We ordered a sectional. One of the sections wasn't sewn correctly. We showed them a picture of the part we were talking about. They reordered that piece of the sectional. No hassle. No questions.

I am moving from Florida to Appleton and made a point to stop at Furniture Row in Grand Chute. I met with Andrew Myers. I explained that I was just looking around but I would be back. Andrew gave me his card and left me alone (which I really appreciated). Several weeks later, after making an offer on a home, I went back to Andrew and I purchased all of my furniture from him. I appreciated that time that he took and his professionalism. You can't go wrong shopping here.

Casey, the manager, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She also made the experience of shopping with our 3 children (which is typically stressful and not pleasant) a whole lot more enjoyable and was great to our kids, too!

Hidden gems everywhere! I found the most beautiful table and chairs here. After getting the table home, I wanted a bench. The sales team helped me move pieces around the store to find a piece that complemented the set. We stumbled upon a bench from a different set that matched perfectly, color shape and textures.
After wondering around this store many times deciding on furniture for the house, I found a lamp of all things that I could not live without. Just because the lamp was in the bedroom section, I pictured it for my living room and it's perfect.
The pieces in this store are very versatile and great quality. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had been shopping all day and walked into Furniture Row and found exactly what we were looking for! We sat on the couch and said this is it! The salesman was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He explained how we could purchase different pieces of the furniture to make it fit our space best. We ordered a reclining leather couch and a recliner with some manual and automatic reclining features. Due to Covid, we had to wait about 6 months to get our furniture. The salesman was amazing with communicating with us about when the furniture would be in. We did not get the delivery option at the time of purchase, but due to the long wait time, we asked about it and they delivered it and set it up for us! Unfortunately one arm of the couch was damaged when it got to the store (a small cut) and they asked if we still wanted it or if we wanted to wait for the new piece to come in before it all got delivered. We opted to have it all delivered now and they will deliver the new piece when it comes in and take the piece we currently have. We highly recommend purchasing from Furniture Row!

excellent overall
I was shopping for a dining room set and was assisted by a very personable salesman. He answered all my questions and helped me find just what I wanted. the set I picked out is top quality - and easy for me to handle the leafs in the table without moving the table. I looked at other furniture stores before FR and this store had the best quality and service!

Great Service and Selection!
We recently purchased several pieces of furniture at the Appleton store. The selection was great - lots of different styles, which was refreshing. Our salesperson, Anissa, was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the individual products as well as all current sales and deals. She allowed us the freedom to look at our leisure without breathing down our necks - but she was always close by when we had questions as we were looking. Just a really great experience and we would recommend this store AND Anissa!

Excellent Experience
We came in to look for a dining room set. The associates were helpful in getting us set in the right direction, and then let us do our thing without any pressure or sales pitch. They were available to answer questions when needed and were quick to complete the transaction when we were ready. The styles were more modern and we were happy with our visit.

Great Experience
We were looking to purchase new furniture for our new home. We went to several furniture stores and could not find anything we liked. We stopped into Furniture Row in Grand Chute. They are doing a remodel and did not have a lot of inventory. However, we found exactly what we needed. Brandon was our salesperson and was very friendly and helpful. He greeted us, asked us if we needed help, told us about their sale and then let us browse. We really appreciated that. All the other salespeople in the other stores follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable. We purchased a love seat and leather sofa at very reasonable price. It is perfect in our new home. We look forward to the end of July to see their remodel and new merchandise.

Very good experience from start to finish. Ryan is very knowledgeable in the products sold. I had to find a mattress to fit in a frame from a water tube mattress and he gave us a couple suggestions and had us test them out.
I did end up buying one he suggested, although I think the price was a little high for just buying the mattress and not a complete bed. Overall very satisfied. I have purchased from here in the past and would again because I know I'm getting a quality product.

Great Product
We bought a "scratch and dent" table with the hopes of getting a good deal on a table. We thought we would just buy it and maybe cover the damage and that's it. What we got was a beautiful table with an imperfection that we couldn't even see for a huge discount. These folks earned my business for sure.

