I went into the Greeley store at Centerplace in Greeley on Monday to look for a new mattress; get some ideas what might work for me. Angela was the person I spoke to and I was really impressed with her knowledge of the mattress, pillows, etc. Angela advised me of the timeframe of the sale so I would be able to take advantage of the savings. I would highly recommend this store based on my experience with her. I have purchased Denver Mattress' before and this will be my third. It is a wonderful product, but if you don't have good sales representatives, products won't be purchased

This is the fourth mattress we have bought from Denver Mattress. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We and the family have gotten great sleeps on the mattresses.

Sales person was very helpful and patient with me. He took his time and did not rush me. I had a waterbed for 41 yrs was not sure if a mattress would fit. He told they had one that would work.

Despite being short staffed the day my wife and i went to the store, manager noah parmelee took time to listen to us regarding sleep issues due to our mattress , he explained the warranty details , gave us specifics to follow ,and determined that the mattress needed to be replaced . then replaced it with the upgraded model at no charge, wow what a customer oriented store.

Wow! The service was great! I bought a Sealy Deerfield mattress (yet to receive) but wanted to comment on the customer service. A young lady, Madison, who was training, was awesome. She answered all my questions and showed me all the great features of the mattress I purchased. My review of the mattress itself will come after I've tried it. Can't Wait!

Kyle was great to work with, very knowledgeable. Had a problem, truck delivered the wrong headboard at 10AM. A phone call to Kyle. He confirmed the error and sent Michael out with the correct headboard at 11:45AM. Michael has great customer service skills and it was a pleasure to have install the correct headboard.

I recently purchased a bedroom set at this store. I have a back injury and require a firm mattress. The store associate took lots of time to answer my questions. I will be a returning costumer.

We went in to just check out the cheaper beds on sale. We went to many different places to do some price comparison. The sales person was exceptional about asking us questions about our sleeping habits and ways we sleep. He provided us with a lot of great information. He took the time to even show us the electric boxspring. We left feeling good, went home, discussed our visits to all mattress places and decided on Denver Mattress. We were prepared to budget at about $1000 but ended up going with a higher end and spending $2500.

Had a great experience! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in our warranty exchange and purchase of a new mattress. Made the process simple and quick, even brought and set up a new style to the floor for us to look at, as we chose to purchase a different product than our warrantied one. Mattress delivery is scheduled for today, just a few days after purchase, so I cannot review new mattress.
