We came to Denver Mattress looking for two mattress types that were unfortunately not on the floor yet. However, after to speaking to Tyson about what we were seeking, our sleeping profiles, which mattresses we had tried out previously, he pointed us to Aireloom, which we had not heard off before. Taking into consideration what we were looking for, he hit the nail on the head on his suggestion with no pressure to buy but plenty of knowledge. Denver Mattresses return policy also exceeds that of others. Would recommend.

When we went in to Denver Mattress, we had no idea what we were looking for. Our Salesman, Kyle Myers, was extremely helpful and did not rush us. We were there for approximately an hour before closing and Kyle never looked at his watch or left us as we moved from bed to bed. I have a latex allergy and he knew the ones that were latex free. He also knew where each bed was made and their individual features. He explained everything to us, such as getting used to our mattress, how to wash the sheets and the mattress pad and the warranty. He even listened to some of my husbands corny jokes. When I walked in I told Kyle I would rather have my teeth pulled out than shop for a mattress. Well, I've changed my mind because he made the experience enjoyable and painless. Thanks Kyle!

I bought my Olivia dining room set Christmas of 2019, and it has been a great piece in my home. The cherry finish goes well with the other furniture in my home. I love how the leaf can be stored inside the table when not in use, and I love how the chairs have cushions seats that are soft to sit on for long duration of time.

I have untreatable severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea which means that my organs including my brain don't get enough oxygen when I am asleep. I developed Atrial Fibrilation as a result. Then I bought a Denver mattress and adjustable base so that I could elevate my head while sleeping and have had no medical events resulting from my sleep apnea for more than 2 years now. Sleeping on my mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. My purchase from the Fort Collins store was a very positive experience including selection, quality, value, financing, delivery, warranty enforcement and especially the helpful salespeople and management. My family and I are Denver Mattress customers for life and I can not thank this store enough for their invaluable assistance.

My Fiance and I recently purchased a bed from this Denver Mattress. While we have not gotten the bed yet, I felt it necessary to share our experience just being in the store. We worked with Chris Opp. He was one of the most amazing sales people I have ever worked with. He understands that people will make the decision on their time, he was not forceful in anyway to make us buy the day we went in the first time. While we were testing many beds he would make his round make sure we were comfortable and offer any knowledge he had about the bed we were currently laying on . He wanted us to have all the information we could before we spent money on a mattress because they are small investments and you spend a lot of time sleeping. I have already recommended this store and Chris to some one I met who mentioned they were looking for a new bed. Although we have not received the bed their is a comfort in my head with the knowledge that was given to us from Chris along side the 4 month warranty that we have from the day we get it. I would recommended this store to anyone looking for a bed.

Very low pressure (which is exactly what my husband needs) The salesman gave us a couple options, he could either take us around the store to each bed and talk about their features, or he could break down the showroom and let us look. We chose option 2. He checked in with us often, but not too much that we felt he was being pushy. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with our choice. We haven't gotten the bed yet so I can't review that part as of now, but just the fact that we can return/exchange if it is not to our liking is great! I would definitely shop their again!

As a returning customer, when my wife suggested we purchase new mattresses for our guest room, I knew where I wanted to look first. We were greeted by Francisco. He allowed us to review all choices, but when I explained I wanted a medium firm, quality mattress, he directed us to the best choices. After a bit, my wife decided we should consider 2 King mattresses and replace a Queen mattress in another bedroom. I naturally agreed with the wife, and Francisco was able to help us find great mattresses frame and box springs for the additional King, as well as excellent pricing. Denver Mattress is my go to location for bedding needs.

After reviewing mattresses in Consumer Reports, my husband and I headed to Denver Mattress Company. I told them what I wanted and was shown the exact mattress in three comfort levels: firm, medium and soft. We quickly decided on the perfect fit for us, completed the transaction, and scheduled delivery all in less than 30 minutes. We appreciate the efficient service offered at the Fort Collins location. I am sure we will be pleased with our selection. The only thing we did differently than anticipated was to order two mattresses. Thank you!

We had a very positive experience shopping and purchasing a mattress from Denver Mattress in Fort Collins. From the time we walked in the door, all the way thru the delivery of the new bed, was flawless. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful while being polite and not pressuring us. Every step was easy. The delivery was also very positive.

The sale person was very helpful with finding the mattress that met our needs. When the mattress was delivered the delivery men noted the electrical base was damaged and had to be returned. After contacting the store a new delivery date was set but was out a week but the Asst. Manager offered some consideration for the delay in getting our bed made the company/store look very good in my view.

I had the pleasure of working with Jaciel, and he took tremendous care of me. I had a bit of an idea what I wanted, and Jaciel was able to run with that to find me exactly what I needed. The customer service I received was fast, friendly and genuine. Thank you, Jaciel!

After shopping at every mattress store in Fort Collins, and there are more than you think, we went back to Denver Mattress for our purchase. Scott, our sales rep was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, easy to wok with, and not pushy. Scott encouraged us to shop around in order to find the best bed for us. He listened to what we had been looking at and what we wanted, made suggestions and helped me to find the Tempur-Contour pillow - after the first night's sleep - my neck was finally not hurting when I awoke. We purchased the Telluride mattress with the ergomotion adjustable base. I love it. It has a zero-g feature that helps to alleviate pressure points. My hips don't lie - or hurt when I wake up.

