Was in the market for a new mattress. Shopped at several stores before stopping at FR. Was greeted right away. Salesperson helped us find the right mattress for us by asking questions and showing us several mattress . The price was well below the others for the same quality mattress. Will shop at FR again.

After a lengthy and thorough researching process, we decided to visit the Denver Mattress Co. as they were the only store that carried the Doctor's Choice mattress.Great sales people were helpful, patient and totally professional. We chose the Plush. So glad we did because for the first time in years both of us have been able to sleep restfully and I was able to arise in the morning without any back discomfort. That was a miracle for me as I have severe spinal stenosis and osteoporosis. It was certainly worth the drive from Indianapolis.

My husband and I purchased a mattress from Furniture Row around 10 years ago, but when it was time to get a new one, we stupidly went to another mattress dealer. We will certainly never make that mistake again; not only was the mattress we purchased from the other dealer virtually impossible to sleep on, we had to wait a month and a half to receive it. Once received we realized what we had done and made our way to Alex at Furniture Row. He was extremely patient with us, listened to our mistakes and concerns all while taking into consideration our needs and wants for a comfortable nights sleep and financial limitations. He found us the perfect mattress at an amazing cost, nearly 1/3 of what we had spent on the nightmare mattress from the other dealer. Not only would I highly recommend Lafayette Furniture Row for purchases, but Alex also, he was just amazing!

Worked with Alex today. He was extremely helpful and walked me through several options - all while answering my never-ending stream of questions. I don't generally write reviews ... so the fact that I am should help show how pleasant and helpful he was! The whole experience was very easy and I ended up placing an order.

We had Alex helping us, he was wonderful! we had a great time and found a great mattress!

Cory helped us find a table that we fell in love with. He made sure we had all our questions answered and treated us with the utmost respect. It felt like we were talking to an old friend. Definitely recommend this location and speaking with Cory.

Went in to look at buying a mattress. Had no clue where to start and of course I start looking at the most expensive first. Thankfully Joseph showed up and was able to steer me in the right direction. I never knew there was such a process to finding the perfect mattress! Thank goodness I started at Denver Mattress for my mattress journey. Great service, very knowledgeable, and I never felt I was being pushed to buy way above my means. The service at Denver Mattress is great! Very helpful and assist to try and get you into the right bed. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new bed to come here.

My husband and I were waited on promptly when we entered the store. The first time we were basically looking and a guy salesman waited on us. He was very helpful and we had narrowed it down to 2 mattresses. Did I mention we were purchasing a mattress for my mother in law without her being there! Not easy to buy a mattress for someone else, and she is 89! We were undecided so came home without a mattress that day, went back the next week and we had a girl salesman that was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We made a purchase and the mattress was delivered the next day. Very happy with everything, except the delivery fee, which we felt like should have been some taken off, because that included delivery plus hauling old mattress off which we did not have a mattress to haul off, but other than that we will make more purchases at Denver Mattress in Lafayette In.

This is my first mattress purchase ever. The sales rep was very informative and helpful. Shopping for a mattress is hard but they offer 4 months to "try" one out and if you don't like it, u can exchange it for something else and you get 100% of your purchase amount to go towards another.

My partner and I visited the store in Lafayette, IN on Friday, January 13, 2017. The choices and number of mattresses were overwhelming. Jessica Cover, our sales person was an absolute joy! She made it fun and very informing. She took us through a series of questions and tests to help us find the correct fit and comfort. We even got our own personalble pillows to carry around with us. She is also very good at her craft. I would hire her as my sales person any day! Very personalble and knew how to upsell without being pushy and certainly knew how to "massage" us into the sale. We walked in just to buy a mattress and walked out with a mattress, base or bed system, protectors and extra pillows along with a 5% discount and 50% off our delivery. We are very happy with our visit and purchase. Because of this purchase, we are eligible for $150 credit with Denver Matress which will pay for the first set of bed sheets and a $200 certificate to take to Oak Expess with another great sales rep, Sierra Brooks. This will go towards our purchase of a new bedroom suit. Everyone in the entire "Row" at these stores were so friendly and warm. By the time we left, I think everyone knew who we were and that we enjoyed our visit. Even while we were there testing the mattresses, another lady shopping commented on my partner and I...her comment,"If I only had my camera! That is a picture!" It was as if the store hired her to make us feel comfortable. Great visit and purchase. We will be back! My husband and I went searching for a new King bed. We had been to three stores previously and no one took the time to meet our needs, like Jessica did! She was great to work with! Between the awesome customer service and the great pricing, we bought our bed and we LOVE it!

We were in last weekend shopping for a new mattress. We had stopped at a few other stores and found the atmosphere to be dry and the service to be lack luster. We went in to look at Denver mattress with the intention of just shopping around. We have bought a few other beds before but have never had any of the quality and time we received from Denver Mattress. Our sale person was so kind and informative he helped both my husband and I agree on a bed. We briefly thought about shopping around some more but we inevitably purchased our bed right then namely in part of the service we were provided. Customer care is something that in many places especially chain is disappearing and I am so glad we found just the right sales person. My husband is usually very deterred from sales people but even he was happy with the care and attentiveness we received! Keep up the great work Joseph! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful and informational. The overall experience was nice and the staff was not pushy in any way.

When I first visited the Lafayette Location, I was impressed by the large variety of mattress styles and choices. I was reluctant, fearing a high pressure sales pitch, and a bit guarded initially. Much to my surprise, the Sales Rep Joseph approached me, in a very calm demeanor, and started the conversation off with a consultative approach......not a direct sales pitch. Although fairly new by his own admission, he appeared to be very knowledgeable and had solid responses to my questions. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but learned quite a bit from our dialogue. I had been to a couple of competitors stores, and hands down, this was a superior experience. The products, prices, warranties, and most importantly, the service. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and respectful - would be my description of Joseph at the Lafayette Store. If I am in the market again for a bed (the one I purchased was for my son), I will be back to talk to Joseph. The name of the bed I purchased resembles my experience - Bliss - complete happiness. Nice work, my hats off to Denver Mattress and Joseph. You are doing it the right way in my opinion. Thank you.

Not only was the bed we purchased amazing, but so was the service! We were greeted immediately upon entering and given the "Denver Mattress" assessment to determine what bed and pillow best suited us for a great night's sleep. We were shown many options before we settled on the perfect one. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be repeat customers!

The service and attentiveness of our visits were awesome. The store was busy but are sales lady treated us as if we were the only one in the store. Not pushy and encouraged us to take our time. Periodically she would ask if it was ok for her to check on another customer. She would excuse herself and return in the perfect time. We were there over an hour and she was patient and answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable and was never push. Very happy nice experience. The 365 days to try our mattress was also a selling point for us. Even though the price I would call average on target with other stores, the 365 days to try and the 15 year warranty over a 10 year at most stores. Made the value a better deal. Very happy with my Dr. Choice mattress. This is our second one from This store. Our first one is 9 years old and isn't even worn. I just wanted a king instead of a queen and one a little softer now that I am getting a little older.
