well as a small area on the table. They replaced the chairs with brand new ones and asked if we wanted to replace the table. We asked about getting a credit towards a new set of table and chairs we wanted to purchase. They had no problem with doing that. Cody Keyes, our salesperson gave us a very substantial credit to use. We picked up our new table and chairs today and for a misunderstanding in the price, he gave us an extra chair! The warehouse was closed today, but Cody helped load everything anyway. He never argued with us and he treated us great! I will absolutely recommend Cody at Oak Express (Furniture Row) to anybody and we continue to be a loyal customer.

Quick and easy!
We needed a new chair for our living room and had done a lot of online "looking" for what fit our needs. Furniture Row had the chair we ultimately chose and when we went there, they had one on the floor so we could sit on it. The sales person was very nice, answered all our questions, and we left about 45 minutes later with 12 months interest free financing. It was a great experience! It seems every time we try to buy something we get stuck there for hours, but not at Furniture row. We will be repeat customers!

Excellent Experience
I stopped by Sofa Mart Friday to browse for a new living room set. There was a lot to look at and Elizabeth gave me all the time I needed to browse. We have been looking for a sectional with recliner's. When we walked into Furniture Row, Brent was there to help answer any questions we had with absolutely no pressure . He even let us take home a piece of the sofa to see if the color would work in our living room. We came back a few hours later and ordered from him along with a beautiful rug I found. We were very disappointed in our last furniture purchase from another store. We decided to give furniture row a shot when it came to purchasing our new dinning room chairs. Our first stop several months ago was so amazing we ended up leaving with chairs, a new bedroom set, and a new mattress and couldn't be happier! When it came to looking for a new couch we knew right where to start. The staff at sofamart helped us find exactly what we were looking for and even helped us extend our credit line to add a few extra pieces we didn't know we needed.
