My husband and I were looking for living room furniture, and we wanted a sectional and recliner. We really liked the Bromley sofa, and came up with a configuration that we thought would work in our living room. Unfortunately, once we got home we realized that the pieces we had picked would not fit comfortably in our small space. We contacted our salesperson Russ, and he was extremely helpful with helping us with return one of the pieces. He even went in on his day off in order to take care of this for us. I can't recommend Russ at Furniture Row enough. Very nice young man, who helped us with any questions we had regarding any furniture pieces we were looking at, but also gave us room to shop and look on our own. I highly recommend Furniture Row, and if you want someone who will go out of his way to help, definitely ask for Russ.
