Went to Denver mattress because it was recommended by consumer reports. We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The sales person wasn’t pushy. The mattress was delivered within 36 hrs, they gave me a 2 hr window for delivery, and the delivery was even 30 min ahead of schedule (a bonus, because I didn’t have to wait). They called 10 minutes prior to delivery saying they were on their way. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly! Would highly recommend.

The service rep was very knowledgeable of the product and gave very good points to consider when selecting a mattress.

We went to Denver Mattress thinking all we needed was a new mattress. Chris was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He answer all of our questions and was able to help us find a bed that met all of our needs. He took The time to educate us about the different beds and about what we needed if we were considering a new mattress. He was patient with us through our multiple visits and stayed past closing one night to help finish the sale. He was open to answering questions about his personal experience with mattresses as well. I am sure that If we would have purchased elsewhere, we would not have been happy with our purchase. We also appreciated the 4-month trial period and the interest free financing. Chris helped make what would have been a stressful large purchase comfortable and educational.

I purchased an adjustable bed, mattress, bedding and pillows from Denver Mattress. I wasn't sure what I wanted going in, but Chris was very helpful in explaining to me all the differences and qualities. He answered every question and was very charming. I also had a shipping issue that was fixed immediately and I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking, as the service is above and beyond. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Chris the sleep consultant worked with me to find the perfect fit, never pressured me rather provided me with great information. Ultimately this local store didn't have the mattress I wanted on the floor (because I'm super picky). Because of excellent customer service though, I didn't want to purchase from a competitor. Chris called his fellow colleagues at other Denver mattress locations to ensure that what he could order for me was precisely what I wanted. He spent necessary time and effort researching with the distributor because the mattress names were different to make sure the specifications a were the same. He also price matched and beat the local competition. Because of this superior customer service, I will never shop elsewhere. P.S there is not better adjustable bed frame available anywhere in the market (to include online) than what Denver Mattress carries.

I was assisted by Chris in the Green Bay store. He was very helpful, and answered all of my questions about the various mattresses I was looking at. I had injured my back earlier in the year and was looking for a softer plush mattress. I decided on a split king with an adjustable base. All other stores I looked at would have charged me more due to their overhead costs. I feel the value and savings I received at Denver mattress I could afford to buy additional mattresses for my children's rooms.

Great customer service, the sales guy (Tim) wasn't pushy at all and allowed us to find exactly what we wanted without ripping us off. Definitely recommend!

I bought two beds and the guy said 2 pillows came with the bed as a promotion. Since I bought two beds my understanding was 2 pillows for each bed but he said I only got two per purchase. I find that ridiculous since I bought two beds I should have gotten 2 for each bed.

Rewards system should not take 60 days, before being able to use. Deliver appointment should be followed through as explained. Manager very good, delivery people polite
