We purchased a new bed from the Spring Meadows store this past week. We shopped two other stores and found this store to be the perfect place to buy. Our salesman Andrew was excellent, he really took the time to make sure that we got what we wanted, we were very pleased and would highly recommend him and the store to anyone looking to purchase. We got exactly what we wanted and more and he beat their prices by far.

My wife and I went to the Denver Mattress - Holland, OH location. It was an excellent experience. Tim was our salesperson he was very knowledgeable and informative, but not pushy at all. He answered all our questions, but gave us all the time we needed to talk between ourselves to decide which mattress to buy. When it came time to purchase, he made the experience pleasurable and quick. An excellent experience all around.

I live a hour away- but worth the trip! Andrew greeted us, asked us what we were looking for/ our sleep issues, etc. He directed us to mattresses that would help our back, hip, shoulder pain. He left us alone for a few minutes. GREAT! I hate when a salesperson stands right there hovering over you. Cant beat the trial period- Satisfaction Guaranteed! Delivered the next day! slept better 1st night.

I shopped around town but found Denver Mattress to be the most helpful and knowledgeable of their products.

When I went into Denver mattress I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I was WRONG. When I told the staff what issues I had with my hips and back and what my husband had with his neck they had us lay on several mattresses and did several tests with us to find the one perfect for both of us. They were very helpful and full acknowledged our 3 year old who I believe truly enjoyed herself with them. They took their time learned about our needs. They never rushed and when it came to financing went over all options in detail so we could find a plan best for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed even if you think you know what you want or need a friendly expert opinion never hurt anyone. They have made loyal customers out of us.

I was just shopping prices at two different stores and after stopping in at Denver Mattress in Holland Ohio to compare prices on a new Mattress with a adjustable base , me and my husband was met by a nice friendly guy name Daniel. Told him we were just shopping for prices and he showed us a couple of mattress and explain all the detail and benefits and the great warranty . He was not pushy.We came back next day and purchased the mattress. Great store and Great salesperson Daniel. You guys ROCK!!

My fiance and I went in looking for a bed thinking we were going to be Denver Mattress forever trying to find a bed in our price range. We were greeted within minutes of being the store and asked what brought us in. We told him what size bed we were looking for and then he asked our price range and he started to show us beds. The second bed we tried we ended up buying. I am so glad that he even asked about the frame that we had at home because without knowing it we wouldn't have a warranty on our new mattress if he hadn't told us and made sure we bought the right frame to guarantee the warranty. I am very excited with the purchase and can not wait for the new bed to come and not even have to worry about set up because they set up the bed for us.

I had narrowed my new mattress down to 2 of the mid-support mattresses that Tempur-pedic offers, so I headed out to Denver Mattress to fine-tune. My sales person read me and knew I wasn't going to mess around. He answered all of my questions and did not try to up-sell me or do anything that might irritate me. I ended up spending half an hour testing and he offered many good ideas to help me come to my final decision. I was gladly willing to pay a couple of hundred dollars more here vs. buying somewhere else that made me feel like we were doing a back alley deal. Gladly recommend to anyone.

Our salesman was very patient and helpful in helping us find the perfect mattress for our needs. After looking at many options, we kept coming back to the Durango. It was firm enough for him, yet gave me just enough of the plush feel to meet my standards too. Finding a good quality mattress that meets both parties needs is not an easy task. But thanks to Denver Mattress, and their well trained staff, we found the perfect one for us.

Although short staffed, I was quickly taken care of by one of their staff who normally works in the warehouse. Service was quick and polite. They did not try to sell me things I was not interested in, nor did I feel any pressure while making my decisions. They worked with me to get the product that was in stock at the price point I was looking for.

The staff was very helpful and informative. Best of all, they didn't follow you around and pressure you on your purchase. When you had a question, they were right there to help you.

We had a very positive experience @ Denver Matress @ Furniture Row in Mansfield Ohio. Danyell, our sales associate was knowledgeable about all selections and personable. She gave us information & allowed us private time to discuss our selections.

The customer service was fantastic. They are upfront with you and don't try to get you to buy things you don't need. The sales representatives are attentive, courteous, and kind.

The product we chose is Rejuvens 2 Adjustable Que with Doctors Choice Elite FM Q. I haven't really received this product, but can attest to how it made my body feel in testing and comparing to other base and matresses. I have a bad back, especially low back and have had knee replacement along with a couple back surgeries. The flex in the base with the mattress actually started giving relief while I was there. Cant wait to get it this next week.

Bought an adjustable bed in 2014. It didn't come with a headboard bracket. I called in November 2020 when I purchased a headboard and they said they would order me one. Jan 16, 2021, no one ordered one and no record on file. They said it was too old for them to order and that I would have to call Tempurpedic to purchase one. I called Tempurpedic and after waiting over an hour on the phone with them, they directed me to their website to order and said there is only one universal bracket that they sell and they weren't sure why Denver (Davina is who I spoke with) didn't direct me to their website to order or why they didn't order. Tempurpedic said Denver was done with the sale so they didn't want to do extra work and that the beds don't come with the bracket when you purchase it. It is an extra cost. I'm thinking if I'm spending thousands of dollars on an adjustable bed, there shouldn't be an extra cost for a bracket and Denver Mattress should have at least informed me and been more helpful with this. I shouldn't have had to call the store multiple times, not receive the item and then pay for the item when they said they were going to ship it back in November 2020. Lesson learned don't stop at Denver Mattress anymore.
