This was my second trip to this store. We had such good service when we bought our last mattress so when it was time to buy a new one, we went back. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to put us in the most expensive mattress, but helped us find the right one for our budget. I highly recommend this store.

Absolutely had the best service at a furniture store I have ever had. He did not bug us and let us look but answered every little detail we had. The sectional we bought is really comfy and was a great value.

My wife and I were very pleased with the entire experience. All of the salesman were friendly, helpful, and on point with the necessary details. We will continue to come to Furniture Row.

Went into store looking for a new queen size mattress to replace the last mattress we bought at this store 10 years ago. Salesman took us through some steps to determine what comfort level would be suited for myself and wife. After trying 3 different mattresses numerous times we decided on a comfort level. From that point the mattress we wanted was clear even after trying other brands in the store. We were satisfied with our choices and the help we received.

Went to Denver mattress to try out the purple mattress and pillow, sales staff let you try without pressure answered questions about the purple mattress and showed me others that we might like. Showed us a different base for the bed that did what we wanted without all the extra and was cheaper.

We bought a purple bed from them. They were helpful with our questions and most importantly did not pressure us to buy at that moment. I think the quality and prices are awesome! We will be buying more from them on the future.

We bought Doctors Choice mattresses 8 years ago. It was time to replace my husbands twin xl mattress. He couldn't sleep because he was uncomfortable so I switched mattresses with him and now I have a hard time getting comfortable. So we figured it was time to get him a new one. I am anxiously waiting for his new mattress so I can get mine back. They are very comfortable. We are well pleased with the mattresses and with the salesman that took care of us.

My wife and I stopped into Denver Mattress to look at beds. Dan Balentine waited on us and was very professional and knowledgeable of the beds that are there. We decided on a Tempurpedic bed and frame. Dan showed us all the different options we had to choose from. The bed was delivered to us on a Sunday (1week and 5 days later). The delivery men were outstanding. They had the bed all together in 30 minuets. Great job men!! They were very careful when they were carrying in everything. Not one scratch. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I love the no pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

I recently bought a split king bliss and love it!!!.

We visited our local Denver Mattress twice. We were really just wanting a new mattress. We looked at Sleep Number, Tempur-Pedic, etc. Our salesperson Dan was very helpful. At first I was unsure he knew anything about a mattress, but having searched the web, he does! We ended up with a Simmons with an adjustable frame. I would recommend Dan to anyone interested. He was not pushy and he was very informative.

Dan Balentine did a great job explaining our options and finding the right mattress for us. The store had an excellent selection and we settled on an adjustable base foundation with the Doctors Choice Elite Mattress. Selling points were the warranty (15 years - non-prorated!), the 365 Better Sleep Guarantee and the 0% financing terms. Delivery took about a week because the base wasn't in stock. Setup and haul away was reasonably priced ($60). Delivery guys hit the promised 2-hour window and were professional and efficient. The whole process only took about 30 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we entered the store we were welcomed and made to feel as if we were important. We were greeted almost immediately and asked what he could show us. He was very kind, patient, and answered all of our questions with regard to purchasing the type of mattress we wanted-a rather firm type. He showed us several and explained the 365 day feature offered.

I have never had bad service at the Denver Mattress Co. I shop at the Evansville IN location. I have purchased four seperate matress sets. Most recently I purchased a matress protector and the service was just as friendly with this small item as it has been with my larger purchases. I will continue to do business at this location and highly recommend.

Dan Balentine was simply amazing. I walked in simply expecting another routine sales pitch and someone just there making a paycheck. Wow! Was I ever wrong. This experience was exactly what I was looking for. I needed education and he provided it. I have a very bad back and he gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. He wasn't pushy and gave me space and time to try different beds and make an informed decision. Customer for life now.

Overall good experience. Salesman was helpful, but not pushy. Pricing was was fair.

The staff was extremely great really helped us out. And didn't start us at just the most expensive mattress and went into detail about the differences! He knew alot about wha he was actually selling and he found us a great deal! This is actually our 2nd time and will go back for all our future needs!
