Denver Mattress and Les, the store manger, were exceptional when we had an issue with our mattress. Within hours Les had the problem solved and exchange made. He went out of his way to make everything right while being friendly and showing concern during the visit. Les, our sales associate, Martina, and the delivery crew were all superior in their service and friendliness. we would recommend Denver Mattress if you are needing new bedding and want a company that believes in exceptional service to their customers.

I am just disappointed all around coronavirus has made things difficult to receive the product and the get it in and it is the wrong color! Just this experience has not been a good one! Has purchased before and love the experience and the product that is why I returned! I will again just after CORONAVIRUS

Me and my husband had a very knowledgeable sales person. He did not push the most expensive product. Was very patient and helpful in the decision process of our purchase of mattress. I would recommend Denver Mattress to family and friends for future purchases.

This store greets you with friendliness and enthusiasm! We first purchased a Madison Firm. It caused stiffness and was very comfortable. We exchanged for a Plush and experienced discomfort as well. So, we went for in between and exchanged for a Luxury Firm. Ahhhhh......amazing! And to top it off, the staff member, Jose, dealt with us for all three instances. He knew exactly what we needed, assisted us with absolutely NO HASSEL. He was fast, efficient, and very FRIENDLY! We will return for future purchases and am looking forward to their hospitality again! Madison Luxury Firm: highly recommended for comfort and well worth every penny. We both wake without discomfort and aren't disturbed by each other's movement through the night. The softness and durability is beyond expectations.

We purchased a new split king adjustable bed and the salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. Was not high pressure and answered all our questions and concerns. Helped guide us thru our purchase and helped us with discounted accessories to compliment our purchase at a great price! Highly recommend!

Our experience at Denver Mattress was amazing. We really just walked in to look and ended up buying an entire bed system. Kyle our salesman was outstanding. Helpful and fun. Not pushy or annoying. I would recommend everyone to check them out 1st. Delivery was on time as promised. The delivery guys were professional and also helpful.

We searched many stores looking for mattresses for several weeks. We entered Furniture Row, were assisted by Jose, & we left with a wonderful mattress & box springs set that has improved our quality of sleep. We never realized what we were missing. The price was right & the quality is superior. Jose was excellent, friendly, & extremely professional!

Joplin store is very clean with a great selection. The staff was very knowledgeable about what the products offered and did not try to sell is the most expensive thing in the store. We purchased from this store 13 years ago for our first Denver mattress, we are return customers.

We love shopping here, the sales people are always so helpful and we know when we've made our final purchase that we're going home with exactly what we wanted. Today its a new bed with remote control base. This is our second bed in 7 years we've bought here and we'll be back in 7 years for our next!!!!

I purchased the Green Choice Meditation memory foam set. Kyle was very informative and helpful. Waiting for delivery at this time. Hoping the bed is the most comfortable I've ever owned. My wife and I have bought several pieces of furniture from Furniture Row, most recently an adjustable bed set. The salesman was very informed and helpful. They were very patient with us as we tested one mattress vs other over and over. We spent quite a bit of time going back and forth between a couple different mattresses trying to decide which was the best fit for us. We were happy with our selection finally, and the sales rep never rushed or pushed us to choosing one over another.

this place is a joke. customer service is trash. ordered a bed with adjustable base was told it would fit in my current bed frame obviously so he could make the sale. it doesn’t fit and they don’t care. i would shop anywhere but here.
