Great service and friendly employees

I needed some help setting up a delivery in Missoula fora purchase made in Great Falls. Within 10 minutes Kyle had everything taken care of. He was efficient, professional and friendly. My prior dealings with Great Falls, DM have been informative and most helpful. Professional friendly employees.

I was so happy with my shopping experience at Denver Mattress. The selection was huge and the knowledge Victoria had made me confident in my purchase. I look forward the delivery of my new bed and I will always go back to Denver Mattress for all my bedding needs.

My husband & I decided to shop for a new mattress as we were waking up with aches & pains. The selection at first seemed overwhelming but with Ray's help, we were able to find a mattress that we hope will work for both of us. My husband is tall, I am medium height, he likes soft, I like firm, he is a back sleeper, I am a side sleeper! So you can imagine our dilemma. Also, our bedroom is not big enough for a king size bed so could not get a "split" bed. We have decided on a Tempur-Adapt medium hybrid bed on a flex frame.

The staff, Ray, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our mattress is a few weeks out, and I hope delivery and set up will go as smoothly and choosing the matress and setting up the payments.

Went to DM on Friday because we really need a new mattress and knew by previous experience they had a great selection. Although there was only one salesperson, she was extremely helpful and skillfully balanced all customers. We had only wanted a mattress but also decided to purchase a adjustable bed frame because the mattress we liked was displayed an adjustable bed and just thought it would help out our sleep. Overall we had a great buying experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing a quality mattress.

My experience was very enjoyable. The sales person was personable and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He explained everything well, including the differences (however slight) in the construction of each mattress that I asked about. Overall I had a good experience

my wife and 3 little ones visited the Denver mattress in great falls mt recently. our 3 little ones were all over the place which we attempted to control, the staff were welcoming and seemed unbotherd by our wild bunch. the employee Victoria was not pushy or forceful. she allowed us to look around and let us know of all the sales going on. we ended up purchasing a new mattress with a free box spring as a part of the sale. she took excellent care of us.

The Great Falls Denver Mattress store was the perfect place to buy my new mattress. Victoria asked questions about my sleeping habits to help narrow down the type of mattress that would work best for me. She was patient and informative, not pushy like some salespeople can be. I tried 7-8 mattresses and kept coming back to the first one she recommended, The Telliride. Can't wait for it to be delivered. Great warranty, great service. Would highly recommend.

I walked in looking for a mattress for our guest room. Ray was very helpful and most important didn't over sell me something I didn't need. I appreciated being greeted as I walked in the door great customer service and the mattress I bought is comfortable and perfect for my mom when she comes to visit.

This mattress set was a God send. I had been waking up with horrible backaches for about a month, decided it had to be my old mattress set, went to Denver Mattress and tried out a few and this one was perfect. The first night I slept so good and have not woke up with any backaches, it was exactly what I needed. The employees were GREAT!!!!

I was very pleased with the great service and the fact that our salesperson went out of her way to find the product that would meet our need and stay in our budget.

My son is very excited to be taking this mattress to college this fall. He checked out each one and this is the one he settled on and it also fit the budget beautifully. The service was great and the price and quality make this an excellent choice for a mattress.

This review is regarding the sheets not the mattress. We have been very pleased with the mattress. However, the sheet set we purchased does not fit a deep pocket mattress as stated by the sales rep.

I bought a bed last September. It’s a Eurotop and it started out fine. However a bed with a 10 year warranty has now be a “decent” mattress for no more than a year. We roll in our bed because there are divits in the mattress and it’s very uncomfortable. I spoke with the Manager in Great Falls, and he was NOT helpful. The only way our bed issues fall under the 10 year warranty is if the top has a 1.5inch divit. For our issues this is literally impossible because the Eurotop is still in fine shape. It’s the mattress below the Eurotop that’s got issues. Since there’s no visible divit when you put a piece of wood on the bed, we are stuck on a VERY Uncomfortable bed. The Great Falls manager kept having his staff call me back and refused to speak with me regarding the issues. After no resolution, I tried to call the corporate office THREE times over a time of three weeks and I STILL haven’t receivership yet a call back. We paid $1300 for a mattress that clearly only lasts one year. GO ELSEWHERE or you’ll be stuck with a bed you can hardly sleep on.
