Great customer service in helping us get replacement parts from a third party company!

I just wanted to give adel his props for selling a king adjustable base over the phone. He answered all my questions., was very patient with the questions I asked and they were "many".., and i didn't feel pressure in anyway to make the purchase. P.S Props to Amanda as well for the accessories i.e. extended legs and cable upon reviewing the order before delivery! I recommend at least both of them if your in the market to purchase something from this store!

My wife and I purchased (2) mattresses from Denver Mattress over 20 years ago. Recently, we decided that we should replace the one we primarily sleep on. Since we had 20 years of satisfaction from Denver Mattress, we went back there. David Rowland welcomed us to the store, did not intimidate us, or pressure us to buy above where we were comfortable. In very short order, we left the store with a contract for a replacement mattress that will likely satisfy our needs for another 20 years.

Just a quick High Five and Thank You to the staff at 1243 S. Colorado Blvd. I was in dire need of a TemperPedic pillow for side sleeping. Brian and Caleb were able to help me find the right size and fill to help me solve my chronic neck pain. I really appreciate your customer service guys.

Moving and decorating can be stressful. When I walked into furniture row I wanted to get in and get out as quick as possible. Misha was so helpful and we did just that. He took initiative, asked me my budget and showed me my options. He then took me strait over to the bed section to get a bed. I was in an out in less than an hour and I couldn't be happier with my bed and mattress. Thanks Misha!

My wife was experiencing serious side effects from a life-changing but also dangerous medication... at the same time, she had started experience real pain that made it impossible for her to sit or lay down in our old bed. We had to get a new bed... fast. We worked with Chad and he was incredibly patient, thorough and compassionate in hearing our concerns and making recommendations. We made our selections and then Chad set to work getting it all delivered: the next day. We were so excited, because my wife couldn't be on our old bed for more than an hour or two at a time, and what she desperately needed was sleep. But then the unexpected happened: the products that Denver Mattress delivered started giving off a smell... one that made my wife's nausea from her meds so bad that she couldn't even been in the room. And, we hadn't done a good job of figuring out the height... now it was so high, it worsened her vertigo (also from the med). She had no where to sleep! We went in the next day and worked with Jonathan, Chad's fellow manager. No problem. Just as kind and patient as Chad, Jonathan helped us pick out different products to fix the issues, refunded us the difference (! We were prepared to pay more!) and worked a miracle: the new products were in place that afternoon! That night, my wife was back in her own room, in her new bed, getting the first decent night's sleep she'd had in several nights. And, this morning, it showed! I'm not saying every situation is going to warrant such herculean efforts or that they will be able to make it happen the same way for someone else on a different day. What I do know is that this team (S. Colorado Blvd Store) led by Chad and Jonathan understands how important and personal sleep is to each person. They treat everyone with respect and compassion and they recognize real stress and crisis when they see it. And, they will do whatever it takes within their power (which is considerable) to earn a customer for life. Over the next few weeks, we'll work with them to ensure we did select the best mattress for us (and adjust if needed), get us with the right pillows, and see what other ways they can help us make the most of our sleep. Jonathan and Chad, the movers, and the whole Denver Mattress team Denver Mattress have the right training, experience and approach. They have earned my trust and confidence by being knowledgeable, kind and respectful when our family needed it most. They made my family's life tangibly better and so now I am one of those customers for life!

I made a purchase the night before and it wasn't ready but the guys who were working got it handled and got me my mattress and stuff. I barely had anytime to good off! Fast, polite, and all around great service!

We had a rough idea of what we wanted for the new bed that we ordered for our new house, but searching on the Internet just added to our confusion. We were helped immediately upon entering the store and in 15 minutes, everything was clear. Furthermore, DM had a great selection and what we wanted was on sale. That and the other promotions were very pleasant news. We purchased the new mattress and were on our way in less than 30 minutes.

My husband and I went into this store about 45 minutes before it was closing. And we went there because we are Nascar fans and just moved into the Denver area. Anyway.the gentleman that waited on us was patient and extremely helpful and didn't push us to buy something we didn't want. Then when we decided on The One we found out this store didn't have any in stock but he looked and found a store that had one and my husband and son were able to go there and pick everything up and our sales guy had everything done so the people at the other store had everything waiting when they got there. For an old grandmother. It was a nice experience and after moving all day I can say it was a wonderful night sleep.

Andres did an outstanding job. I've never had a more pleasant experience. I didn't like my plush after a week and I called Jerome to upgrade to the ero top. Im picking it up Saturday. I would recommend Denver mattress to all my family and friends because of the product but especially beacause of the tremendous service!!! Thanks again Andres

After conveying that we had a tight budget. We were led upstairs to try floor models that were on clearance. Denver Mattress offered us an unbeatable price for a serta mattress. They worked with us on bed frames and are even going to deliver the mattress to our doorstep! Denver Mattress has great service for first time shoppers who don't really know what they want.

