I stop in the pick up a bed frame. Tabitha, that was work the front desk, was awesome! She help with advice on building the perfect foundation for under our mattress. I will definitely be going back to check out a replacement for out 20 year old mattress!

Despite a lot of people calling the store and a fair number of walk-in customers, Glenwood Spring Store Manager Alexander Blazek (who was helping out in Junction that day) was patient and kind and happy to provide a wealth of information on all the makes and models of mattresses and bases they had there. he was a pleasure to work with and the store was well set up to let customers try out the mattresses.

I must admit it was with some trepidation that I visited Furniture Row. I am 6'5" tall and my wife is 6' tall. Finding furniture that fits is a chore. Then I met Jeremy. He knew exactly what we would like and what would fit. We picked out two modern looking power recliners, got them delivered quickly and when we had a minor problem, the service guys came out pronto (Thanks, Diego). We're buying a sectional and sofa, sleeper for the guest bedroom next...all because of Jeremy, one of few salespeople in the area who understands customer service.

The delivery men showed up a little early, which was great. I had purchased a double mattress and box spring to replace a twin sized trundle bed for my daughter. There was some miscommunication when I purchased the bed and I believed that they would haul off the old bed in its entirety. It had a frame that stood around 3 sides of the bed. When the men walked in they told me that they were only supposed to take the mattress and box spring. I started trying to take the bed apart as quick as I could and they jumped in and helped me and ended up taking the entire bed, frame and all. They were very friendly and efficient and really did me a huge favor. I wish I remembered their names so I could include them in this review. The bed was delivered on the morning of Dec 13th.

Getting a good night sleep has been a struggle for years. After staying in a nice hotel, I decided to buy a Tempurpedic Bed and found Denver Mattress at Furniture Row in Grand Junction. With help from an amazing Sales person Brian, I am finally on my way to the sleep that has eluded me all my life. Like the Princess in the book..I need just the right mattress and this sales rep and incredible product is making my fairy tale sleep come true!!

Brian Bunker was and is very astute on all of the products going totally out of his way to help us. I have severe back issues, so I dealt with Brian totally by phone choosing the type of mattress we needed from his recommendation. Thank you Brian Bunker! We are very pleased with our Stearns & Foster Firm mattress.

The DM Grand Junction store has a great selection and a top notch sales team. This is our second time buying from Brian Bunk, and recommend anyone buying a bed must go in and talk with him. Very easy to talk with and takes his time with every costumer

Unsure of if this specific mattress will be useful to me but loved the kit. The salesman was extremely helpful and didn't try to upsell me beyond my budget, and even showed me products far below my budget. Very kind even during a busy time of day.

We were looking for a king mattress to replace our nearly 30-year old one. The salesman, Brian, was very helpful in explaining the features and showing a good selection within our price range.

We visited the DM in Grand Junction twice; the first time to try out different mattresses and figure out what we liked; the second to buy a mattress. In the interim, I compared DM prices to other mattress stores - both local and online. DM's price for the mattress we wanted was competitive with all the others we checked. I liked the store - it was upscale, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and certainly not pushy at all. Only downside - the mattress we wanted wasn't in stock locally and it seems like an excessive amount of time to get it delivered from Denver (best case one week, possibly 2 weeks).

I visited the Grand Junction store twice. First trip was to see what was available and learn about the Denver Mattress products. My second trip was to order my mattress. Austin Haynes and Mike were attentive, professional and helpful. Thanks for making this the Best Buying Rxperience ever.

Great service just what we wanted store manager Brian and delivery guys were great

My husband and I have been all-over the valley looking for our new bed. Only here were we given the same price every time we come in. The gentleman that helped us remembered exactly what we were looking for and kept us on budget. When we did finally pick out our bed we were in and out under 15 minutes. My only complaint is that when we took our bed home the young man who helped us tie down our purchase only put one twine tie down on it. Half way home a gust of wind sent it flying out of our truck. We had to figure out how to fix it without any additional rope. We were able to make it home and to the mattress credit it is still the best sleep I have has in a while.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy service. The process from beginning to end was pretty quick.
