Erik is an outstanding and excellent employee. He was so pleasant and so patient with me while I was there shopping for my twin mattress. All I knew is that I needed a new mattress without springs that weren't going to be poking at me any longer. He was great though, He knew exactly what questions to ask me to help me decide exactly what would work best for me. Then had me try about 3 different mattresses out to get a feel for each and every one to make sure I knew what I liked. It what a fantastic experience. Thank you Erik Bull from Diann.

Denver Mattress in Lone Tree is wonderful. Last October my husband and I purchased a mattress. After time, we realized that the mattress was not right for us. When we went into Denver Mattress, Steve Holland helped us find the perfect mattress. Steve was very helpful and attentive. He listened to our concerns and what support our bodies need. Steve provided us with several different options. Within these options, he explained to us how they work well for people that have back issues and sleep in several positions. My husband and I were able to find a wonderful fit to our needs. We highly recommend Denver Mattress in Lone Tree and Steve Holland.

My husband and I were in the Lone Tree store to buy a sheet set for our reclining bed. We were met by Michael K, Manager. He asked us what we were needing and he explained thoroughly the difference between the thread of the sheets and any other questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Recently my fiancé and I were in need of purchasing a new bed, frame and another top mattress. I did look at reviews that had been posted on line and was hesitate to visit the store but we thought we would give Denver Mattress an opportunity to earn our business. We were both impressed with the time and care Barry Hansen gave us. He is extremely knowledgeable about their products and the industry. He helped guide me to the right bed for me and showed us mattresses in every price point. We did purchase a top mattress/box springs and queen frame that day and returned to purchase another top mattress for our guest room the next day. Barry looked for every opportunity to find us the best price. We both had been in sales and were impressed by Barry. Everything was delivered and set up for us a few days ago and the delivery team was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks again Barry!!

Ryan was fantastic. Gave us all the information we needed, but most importantly, he listened. He didn't try to upsell us. He gave us space to try some beds out. We had a unique situation where we are moving and between homes, and we do not live in the area. The arrival date was very important to us. We had lots of questions. He was transparent about several things, versus overpromising. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. Thank you Ryan, for spending a lot of time with us even though we purchased one of your least expensive beds.

Talk to Frank
We purchased a new dining set, server and bench. The experience could have been a nerve racking one as it was my first real Covid outing. Let me assure you it was not. The store was not over crowded and the staff was extremely respectful of space, everything appeared to be very clean as well.
We worked with Frank on our initial visit, and then again when we returned to purchase our Items. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I never felt pressured to purchase and we went home with some measurements to make sure we made the right choice. Frank was quick to respond by phone when we had additional questions. We left very happy and are anxiously awaiting our order arrival.
We will be back when it is time to redo the Office.

Happy Shopper
We had purchased a mattress a few years ago that started to sag where we would sleep. We contacted the store and they took care of this warranty issue. We got credit towards a newer "modern" mattress. While we were there we decided to look at bedroom furniture to maybe update our 15 year old set. We got a good deal on a new set. So our bedroom will be all new in a short time. Thank you.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience!
My husband and I came in to casually shop for mattresses. We had no idea where to start, what we really needed, what the value was etc. Erik was our salesperson and I can promise you that if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have felt nearly as confident or comfortable with this purchase. He was incredibly patient, walked us through all the options and helped us find the perfect bed for us. He didn't hover, gave us as much time and space as we needed and his upgrade options actually made sense. It didn't feel at all like he was just trying to sell us something. We found exactly what we needed and shocker (!!) - it wasn't at all what we thought we wanted. I can't remember the last time I was this excited for anything to be delivered to my house. Seriously, I am giddy. I would recommend Erik to anyone who is looking for a new mattress - he's fantastic.

Excellent Service and Products
We purchased a Doctor's Choice Firm King bed, a loveseat and recliner. We really enjoy everything we purchased. The mattress is well made, very comfortable and the pillows are an extra bonus. The sofa and loveseat are plush, stylish and so comfortable. We had excellent service in both the furniture and mattress departments, but Brian was exceptional in his knowledge of all of the mattress products, the testing he did to ensure we were purchasing the right bed and never pressured us only guided us where needed in making the right decision. We have purchased many pieces of furniture over the past 30 years and we will continue to do so because of quality product, excellent service and a large selection of choices.