Great mattress
The sales clerk was very friendly and considerate. He was not pushy and was interested in what we were looking for and let us take our time to find what we wanted in a new mattress. He didn't push the most expensive mattress but the one that would fit our needs the most. He was also very informative and we were very happy with our decision to shop there. We will be coming back for other furniture needs.

Home furniture
We came in to buy furniture for our new house. We had been shopping all day and were sick of pushy sales people, but Jennifer was amazing! She gave us info when we needed it and gave us space when we needed to discuss things. We didn't purchase right away, and she wasn't forceful at all. We came back a week later and bought all of the things she had helped us with!

Mattress, bedroom furniture and barstools
I dealt with Eric Higgins - Manager for the mattresses. He was very informitive, not pushy, and easy to understand. I went back a second time to buy an extra mattress a few weeks later and he remembered me and it was a quick in and out both times.
I also purchasced bedroom furnicher and 4 barstools from Chuck Deal - Manager and he was just as helpful and polite and knoliglble. I was in and out within 30-45 min. Loved it!

Very helpful and great deals
My wife and I were really just looking to see what they had for bed frames, and we wandered over to the sofa selection. We ended up finding a great deal with one of the 8 piece deals going on for the holiday. It was so good that we put it on layaway until we sold our house at the end of September and cancelled our order at a different furniture company. Chuck Deal helped us out with any questions we had and made things very easy for us. I will definitely be recommending Furniture Row to anyone that is looking.

I frequent the Appleton Wisconsin Furniture Row for most all my furniture purchases. I continue to be wowed by the level of service I receive. On this particular purchase my wife and I were looking for a glider or rocking recliner for our new babies room. We had a budget we were looking to stay within. I'm very happy to say that the leather recliner we purchased fell below our budget and is an excellent addition to the room.

We purchased a desk in September and received it three months later. Completely understand that there are supply chain issues and shipping delays. I would have given them 5 stars if they had let us know when it was ready to be delivered to our home. However, we had to keep calling to find out that it was in their facility.

The overall service was excellent. I didn't feel like the sales team was hovering me throughout my searching. The showroom had a lot to offer and even though the items I wanted were on backorder, I still felt like this store gave me all that I wanted. We were shopping for a new bedroom set for our teenage son. Furniture Row offered a huge selection and styles for him to pick from that were not too young, and let him express his own taste. They were so helpful in getting the correct measurements to be sure it would fit into the space available. We can't wait to get his new bedroom set!

Side Table
I went to the store looking for one thing but immediately bought something else as soon as I saw it.
This was my first time in the store. I liked the furniture selections, styles, and variety. Groupings and accessories were displayed well and often caught my eye.
The piece I bought, a side table to use at my front door, was something I had been looking for online and in stores for months. I could not find what I wanted. While walking thru the store, I saw the exact style I had been looking for and knew I would buy it. Luckily for me, it was on sale! Even better. It is a wooden end table with a drawer to put mail in and baskets on shelves beneath to store mittens and other items that tend to be left at the door. One basket for me and one for the kids. The rack I am replacing had hooks for the kids' jackets, but with the wood material of this shelf, I can twist in a few hooks so they can still do that.

Wait and See
We ordered a couch and loveseat. We were told by one person the loveseat with the center console should be ordered as "sofa with console". The salesman and manager at different times told us that the loveseat ordered will come with the console. Our concern is the manufacturer website shows the unit ordered as a standard loveseat w/o a console. We will wait another 6 weeks and find out. We have been assured it will be corrected if it is not right. So, we'll wait and see.

By far the WORST customer service/management and product quality we have EVER gotten. We waited over 3 months to finally get a table (which had to be returned each time) and each time it was damaged. We now have to live without a kitchen table in the meantime. Management was not be helpful and would not follow through as they promised on MULTIPLE occasions. Our months of inconvenience clearly mean nothing to them and we would NEVER recommend this store.