Anthony at Oak Express was extremely helpful. I knew what I wanted, so I called and he wrote up the paper work and had it waiting for me when I came in. I was in and out of the store fast, and that is what I needed since I was renting a truck! Thanks for a great experience.

my daughter recently purchased a new mattress after checking out several stores and lots of mattresses. I needed a new mattress and she told me to go ONLY to Denver Mattress! which I did a couple days ago. Diana at the Colorado Blvd store was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything I needed to know.

We visited Denver Mattress to find a new king sized mattress. Jacob greeted us and was very helpful in finding the right mattress for us. He asked a lot of questions and let us take our time in looking at, and trying, all of the mattresses. No pressure to buy a certain type or to even buy at all. We were very pleased and will visit Denver Mattress in the future!

My wife and I went to Denver Mattress Company over the weekend to get a new mattress. We have already had a tempurpedic bed, and wanted another one, but there are a lot of options and we weren't sure which to get. The salesperson helped us walk thru the selection process by advising us on what to pay attention to and what the differences are between the many versions available. In the end we got a great bed, took advantage of a couple great offers going on, and got free shipping. It was a great experience.

I was referred to Denver Mattress Co. by a friend. I was blown away by the service and product. Chad helped me right away- he was so nice, listened to what I was looking for, found me exactly what I wanted, he was never pushy at all, he gave me extra tips, and I walked away with way more than I anticipated. The mattress and the frame are exactly what I have been looking for. SO HAPPY with this experience!!

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago about our experience with a bed and a salesman named Chad. It was not a good review, BUT then we went in to the Colo Blvd store and met the store manager Johnathan, OH MY LORD HE DESERVES TO BE MANAGER OF THE MONTH FOR YEARS TO COME!!! He made it right and he is just awesome. He is the epitomy of class, morals and values that Denver Mattress what's to show they have! He's a keeper be good to him THANK YOU FOR YOU SERVICE

Robert was great! He took his time to explain all the different mattresses and helped us find one that was right for us. There was no pressure from him and he took our order over the phone the next day. It was easy.

My husband and I went in to look at Tempurpedic mattresses. We already own a Tempurpedic and are hooked! We came in looking for a king bed as we currently share a queen. We were promptly greeted and asked what we were looking for. We were never pressured into buying anything, but the price, selection and great service helped us pick out the prefect mattress. I would highly suggest going to the Denver Mattress store in Glendale, ask for Kurt. He was delightful!

Denver Mattress is extremely inconsistent in the information you get from one sales rep versus another. Do yourself a favor and talk to a few different sales reps at different locations before you make a purchase. Location 1: I received two quotes, one for a mattress and one for a mattress and a 330 Ergomotion base, with the same $49 shipping fee w/ and w/o Ergo, and both including a $200 bonus store credit to be used towards pillows, etc. Additionally, if I found a comparable mattress elsewhere for less, to let them know where, and they would beat that price by $100. Location 2: had a completely different selection of mattresses. After looking I narrowed down to the previous mattress and a second model the other location didn't have. This location really liked using ballpark figures to make things seem less expensive: "Ergo base is only like $1100" when it is actually more. I was also told some signs were "not current but rather last years prices" and that this year's new, lower price for the 330 Ergo was not reflected (same, lower price I was given at Location 1). Location 3: Again, a different selection of mattresses. Decided on the Madison mattress, but was quoted a price $250 more for the same 330 Ergo base as before, and a different higher delivery price if I wanted the mattress and Ergo delivered, with no $200 bonus in store cash. After questioning this, I was told the $200 bonus in store cash (which was made out to be a general Denver Mattress promotion at Location 1) was actually only for a specific mattress, that the $250 cheaper 330 Ergo price was a promotion that expired even before I went to Location 1 and was quoted it (and that Location 2 said was the new "this year's price"), but they would give it to me at Location 2 because the other store had quoted it. Online: so the 330 Ergo base is the Denver Mattress model, but there are two comparable models online for less. In all three stores I asked what the model difference was and was told something along the lines of "I don't know--it's cheaper so it must not be as good." After calling Ergo myself and asking the difference, they're the same motor, electronics, and look just the 330 has USB ports. I called Denver Mattress Customer Service at the number listed on the website to ask if they would match any of the lower prices. I was told it was the same policy as mattresses--find a comparable model cheaper and Denver Mattress will beat it by $100. I specifically asked if there were any matching store or store versus online price restrictions and was told there were none, but I needed to price match with the local location where I would be buying the mattress and Ergo base. After calling Location 3 back, I was told they would match the highest of the 3 prices, but when I asked if they would match the mid of the three prices and beat it by $100, I was told they can't match to any online prices, a print out needs to come in to the store with the comparable model specs and verifying it is an in-store price, and the price went back up to the original price (not the first price match offer). I would have purchased the 330 Ergo if they would have even matched the mid-level comparable model price, just out of ease of getting my mattress and Ergo base now and at the same store, but these inconsistent policies and sales reps lost them a sale. Comfy mattresses, but not sure this chain is worth the inconsistency of having to shop around WITHIN the same chain's locations for the best deal and being told different prices, promotions, and policies at each location.