Great Service!
My husband and I went in to purchase a new mattress, and since we have a crazy toddler we did some research online ahead of time. We were greeted by Jay and he helped direct us towards the mattresses we were looking at online, answered a couple questions, then let us try them out without hovering. Great experience! Only downside was the mattress we wanted was out of stock so we had to order for a later pickup.

My fiancé and I recently visited Denver Mattress’ Lone Tree location and worked with Andrew to find a mattress and box spring for our new home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the selection, customer service, and value that we walked away with. After visiting at least 5 other mattress retailers, we were left feeling pressured into a purchase that wasn’t right for us, generally brushed off by the sales staff, and overwhelmed at the prices we were being offered. Then we found Denver Mattress. They had a wide selection of high-quality mattresses that we could afford, and the sales staff was readily available to help every time we came in. We were facing the classic, “he wants something firm, she wants something soft” dilemma and were convinced the only solution was an expensive Sleep Number. Andrew patiently showed us what seemed like their entire selection of mattresses, offering suggestions and knowledgeably advising but not pressuring us into a decision at any point during our shopping experience. We ended up finding a perfect compromise between our two preferences at a great price. He took care of all of the details surrounding payment and delivery, going above and beyond to schedule the truck to arrive the day that we close on our home. We are so excited to sleep on our new mattress, and know we won’t look anywhere else for our future purchases!

Happy Customer
Now that we have two small children who like to climb into bed with us it is time for my wife and I to upgrade to a king size bed. We went into this location to get more information about the type of bed we should be looking for to get good sleep. Barry helped us out. He asked us lots of questions and gave us lots of great information. He was patient with kids who were along for the ride. After spending quite a bit of time we narrowed it down to two possibilities. I came back the next day and ended up purchasing the less expense mattress. I was prepared for some resistance to my decision, but Barry simply said "Great, let's write it up!" I very much appreciate his integrity. We won't get the mattress until next month when our new bed is finished, but I am very much looking forward to it. I highly recommend Denver Mattress in general and Barry in particular.

Great Service
My husband was in rehab from back surgery when I purchases the bed and Jay not only made sure that the bed (mattresses had to be loaners) was delivered by the time he came home from rehab but sent Adam from the warehouse to pick up the rest of our old bed that the delivery men could not take. Then when the mattresses arrived a second truck was sent out and these delivery men were great - they installed shorter legs on the frames and waited while my husband make sure of the height so that he could get in bed and out with out trouble. We are definitely customers that will be back and will recommend the company to others.

I recently shopped for a mattress and adjustable frame at this location. The manager, Barry was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. He showed me various options that might meet my needs. I decided on the Doctor's Choice Elite Plush. He printed out a detailed sheet showing all the costs and gave it to me. There was never any pressure or comments that made me feel uncomfortable. I then shopped at a couple of other sellers. Neither of those were staffed with people who had the extensive knowledge that Barry had and their products were higher priced but not as good of quality. I returned the next day and Barry efficiently placed my order and set up delivery. This was one of my best shopping experiences and I would not hesitate to recommend Denver Mattress.

We purchased a Dr Choice NF PL Queen mattress after seeing your ad in the newspaper. Jay, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously in our choices as well as the transaction and delivery. The medium firmness felt wonderful and suited us best. Great Customer assistance
I came in having done my research. Truly, it came down to a few types of beds. I needed to get my husband and I to laid down on a few beds just to feel which one was the best feel.
Chad greeted us within the first 15 second of entering the door. I explained we were just there to try out a few beds and not purchasing today. As my husband, rested I drilled Chad with my questions. He was very knowledgeable. He did not pressure us to buy at all. Just was making sure our questions were answered and we felt comfy.
We were very happy with his information; We came back later that day and purchased the perfect bed. We also got accessories to help maintain the life of the bed. He was a great representative and a great help.
I know if we do end up with a concern about the bed, CHAD will be there to make sure all is corrected to our favor. Thank you Chad!
