Nat, salesman, very knowledgeable about the mattresses and bed frames. Excellant customer service. We had issues with the 1st bedframe, then the 2nd bedframe. Nat and his manager have ben very proactive resolving the mechanical issues both bed frames had. Very satisfied our experience!

I am very satisfied with the assistance I received at the Daytona Beach location! Based on my mattress "research" I wanted to purchase a Denver Mattress set. I also needed to have set delivered quickly. Denver Mattress located the set I wanted in stock at the Daytona Beach store. I am, however, approx. 4 hours away. I phoned the store on Monday and I received the mattress set on Saturday! They were amazing! Compliments to the store and to the delivery service. All were wonderful. And my granddaughter loves her new bed!

Sales Rep Brandon Mathis greeted us on arrival, listened to our needs and showed us the options. He had us try each mattress at all price ranges. He then gave us the time and space to retry and make our decision. We choose the Doctor Choice Elite Firm. Service was great, price was very fair, delivery and setup was great, plus most importantly we are very extremely pleased with the mattress. What was a confusing project prior to our trying Denver Mattress turned into a real positive buying experience. Recommend highly!!!!!!

First of all Brandon and his customer service salesman was the best ! He knew what product I wanted to order and he double checked on delivery times and how fast as I wanted this for my daughters visit ! He came thru for me and Had his driver deliver it to me from Daytona to Boynton Beach Florida !! His delivers men were awesome and professional ! I can't wait til my daughter sleeps on it !

My husband and I walked in just planning on pricing sofas and a mattress but ended up purchasing a sectional from Joe who was super courteous on the sofa side in Furniture Row! And then Brandon on the mattress side could not have done a BETTER job helping us find the perfect mattress! I have really bad arthritis and needed to find a mattress to support my back. He was SUPER! I wanted to purchase an additional mattress for my son while we were there but wasn't approved first time around for the additional financing for all that we bought but he called Capital One and in about 10 minutes he had me approved for an additional amount to cover 2 more mattresses if I wanted! He's awesome!!! Knows his stuff and takes time with all the customers especially running the store all on his own! I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase mattresses or furniture! Free delivery, set up and mattress removal! I am very pleased! Thank you Brandon and Joe!!!

It was so calm and peaceful in the store, I guess it might have been not only the atmosphere but also the salesman, I think his name was Brandon. He was super kind, friendly, and knows his mattresses. Go in and check it out. They are not pushy, just educated.

I had been to a few other furniture stores looking at adjustable beds as far as price and quality this place is definitely at the top as far as prices quality and customer service!! Purchased a king size mattress, sheet, and pillow set. The delivery was prompt and professional. I had a problem with the pillow and mattress protectors. Brandon kindly exchanged the mattress protector, but I never got the pillow protectors. He said he would mail them to me. I never got them.

We purchased a Denver Mattress king sized memory foam mattress and box spring in 2010 for appx $2,200. By 2015 the bed rolled at the edges, had deep divots and was causing my husband and I severe pain. We visited the Daytona store and were offered warranty credit toward a new bed since our's was faulty. In addition to using the credit, we paid an additional $500 for a new mattress that was a hybrid spring/memory foam. In less than 2 years the same problem occurred with the new mattress. The edges lost all support and rolled, and the bed no longer supported us- we were again experiencing back pain. After two bad experiences with Denver Mattress products wee decided to purchase a mattress/boxspring from a different manufacturer. On Saturday February 17 we visited the Daytona Beach store and discreetly spoke with store manager, Brandon Mathis about our problems with the mattress. He told us that if we were deemed eligible for warranty it would only be store credit for another mattress made by Denver Mattress. We explained that we did not want another bed manufactured by this company. He told us that was the only way he would work with us. At that point, I told Brandon we would pursue resolution with the Furniture Row corporate office and as we left the store I loudly informed the customers in the store of our experience with two beds not lasting through even half of the warranty period and the store's refusal to provide a refund or credit for anything other than another mattress from the same manufacturer. Brandon must have been concerned because an hour later he called and offered us a refund upon return of the bed. The return was scheduled and I asked for something in writing detailing the refund being offered once the bed was returned. Brandon told me he was unable to provide anything. I told him I was not going to allow a bed to be picked up without being provided written documentation that I would receive a refund. He again refused to provide this. I told him I would work things out with the corporate office and he suddenly said he could initiate the return paperwork and e mail it to me. I also provided him a phone number for the delivery people to use to set a pickup time. When I received the email, it reflected an address that is more than 6 years out of date. We have received three deliveries at our current address from Furniture Row but for some reason, the system did not show this. I immediately e mailed brandon back with the correct address (On Saturday afternoon around 5pm) and called and left a message for Brandon with the correct address. On Wednesday February 22, Furniture Row's automated system dialed a different number than we provided to call and schedule and the recording reflected the incorrect address. I immediately called your Daytona office and spoke with Craig and gave him the correct address. At the same time, my husband got the same automated call on his cell phone and he also called back and spoke to a woman at your store to correct the address. This morning, we received another automated call that the driver would arrive in 30 minutes. We then got a call that he was at our old address- despite three phone calls and an e mail as well as TWO prior deliveries to the correct address, nobody updated the information. The bed is now gone. I await my refund. I have purchased appx $10K worth of furniture from your store since 2010 but this experience with your store and in store personnel has been horrible enough that I will not consider your store in the future. With that said, I would like to compliment the drivers and their wonderful attitude despite the confusion this morning.
