We recently bought a Mattress and needed a Bed frame to go with our Mattress. We shopped several locations and Furniture Row had several selections and the selections were good quality products. The salesman, Spencer, was not pushy at all. He was very respectful and approachable. I would definitely shop here again in the future.

Great, non pressurized selection and buying experience with the help of incredible sales people! Jose listened, showed us options, and gave us space to discuss and decide. He also managed our purchase to maximize the current promotion savings, delivery options, and even discussed our future projects. Bottom Line, we’ll be back!

Denver Mattress had plenty of selection for various budgets. Once we selected the mattress we wanted, the salesman informed us that it was going to be on sale the following week. We waited to buy it and it saved us $400!

Purchased an adjustable base a couple of months ago and decided to finally buy a mattress. Our salesman (Efrem) sp? Was terrific! Very professional, caring and super personable! Had a great time talking to him. He was very knowledgeable and worked up mu sale quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Denver Mattress to all my friends and family. We have purchased furniture and beds in the past at Furniture Row and were pleased with the service, quality and price of the selection. This time around our Denver Mattress salesman was fantastic with his personality, knowledge of products, price matching and accommodating to our schedule for pick-up. We initially purchased a mattress on-line that was too soft for us. I called the 800 number and was told to go to our local store to make sure we got the right one, so we did that and Ephraim was very helpful to ensure we got the right mattress. We got the new mattress delivered two days later and our backs are much better.

Just completed a purchase after visiting multiple mattress vendors. The service at Denver Mattress was courteous and professional with lots of questions asked of us regarding our needs and bed preferences. We felt very comfortable and welcome with no pressure to purchase immediately. Lots of explanations with friendly service combined with excellent value.

We have been in contact with the factory representative and she had the local store manager call us to review our problems. They took care of it satisfactorily in my opinion so now we are waiting for the new mattress to be delivered. Hopefully it will be better than the last one that they warrantied. I will not give a recommendation until I see if the new mattress will be better than the last one. If it breaks down in 3 years I will be writing a new review.

Being originally from Colorado and shopping back in the day at Big Sur Waterbeds its nice to have the Furniture Row here in Idaho. My wife and I have had furniture from Sofa Mart on I-25 in Denver and the one near I-25 at Fort Collins. We've lived in Idaho going on 14 years and have shopped Sofa Mart and Denver Mattress in Idaho Falls and get the same excellent service and merchendise just like the Front Range! Yep I can say we've been happy Furniture customers for a long time!

I went to Idaho Falls knowing I was going to buy abed but wasn't sure where. These guys were the first place I went to and I walked out in less than an hour with a bed picked out. I had a great and QUICK experience.

This was my first visit to the Idaho falls store. I have a bad back and wanted to look at a mattress that might help my situation. Also my wife and I have complete different sleeping habits. Ephraim was so helpful and educated us on our options in a very professional way. We left after making our purchase feeling great and comfortable about our purchase. We cant wait to get a good nights rest again.

My shopping experience was outstanding, especially for a Sunday. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff attentive. Ephraim performed his job exceptionally well. He knows the product lines & was able to answer all my questions. He went out of his way to try & find the products I wanted that would fit into my budget.

The manager was very helpful. Got what I wanted within the budget I had. He was also good at helping me select the right fabric for my home. I would recommend this location very highly.

I always dread going into my local store. I honestly haven't been in for 3 years because everyone was always so rude. I walked in yesterday and that wasn't the case at all. I was greeted by Mitchell who helped me from start to finish and wasn't pushy at all. he made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my choices. I even went over to Bedroom Expressions and the boys there were great too! I've never left so happy, especially after only having had bad experiences. I am very thankful for them. They treated me well, and I got the products I was looking for. Had I had the extra money, I would have spent all day there. Thank you for a great experience!

I wasn't very excited to look at mattresses with my wife. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing inventory and helpful, courteous staff. We were able to find the perfect bed for our needs without high pressure sales tactics. I will definitely buy there again.

Excellent selection and they had it in stock. Excellent delivery option with a very fair price. I will go back to Denver Mattress in Idaho Falls for all my mattress needs.

We needed to get a bed that would minimize movement so that I could sleep better. Noah at Denver Mattress was a great salesman that helped us pick out the perfect bed for us. What really appealed to me was the guarantee. If we are unhappy with the bed anytime in the first year and need a different one, we can change to one better for us. So far we are loving our new bed. We bought the Richmond Euro Top in a king size and it is so comfortable!

The sales staff were very professional and helpful in every way, no hard pressure sales. They gave me time to look around and make my decision while telling me the pros and cons of each one I liked then I made my purchase and brought it home and had the best nights sleep in years!!

My husband and I visited Denver Mattress in Idaho Falls on Labor Day weekend. We were looking to replace our 20-year old mattress for sometime and had visited numerous other stores with no success. Upon entering Denver Mattress we were immediate greeted by Travis who took much time to educate on several different mattress brands. Due to his wonderful assistance, we not only left with a new mattress for our room, but two additional for our guest bedrooms.

I've never had a bad experience shopping at Furniture Row. So when I decided to buy a new mattress I went to Denver Mattress! Not only did I find my perfect mattress but my salesperson, Noah Parmelee, did some research for me on the fire retardant properties used in my mattress (I'm allergic to most formulas used in brand name mattresses). My whole experience was exceptional - and I love my new mattress!

We started shopping for a new mattress a few weeks to a month ago. We have previously had used mattresses others had given us so this was a new experience for us. At first Denver Mattress seemed out of our price range but as we shopped around we realized that if we spent just a little bit more we would be getting a much better deal then some of the competitors in the area. On our first visit we were met by almost right away as we entered the store. The asst Manager was very nice and put up with 5 of our kids wanting to touch everything. He seemed very knowledgeable in the selections that he offered us and was patient as we tried to figure out what we liked. When we got ready to leave he did not pressure us to come back or try to wheel and deal to keep us there. Instead he took down our names and other information and gave us a business card with the top two mattresses we likes written on it as a reminder. NO OTHER PLACE DID THIS. A few days later we received a card in the mail thanking us for stopping in. After more shopping around we returned and almost right away the Asst. Manager knew who we were. We talked more about what we had previously looked at and the sale price for the Dr. Choice. In the end we bought the package deal and will be having it delivered tomorrow. The time spent with us was well worth it and the lack of pressure was appreciated.

Met by a knowledgeable and helpful staff member. Did not try to "over" sell us. Found me just what I wanted at a great price, but showed me lots of options first without overwhelming me. Fast & easy experience. Highly recommend them.

We had been searching for a new mattress, went to competitor accross the street. Found a similar bed and they beat the price. Denver beat the price and the staff was friendly and quick.

I purchased my Temperpedic mattress from Denver and got some of their sheets at the same time. I returned for another set of sheets because the are so good. Great quality, very soft. I have very sensitive skin so my sheets have to be all cotton and soft. The sheets at Denver are excellent, a little pricey but worth it. The only drawback is the technology they use, it seems to be quite a struggle for the salesman. They couldn't be in their system at the same time so it kept kicking one of the salesman off and he had to coordinate with them. We had to restart our transaction 3 times because of the computer system. I return and recommend to my friends.
