Aaron was the nicest person to deal with. He answered all our questions about the two mattresses we purchased. He helped with our selection of accessories giving us details on each item so we could choose what was best for us. I can’t thank him enough for making or purchase easy and fun.

Joshua and Jamie delivered my mattress sets of two!!! These young men were awesome!!! They made sure each item was placed to perfection. professional, kind and aware of my needs as a customer. you don’t always have someone as these young men delivering your furniture. shot out to excellence in their job!!!!

Smooth purchase experience
We purchased a new Purple mattress last week and so far have had a great experience. We have not received our mattress yet so this is strictly a review of our buying experience. Chris was very knowledgeable but not pushy. He answered all of our questions and gave us time to decide if we were going to make the purchase that day or wait.

Chris went the extra mile for me and helped me obtain a repair part. He was super responsive - first by phone, then by email, then in person. Extremely helpful!

My experience is always awesome when I go to Denver Mattress. My last visit the manager Chris took very good care of my wife and I, his knowledge helped pick the best mattress for us. If you're gonna travel to Denver Mattress I definitely recommend that you ask for Chris you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

selection and price
The store selection and the prices were beyond belief. Most times when you see the advertisements about stores on tv or online, the things said are usually exaggerated or inaccurate. However, I found what I saw and experienced at Furniture Row, to be exactly what the advertisement said it would be, an Amazing experience. The prices were decent. The people were cordial, easy to talk to, no hassle conversation. It was a totally stress free experience. I loved it. When I need furniture again, whatever it is, I am going to furniture row first.

Store and Mattress
We went to the Madison , Al. Denver mattress to look and try out the Arapaho mattress after reading on line reviews, the sales lady was very helpful and showed us several mattresses that were in the style we were looking at. She was wonderful! We ended up getting the Doctor's Choice Euro Top, and so far it has been great! From the first night I woke up with no back pain! I will definitely will recommend this mattress and store to all!

Read Consumer Reports
I had read the comparison and ratings done by Consumer Reports so I thought I would check them out. After stopping by and throughout testing the Denver Mattress brands I ended up buying two queen sets. The staff was very helpful and patient and I can't wait for my new mattress.

This was a very pleasant experience. The store had a great selection of mattresses in their showroom and in stock in their warehouse. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and courteous, the warehouse staff was quick to help with loading our selection for me. Very good impression overall.

Excellent customer service
I was looking for a hard to find item. I had been all over Huntsville with no luck. The Madison location did not have any in stock but Chris spent 30 minutes checking other locations until he found some. He even had the store manager at the other location send a photograph so I could see the item to ensure it was what I was looking for. Outstanding service.

Mattress shopping
After visiting four other mattress stores, we decided to try Furniture row in Madison. We had the best experience. Not only did you find what we wanted, it was 900 dollars cheaper than what we were going to pay at other locations. The staff was extremely helpful and we got to take our purchase home the same day. Other stores wouldn't deliver for 7 days. Furniture row will be the only place we shop for furniture. We love our new Denver mattress.

Extremely Helpful
I am new to the area and needed a mattress. I was going to order online, but it stated there would be a 2-3 week delivery time. I called the store and Chris was very nice; he told me they had everything in stock and I could have delivery in as early as 3 days!! Furniture Row is very concerned about customer satisfaction and their return policy is great. I really like Furniture Row's massive selection and will likely use them again for future furniture and mattress needs.

Me and my wife have had lower back pain and snoring issues for years we decided to look at adjustable beds. after looking and pricing at different stores I went to our local Denver Mattress. Chris the SM was my salesman I told him of my issues and he showed me the adjustable beds and fixed me up. I can say this is the best bed we have ever owned. WE could tell a difference after the first night my back does not hurt me when I first get out of the bed not to mention Denver Mattress has the best prices in town saved a lot of money shopping there. Thank you Chris for your help in getting the best night's sleep we have had in years.

I wish I had visited sooner!
We stopped by around 6:00 Wednesday night; Desiree (sp?) helped us. We needed everything -- mattress, foundation, pillows, mattress cover, pillow cover, sheets, etc. She answered every single question we had and never made us feel like anything we asked was ignorant. We never felt pressured, and she took her time with us; this is a huge, major purchase! We really appreciate her consideration, and I even saved some money! I'm a fan of the rewards program, as well. Run, don't walk, to visit Denver Mattress!
