I had my first experience at Furniture Row (Living Room) and was met with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Sebastian, the manager, helped me through and I ended with wonderful fair priced items for my new apt. I could not be more pleased with his customer service as well as knowledge of the inventory, items, and product. Will definitely be back and recommend the store ( and Sebastian) without hesitation! Wonderful experience.

Loved what we saw right away, and the sales person was great

The experience from beginning (entering the store) to the end (mattress delivery) was excellent. Becky was willing to spend as much time as I needed and was great and personable. I did not once feel pressure and was allowed to arrive at my decision. Delivery was quick! And I cannot say enough how great it was.

The rep was very informative, yet heard us out on what we needed. Made us feel comfortable in purchasing now or later; which we decided to then even though we weren’t planning for a couple months. The rep was great!

Went in with my wife to find a king bed to upgrade from our queen. We bought the Green Choice Bliss 10" king and we sleep better than a baby at nap time. They had lots of options that we were looking for and it only took us maybe 45 minutes to look and choose and to pick up the bed. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good price and comfy bed.

They had a great selection and good sales going on. The staff was friendly and helped me find the right mattress for me and my wife.

The Denver Mattress store on Furniture Row in Draper was a pleasant surprise. The low-pressure, informative sales approach was perfect. We felt very comfortable, especially as we tried out several mattresses. The sales staff answered all our questions and gave us information we needed to make an informed decision. Compared to the larger furniture store we visited, there was no comparison. We haven't received the mattress and base yet, but the generous return policy ensures we'll be satisfied, if not with the mattress we chose, then with another. I would certainly choose Denver Mattress again. Couldn't be happier with the shopping experience. Price wasn't our main concern, but we are not displeased with the price.

Selection was made simple. Buying the mattress was fast. Salesman was very courteous. Was set up for delivery on Friday, When I called because I didn't receive a call for delivery, I was told my delivery was entered wrong and I wouldn't receive my mattress until Saturday :( .. Not having nothing to sleep on now because I removed my old mattress, we had to sleep on an inflatable mattress. Delivery was not made on Friday even after we explained this. Love the mattress. After shopping other mattress stores happened to be near Denver Mattress Co. and decided to give them a try. We were promptly greeted by Crystal and she listened to our wants and needs. She then took us to their product that she thought would cover our needs. As soon as we tried the mattress we fell in love with it and purchased the mattress and frame. So far only slept on it for 1 night but it is meeting our expectations. I recommend Denver Mattress Co. in Draper, UT.

I have purchased a bed, bed frame and pillows from Denver Mattress. With each visit I have been impressed with the quality of the products I have purchased, as well as the knowledge and friendliness of their employees.

So helpful told the gentleman what I was looking for and he knew exactly where it was there was no confusion at al... love an employee that knows the product.

Six years ago we purchased a Richmond King with a 15 year warranty. Back then the service was wonderful and we LOVE our bed. However, we began noticing one specific "hole" in it. Dropped by this store to see if the warranty truly would be honored. No hassles on getting a replacement. We received full credit for the old and ended up upgrading, hence we only had to pay a little more. Original warranty continues. LOVE this place. Wonderful customer service, good arrange of products, knowledgable and kind staff - 5 STARS all the way!

Sales staff was friendly. Service was fast. Due to fact my daughter is autistic my wife and I were in and out of the store a few times. Mattress was the value we were looking for . I would highly recommend this to all of my friends.

We were looking for a new, larger bed but didn't know where exactly to start. Denver Mattress was very helpful in finding the right mattress to fit our needs. After my parents came to town and were dissatisfied with our guest mattress, we made a trip to Denver Mattress. They had great pricing on a foam mattress! It was also great to be able to pick up right after we purchased it( my parents slept on it that night) The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful without being obtrusive. I will return again after this great experience!