Although this was my first and only visit to Denver Mattress, I was very pleased with the help I received and the good selection of fine mattresses. I really didn't expect to find what I wanted right away, but when I walked out of the store I was the owner of a great new Euro-top mattress. Good work, Gabby!

We compared mattresses at 5 different stores in Fort Collins and found the sales staff at Denver Mattress both on the phone and in person to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They understood we had done our homework so we could narrow things down quickly yet they gave us as much time as needed. After considering all of the factors, we purchased our mattress at Denver Mattress. We haven't received it yet, but did want to submit a review for the good service up to this point.........thanks !

We have bought a couple of mattresses from Denver Mattress in Fort Collins including one this week. I have always had a great experience. The prices are reasonable and the sales staff is helpful and friendly and not pushy. The quality of the mattresses we have bought has been excellent. They don't mind if the kids run around and play while you shop. The attached Furniture Row has a great selection of quality furniture as well and a nice open layout that is easy to navigate.

Such a great store. My husband and I have bought our last three family beds from Denver Mattres! The staff is great! I bought a pillow online but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. I had the best service picking out a pillow that I would be happy with.

The girl I worked with was very helpful an she new about all the mattress an beds we were talking g about. Her name was Gabi. She walk me threw every step of the bed i decided to purchase. I would strongly recommend her as a sales person to any of my friends. The store in fort Collins in furniture row was very clean an organized.

I spent two days shopping for mattresses and i could not find a good mattress that was within my budget. When i finally got to denver mattress it was over in about five minutes. They had the right bed at a great price and quickly steered me towards exactly what i was looking for.

Ok these guys are over the top in my opinion. No pressure sales but yet informative sales helping you select what you want. So thats good but what makes it better was the awesome warranty - 15 years. Plus if you don't like it bring it back and pick another one. I have made lots of bad decisions on mattresses in the past and have the sore back to prove it, this gives me a now worry guarantee. BTW I had looked at 3 stores prior unsure what to do, but the experience was the best total, so I bought on the spot!

My husband and I were in need of a bed, STAT! We stopped in to the Denver Mattress Store and were greeted by a very friendly and informative sales associate. She helped us find the best bed for us and was curtious and attentive. We decided on the Meditation Green Choice gel foam bed. We paid, picked up, and headed home. It was just that easy! I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to find a bed for well under $1000 that we could both agree upon. :)

We had awesome service, they took there time to help us choose between two mattresses and also choosing the right pillows for my husband and myself. I was very overall pleased.

From entering the store to leaving the sales assistant, Tyler, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the beds! He knew when to give you space to try out and think about the beds, it was very relaxing, and he was there when we needed him for any questions. We bought a bed from here 17 years ago, and that is why we returned to this friendly, knowledgable and great products store.

Scott was wonderful in first helping me know what my financing options would be and then taking the time to pick out the right mattress. I had a lovely experience both with the in store employees as well as the delivery guys who dropped off the mattress. Everyone was very polite and helpful

I just made my second mattress purchase at Denver Mattress, due to an upgrade in size for my bedroom. I originally purchased the Durango Firm and have loved it from day one. I have had the mattress for a little over 5 years and it is still as great as the day I got it. For a firm mattress, it is super comfortable for back, stomach or even side sleeping as I do all three! I recommended the mattress to my sister on her last purchase and she decided to go with it as well and loves it as much as I do. Service was great 5 years ago and still the same today. I will add that I am quite indecisive on purchases and have gone in at least 3-4 times on each purchase before pulling the plug to buy. I was greeted each and every time and never felt a bother for being there, yet again and asking the same questions. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions and let me have time when I needed to just lay on mattress after mattress without feeling any pressure! My entire family are Denver Mattress customers and I will continue to be the next time I am in need!

Ty greeted me and listened well to what I wanted. He connected in a professional manner. He showed me the two types of mattresses I was interested in, let me try them, and explained why most mattresses are no longer flippable. I wanted flippable and assumed that all still were. He understood the reasons and new laws. He sent me a sweet thank-you note, and even though I have since moved away, I called and ordered a mattress through him.

Gabi was so helpful and knowledgeable! We were having a hard time because one of us likes firm, the other softer. She answered all of our million questions and helped us find a bed that was perfect for us! No pressure, no rushing, very upfront - so simple!

Gabi was great. We told her our budget and how we slept, and she made a few recommendations. We tried out the beds in the showroom, made our decision, and sat down to make the purchase. She made sure we took advantage of all discounts available, set-up flexible delivery, and recommended the products and care we need to ensure we don't void the warranty and have many years of comfortable sleep. The value is great, and I really think we got a great deal. Many thanks to Gabi, and Denver Mattress was the right decision!

We are very happy with our mattress and adjustable base. Michael was very helpful in the selection process and very easy to work with. Delivery was a different story - very rushed, no instructions on the adjustable base, grumpy.

We went in to purchase a new bed (we have bought all our precious beds through Denver mattress). We wanted the exact same bed we had purchased previously just in a king. The manager assisted us in finding the exact bed we had with a couple of minutes. After figuring out what we wanted (maybe 20 minutes) we then waited a good 2.5 hours till we could actually purchase the bed. My kids were screaming and they didn't seem to care that we were still waiting. I love Denver mattress but this was one of my worst experiences.
