Ronnie was professional and very knowledgeable. let's face it, mattress shopping is not fun, but Ronnie was a pleasure to work with and mad it easy.

We were in town visiting family a few weeks back and stopped in to look at memory foam pillows. It was close to closing time, but the salesman (Daniel Wininger) was patient and showed us all of the options available. He was very friendly and got an order placed to have the Tempurpedic pillow I decided on shipped directly to my house since I live out of town and it wasn't in stock at the store. Couldn't be happier with my purchase or the service I received!

We bought a Green Bliss very comfortable for our son about 6 months ago he loves it. My husband and I needed a new mattress we decided on the same mattress. I can say I wake up well rested and pain free. No more back aches and feeling exhausted. The saleman in Florence Ky were fantastic and extremely helpful.

The Sales Person and Purchasing experience was top notch. Cannot judge Selection & Service as I have not received the bed yet, as wel as, no opportunity to confirm the service.

My husband and I arrived at Denver Mattress a half home before closing. Not only did the sales associate (Tyler) work with us the entire time (with no rushing), he stayed late to help us with our sale to ensure that we got the product we wanted. Highly recommend!

We went out to Denver Mattress on Sunday, April 2, 2017 to get a new queen size mattress for our bed at home. We were greated by very friendly employees. Bryan Waibel was very helpful, informative, and professional with us. Both my wife and I were very impressed with all of the help, and information that Bryan Waibel gave us about the mattresses!! Bryan also did a really great job with helping us to find the right matress for us!! We both would definitely recommend Denver Mattress to our family members, and our friends!!!!

Bought a mattress set at Denver Mattress and I got it delivered today (10/29/2016). The mattress came about a week sooner than I was told, but that is a very good thing, since I had just moved in completely two days before. They offered for the delivery to be made on a day that was convenient, so it wouldn't have been a hassle anyway. The salesperson (Josh) was very friendly, attentive, didn't push and listened to what we were looking for. We shopped around and in the end, the deal was great, the sales person made us feel that this was the right place to make our purchase and helped us pick the best mattress for our needs. The mattress came just as the one I saw in their showroom and it is very comfortable. The delivery was awesome and the two people who delivered it were very professional, and were prompt about calling before with a time estimate that was spot on, and then alerted me when they arrived. All-in-all, my wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. The quality is great, the selection is wide and the prices are very good. I would seriously recommend this store for your sleeping needs, and I mean you can literally skip looking elsewhere.

I like being told the truth. Our reputation was knowledgeable about our products. He was also knowledgeable about the competitor's product. Which made this just about a one-stop-shop We shopped around. We noticed right away that what he had said about the competitors was true. Not only will I recommend other people to come here, I will also be coming here for any other future business.

I can't say enough about Tyler and all the staff at DM! Tyler has gone above and beyond helping my husband and I select the perfect mattress to fit both our needs. If we had a question, problem, Tyler was right there, helping to guide us along the way. Never felt like we were taking too much of his or anyone else's time. We did a lot of research for a new bed. Went to Denver Store in Florence. Picked out a bed and it was delivered. This was big purchase, with the adjustable frame etc. The store clerk was informative but only enough to complete the sale as it seems. We get the bed, sleep on in almost a month before realizing two things, the adjustable part is just a novelty and we do not use it. But more important, the mattress was too firm. We go back to the store and the clerk was friendly until we said we wanted to return the whole thing and pick out a new mattress. Still a big purchase, but was as if we did something wrong. He quickly said the frame is not returnable. Never mentioned that, but quick to show us. They also lamented that this type was the most returned of all types. We wanted to do business there, but the attitude was so off putting, we left. Its a game to sell the adjustable bed. They could have mentioned the return rate when we were there, we would have chose a less firm type and would never have thought to return the whole unit. Used car lots do better customer service than this. Almost any other store that sells mattresses and we found a cheaper one less than 300 feet away, are better.
