My family’s interactions with Mr. Charles Manor today was “Outstanding” as he was able to find us the furniture we needed due to us moving to this area a couple of days ago. OMG!!! I purchased a purple 3 mattress from Denver mattress and I couldn't be happier! It was a little pricey, but it's the best mattress I've ever layed on. thank you for carrying this brand and having one in stock! it's amazing! I highly recommend Denver Mattress and the Purple 3!

Good experience at store
I went yesterday looking for a matching coffee table, end table and sofa table. The young lady who assisted me was very patient and kind. I asked for information on a few different styles and I never received any negative vibes from her so it was good experience. She explained everything thoroughly with me including when she offered the extra warranty. It's good when people are friendly and knowledgeable.

I knew what I wanted, and called in the store - Jim answered, and I had my purchase in 3, maybe 5 minutes. I think the registration took the majority of the time, but it was inconsequential, 5 minutes? Any day!

Better than Expected
Went in with an approved amount. The mattress I really wanted was just a little more than what I was approved for on line. The sales associate assisted me in obtaining the exact mattress I desired with a $500 lower price and 0% financing for 1 year. Greatly exceeded my expectations. No pressure, excellent customer service.

joyful experience
Went in looking for an adjustable bed for my mom. Was tired and in a hurry. Justin was very pleasant and helpful. It was going to be a surprise for my mom and Justin worked with me on all the specifics. I wanted my husband to come back with me but he was going to be leaving early that day. Justin got everything set up for us and stayed til we came back. He did not hurry us and answered all our questions twice. I was in a better mood when I left than when I had come in. I thought it was a great price compared to what I had been looking at. Recommend both Denver mattress and Justin.

Super helpful
I came in searching for a new mattress due to back issues. I went to several other places before coming to Denver Mattress. Justin offered great insight in what type of mattress would best fit my needs, as well as give his opinion on the sleep number mattress (I was highly considering). I purchased a telluride mattress and I am in love.

Very informative and helpful
We recently went to purchase a new bed for my son. The clerk was very helpful. He understood our needs and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need just to get more money out of us. He made sure to tell us about the benefits of purchasing there, and if we didn't like the product we could return it. He was very polite and patient with our kids. He never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable like some salesman do.

Great deal on Denver Mattress
We shopped around to at least 7 different mattress stores. We started with Denver mattress and that is where we came back to buy. No other store gave us the customer service, information and pricing that Justin Roman gave at this location. Once we had the information on the mattress we liked, he left us alone so we could look around. We did tell him we were just in the looking stage. He never pressured us to make a decision before we were ready. He was not on duty the day we came back to make the purchase, but his associate took care of everything to complete out purchase. Would highly recommend this location and its employees.

Excellent
My family and I went into Denver Mattress for a mattress for my youngest daughter. We were greeted upon entering the store, offered help, and then left alone to do our shopping in peace. When we were ready with questions, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. We were shown sale items that we would have not realized were there until the wonderful salesman showed us. We will be returning for all of our mattress needs!

Top Notch Service (and a great night's sleep!)
After having gone to two other stores, my husband * I went to Denver Mattress to shop for pillows.
Darren Brabo greeted us as soon as we walked in and immediately came to our aid as we were searching for pillows.
He really knows his product! After asking us questions and seeing how we sleep, he made a few suggestions and had us try out different types of pillows. Actually, we could've stopped after his first recommendation, but he wanted us to be absolutely certain that those were the ones we wanted. I'm a side/stomach sleeper and my husband is a side sleeper, and his recommendations were spot on.
I woke up completely refreshed this morning, and my husband's shoulder didn't hurt for the first time in a while.
The other stores, while having similar products, lacked in customer service, and their products were TWICE the cost for HALF the comfort!
Why we ever went anywhere else first stumps us. We'll always shop at Denver Mattress for our bedroom from now on!

We purchased our King size Durango mattress in 2012 and it slowly began to develop deep grooves. As per our warranty, we contacted Justin at Denver Mattress in Harker Heights for a replacement mattress. Although our mattress has been discontinued, Justin helped us find a similar replacement with no hassle or pushy sales tactic to upgrade to a more expensive model. Great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐
