We had the best experience at this location. Our salesman, Danny, definitely knows his products. We ran into trouble with getting our delivery but Danny worked with us and found a way to resolve the problem. The staff is very professional. We will be back.

This location surpasses my expectations. Tate, my sales associate was extraordinary! He is a very upbeat and friendly person. During my first visit he was very helpful, honest and answered all my questions. When I needed to look around he left me alone and there was never pressure. He was always nearby when needed . Subsequent visits were the same - he was always very courteous and willing to help. I have a difficult back and I had to try a few different mattresses. Tate was just as helpful, friendly and professional each time. He said having a satisfied customer was their goal and he meant it!!!!! It was a pleasure to deal with Tate and this store, I wish all buying experiences were so pleasant and easy!!!!!!!

Recently purchased an adjustable base (Hibernation 2) from this location and Ryan was extremely helpful. Explained features thoroughly and made applying for credit simple and fast. I’m very satisfied with the customer service at this location and overall happy with my purchase. Shipping was also super fast!

I had to upgrade my mattress to a larger one with more support due to a back injury. David was amazing. He helped me find everything i needed, gave me quotes and got me financed. He was very low pressure and he remembered me when I came back. As a bonus, i got the labor day sale too with additional mattress protector and pillows. Overall the experience was great, but the only reason it was, was because of David. Thank you

My wife and I purchased the bed of our dreams over the phone on Friday night. Since we were paying in full, my wife and I were looking at some kind of discount. Jacob was kind enough to give us a military discount, on top of the 10% back to school discount, all I had to do was swing by the store and produce my ID. I was met with an immaculate store, and a friendly smile. The store looks to be in a worn down neighborhood, but you can't tell from the inside. Never judge a book by the cover. Love our new Breckenridge king size mattress! Supportive and comfortable with room for me, my husband and our two cats. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Our experience with Hedes Ramirez was exceptional. The show room has many options and we didn't quite know where to start. After answering a few questions, Hedes narrowed down our search rather quickly. We had every intention of just purchasing a new mattress, however we decided to buy the Ergomotion model. We have always wanted an adjustable frame but thought they were a bit pricey and were pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. Never feeling pressured to make a decision, Hedes did an excellent job explaining the products and the benefits of sleeping on an adjustable and we immediately felt a difference when demonstrated. It truly was a great buying experience and will be giving this company our business in the future.

We were shopping for a new bed for several days, we found ourselves in the Denver mattress company off I-70 and 45th, the customer service was on point, the sales rep was so helpful with finding the perfect bed that fit both our needs! I will definitely be going back again for any future bed buys. We couldn't be happier with our selection and our whole experience just in general! Great job Hedes!

Quality of the product but especially the attention we received from our Sales Representative which was excellent.

Hayden, the salesman I worked with to buy a new mattress and frame was exceptional! He patiently took time for me to try the beds and pillows and explained the coils and features of the final one's I chose. Each time I returned to the store to make my final decisions Hayden was polite and courteous. He was fine staying long past his shift time until our transactions were complete. When I called with questions he was just as professional. Hayden was great to work with at Denver Mattress.

As we walked into this location we were promptly greeted. We were able to look and try different mattresses and salesperson even brought us each a pillow. I mentioned price online was less than store and after checking that out he adjusted price. Very smooth transaction and 2 free pillows with our purchase. Win win.

The showroom was relaxing and the "No Pressure" help that we received was great. We were "fitted" for our correct firmness of the bed and pillows. After learning what was the correct firmness for our sleep patterns, we still had a wide range of Mattresses to choose from in a vast price range. The clean showroom made testing each of the beds a very pleasant experience. (I hate to shop!) Thanks to Hede and his team for an Awesome Experience!

My wife and I had been looking for an adjustable bed for six months. The first time we went into Denver Mattress we were helped by Hedes. He took us through all the available options, gave us a price on the bed that we wanted and told us when the best sale times were. When Labor Day came around he called us and told us about a sale that was going on. Last week we went in and talked with him again. He took us around to all the different beds, gave us prices and lots of different options. We decided on a bed and he again explained everything about sheets and mattress covers. Hedes really made our whole experience enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable about everything there is to know about the products that we needed. I would recommend him over and over again. Great job!!!

Our experience buying our new Serta bed with the elevating head and leg features, was very pleasant. Our sales gal was quite knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I'm looking forward to getting our new bed soon!!

We do all of our mattress shopping at I 70 and Havana location and have for years. We have and will continue to recommend this location to our friends and family. We shopped October 3rd to replace a previous purchase from years ago. Having issues with my lumbar spine I was able to "try" several mattress options. I finally selected the Serta Perfect Sleeper. The mattress feels as though it fits like a glove around my body. Not only did we receive excellent customer service during our selection process but our sales and service representative went a step further. I had recently had surgery and bound to a wheelchair. I was concerned about my husband being able to handle the removal and set up of the old/new mattresses as he is a senior citizen. Our sales and service representative, Jacob Younger, offered to help my husband with the removal and set up! Because of this I had my new bed same day! We have never experienced such phenomenal customer service. What an asset a Jacob is to your company.

Had a great experience at this location. The customer service reps were extremely helpful, even with the grand kids running around and being loud. The sales man took a lot of time to educate and work within my budget. I was extremely happy with the purchasing experience. The pillows he recommended were amazing and already alleviated back pain on the first night. I cant wait for my new mattress to arrive. I plan on making my next purchase at this location in a few months.

Stopped in on a whim, Dan was helpful and patient. We knew we wanted a new mattress but didn't know what we wanted. We purchased and are awaiting delivery! Initially thought the mattress sets were expensive but we made an investment and got a great deal and didn't settle for yet another uncomfortable mattress. Thank you!

My experience at Denver Mattress was great. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find a mattress that was right for me and my wallet. I really appreciate the time he took to really listen to what I wanted. He made it happen!!!

Large store, selections seemed fine. Not very busy when I went. Sales people were fine, though checkout did seem to take a while. First time at this particular store though. Lots of related stores nearby, confusing because even though stores were all in one building, had to do separate checkouts for different sections.

In store service was great. Showed me some pointers on picking a bed and answered all my questions. I thought my bed was a Cal. King size, but it wasn't, even though it was my fault and was special ordered, the got me the right one and installed it with no issues. Great company to do business with. Will do so again
