I bought a mattress from them.Unfortunately the mattress was not a good fit for me (not defective ) and had to be returned.Sale and return were both handled courteously and professionally,and everything promised was delivered.My money was promptly refunded after return.Mattress was delivered and picked up on time by two professionals.I would shop there again.

Looking for a new bed or mattress? See Francisco Hernandez. Best salesman ever. Very knowledgeable without being pushy. He just guides you to the options he feels will suit your needs. And he's patient, even with those of us that have trouble making up our minds. We made 2 trips in before making a purchase and he was great both times. 5***** for Francisco!!!

Amazing Customer Service
Kurtis was an amazing salesperson and very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive product, he tried to sell us the product best suited for our needs. He was great with our 15-month old and kept her entertained so we could really test out the mattresses. He would be the reason why we would shop there again! He helped us pick our Serta hybrid with power base and we can’t wait to receive it!

Great service, my husband and I were looking for a new mattress and weren't really sure what we wanted. The sales guy walked around with us told us to lay down get comfortable and talked to us about the differences in the pillow top and memory foam. Great Experience!

King Size Serta Mattress Set
We've bought from furniture row before several times. Two other beds and a kitchen table, others too. This time we were interested in a King Size Mattress Set. We met with Sarah at Denver Mattress who was very helpful and informative. We found a Serta Mattress we liked and even came back the next day to lay on it again for awhile. Going back for our third time we bought the Serta King Set and Sarah gave us a great deal. ALL of our buying experiences at Furniture Row and Denver Mattress have always been very pleasant. This is our first choice for shopping and we will be back again soon.

I feel like Goldilocks, because I made a day of going from store to store in the area looking for a mattress to replace my old one. Some mattress stores were too expensive for too low a quality, some had sales associates that were too pushy, and some didn't have the selection I needed.
Denver Mattress was going to be my last information-gathering stop. If I didn't like anything they had, or the prices, I was going to go back to Art Van for a mattress I'd liked, even though they had pushy reps.
I don't know how, but the representatives at Denver Mattress that day seemed to completely understand when to offer help and when to leave me alone. There was no hovering, just someone who showed up right when I was questioning things and needed guidance. I didn't have to go looking, but didn't feel overwhelmed either.
I was impressed with that, and I managed to find two mattresses that I quite liked that were in my price range. In the end I went with the 9" memory foam mattress since I could fit that in my car to take home the same day. I got a new pillow, too, because the lady who helped me was able to explain that for me too!
The entire process was painless and pressure-free, which I greatly appreciated after my experiences earlier in the day. The next time I need a mattress or furniture, I'm going to go to Furniture Row first.

We closed out the store arriving 30 minutes before closing and the manager was helpful and very kind to us. What sold us was the 15 year warranty and 4 month guarantee if we didn't like it we could return it. We are excited for our new mattress and pillows and look forward to a great night's sleep!

This is the second time I've made a mattress purchase from Denver Mattress in West Lansing. We are slowly replacing our current mattresses with ones from Denver Matress that are a good match for our needs at a very competitive price! I've found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful!

Went into the Lansing store and dealt with Dustin. Very nice and friendly to deal with. Ended up not only matching, but beating, a price on a similar mattress that Sams Club had. I left the store very happy :) highly recommend!

We found Denver Mattress to be a great place to buy a mattress. Sarah the sales person was very helpful and pointed out the advantages of the various mattresses we were interested in. Absolutely amazing service and value
Sarah at the Lansing Michigan store is amazing. She helped us find the best matters for us with no pressure to purchase whatsoever. The prices were an extreme value. We drove over a hour to get to store because we aren't from Lansing but was well worth the drive. Will definitely be going there for any further needs and will recommend to everyone.

Doctor's Choice Mattress
I have searched many mattress manufacturer's

Mattress Purchase
We bought a queen sized Aspen HD Foam Mattress by Denver Mattress and we were pleased with the price for what we got. I was worried about ordering a mattress in a box offline because I wanted to feel the mattress before purchasing. We came in and found this mattress and loved it and then loved the price as well. It comes in a box and we were able to sleep on it that same night. It says it takes 24 hours to completely inflate but it was ready to lay on right away after unwrapping it. It is a lot firmer than it was in store, but we are pleased with how it feels.

The store was nice and had lots to choose from. When looking for our mattress the sales clerk seemed nice and showed us a variety of mattresses and let us look. When we said the one we wanted the sales clerk check us out, we paid and said we would have to give it at least 30 days then we could return or upgrade. We took our mattress home. And we're miserable for the next 30 days. I keep saying this is not the mattress we picked. When going back to store found out the sales clerk never gave us the mattress we asked for and they failed to show us other matteress we asked about. I will never get a mattress from there nor recommend it either.