I went into the Denver Mattress Store because I had seen it online and liked that they had their own non-toxic mattress line that they manufacture their own line in Denver, Colorado. However, I gave up on considering an online store purchase because I wanted to try out the mattress in person before I purchased it and also due the potential expense and difficulty of exchanging, shipping etc., of a mattress and frame. I actually was in the Draper, Utah, area to go to another furniture store when I saw the Denver Mattress store sign and was thrilled to check it out as I did not know Denver Mattress had a store in Utah. Anyway, I was not comfortable with one of my options of buying a 100% pure nontoxic latex mattress on the chance that I might be allergic to latex because I am very allergic to avocados which is a cross-linked allergen to the rubber plant from which latex is made. I am also sensitive to wool. So I am also wary of purchasing a mattress using wool as the flame retardant material. I was surprised at Denver Mattress' quality, use of non-toxic materials, great price with the sale, the trial period for exchanges, and their warranties on the mattress and the adjustable frame. I was equally impressed by the no-pressure approach, knowledge, honesty, patience, and sense of humor of Aaron Ellis who helped me on the showroom floor. Since I had done months of research on mattresses and adjustable frames, I am extremely knowledgeable about matttress construction, legitimate certifications, TB117-2013 requirements for flame retardance chemicals and the history of those chemicals for mattresses going back to 2007. I was so impressed that Aaron was totally knowledgeable about history of flame retardants and mattresses and was willing to listen to all my concerns and my list of desired features in a mattress and adjustable bed frame. Aaron also has a wealth of knowledge about so many mattresses, frames, and the manufacturers. I am most grateful to Aaron for his expertise, efficiency, professional manner, patience, and sense of humor. After speaking in length with Aaron, trying the mattresses and adjustable frames in the store, and reading the "To Whom It May Concern" November 7, 2011 letter from Denver Mattress' General Manager, Robert Rensink, stating that " At Denver Mattress we do NOT use any chemicals in any chemicals in assembly of our beds," I purchased three non-chemically treated flame retardant mattresses: two twin XL Doctor's Choice Elite Plus and one Doctor's Choice Elite Firm twin CL mattresses with three of the model Rejuven8-2 adjustable twin frames for my family. I really like that these mattresses have pocketed coils, nontoxic materials, a great luxury feel, and work with an adjustable frame! I was equally impressed with the Denver Mattress's adjustable frame including the very nice leather-like finish, the leg extension kits, the bolted headboard attachment kit, the options mattress protector and pillow package (which I did not purchase as I had my own already), the 2 USB ports on each frame, and the massage, head and foot adjustments, and wireless controls features! We were looking for a new mattress over the labor day sales weekend. We came to Denver mattress on Saturday and came back on a Monday to purchase. We went to several stores and found that the customer services top notch and made buying easy. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of each item which helped us find a match for me and my husband. The perks of financing and buying from Denver out numbered any other competitor. Sleep matters and we are grateful for the people at Denver that took both my husband and my concerns into consideration to find the perfect bed. We were not just a sell. That is why we came back to Denver to make the purchase.

We were shopping for a mattress on a Sunday and found hardly any stores open so were thrilled that this one was! We were disappointed however that our mattress is not in stock but at least they've said the wait is only a week out So hopefully we don't have to wait too long. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable but didn't hover! We were able to try the beds without feeling weird that someone's looking at us while we're laying down!

Went in with my research, tried the beds out. Staff was helpful and made the process easy. Not pushy, and pleasant to work with. Selected by bed and made the purchase and checked out all within 20 minutes.

I ordered and paid for my mattress Sept. 6th and the sales rep. new we were moving ourt of state, we even paid an exta $230 for shipping to our new location. The sales rep "forgot" to set that up, of course they didn't forget to take our money. Also they gave us the pillows then in store since they didn't need to ship those and we paid for a package deal. Now I find out we can't get it for another 3 weeks and they won't refund me the full amount because "I took the pillows." Of course with the intention of receiving the mattress I just paid OVER $,2000 for. They said if I returned the product they'd refund me in full BUT They don't take pillows back. They are unopened still in plastic but either way I've moved out of state. HORRIBLE service. NO respect or care for the customer in this case. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone for anything. With such a big purchase trust your investment to ANYONE else. Clearly regardless of them making the mistake they had no intentions to remedy this for me. And won't even refund me in full.
