I am writing this review because I want to let everybody know at your store what wonderful customer service we got from Keith Bennett . at the beginning of this month I found out that I was going to have to have neck surgery And I was going to need my own mattress. and I didn’t want my husband sleeping on the couch I knew the exact bed that I wanted because we eat one of the same one we have in our room. when I called Keith answered and I told him what mattress I was looking for and he told me everything was out of stock and that he would have to order it so we weren’t sure if we were going to go and get a mattress with you guys because we needed it before the 22nd. but my mom went in anyway and got helped by Keith. my dyad Keith stayed on the phone with me for like 30 minutes to see if he had this mattress in any other store. I say that is above and beyond any customer service would have to do.
anyway back to my story my mom got help by Keith unfortunately he couldn’t give a date of when our mattress was going to be here. but he told my mom that he would luck periodically to see if they got the mattress in stock. and Shernoff this wonderful man found one and we got it delivered the other day just in time for my surgery on Tuesday. It is an amazing mattress and I will 100% come back and get another mattress from Keith just because he went above and beyond what he really had to do. so thank you very much and this man deserves a raise.rana

First Visit
My wife and I went looking for a new king mattress. We went to Denver Mattress in Dacono. There were so many to choose from. Janet H. approached us and asked if she could help. Janet was no pressure sales. She showed various styles of king mattress and even showed us a stress test between different mattresses and how your body responds to them. We chose the king mattress that best suited our needs. Janet was very knowledgeable of the products and we walked away with the perfect mattress for us. Janet was very polite and very professional. She made our day and we are now looking forward to our new king mattress be delivered in a few days. I would definitely recommend the store and ask for Janet!!!

Great service
We’ve bought several mattresses from the Dacono Denver Mattress & We have not been disappointed. The quality, selection and guidance, especially, have been spot on. Janet was particularly helpful for our most recent visit and we really appreciated her knowledge & suggestions. We ended up buying the Doctors Choice Elite Plush and are anxious to try it. Great Place to buy The Mattress we needed

Mattress Purchase

Great Customer Service

Great Experience
Went in about a month ago to see what I needed to know in mattress-buying, expecting the hard sell. Brittany was great, gave me 3 options to look at and consider. Came back yesterday, she recognized me, remembered what she suggested, was friendly and helpful, and made the sale experience great. Both my wife and I were really impressed she remembered me and was really just helpful. We definitely recommend you see Brittany when you are there!

Service is remarkable
Went in to buy a twin mattress for my granddaughter. I wasn't sure what I wanted or how much I wanted to spend. The associate was amazingly patient and helpful and I am more than pleased with the purchase.

doctors choice elite plush
We really needed a new mattress. The salesman met us at the door and asked us questions about what we were looking for, price range, etc. Showed us a variety of mattresses and helped us pick one that fit us well. He did not try to push us toward more expensive items. We chose the elite plush, which was just a little firmer than our 2nd choice. We have had it for a week and WOW it is so comfortable! I haven't slept like this in a long time. We are not going to wait so long before getting a new mattress again.

Helpful and Informative
I was immediately met by the store personnel when I walked in the store in the early evening. I was introduced to the store manager, who spent more than 30 minutes with me, telling me about the various types of mattresses and mattress accessories. I was provided with information about a mattress pad that is waterproof (no, not the plastic sheet you might imagine!), but a soft, waterproof pad, that actually protects the mattress from body perspiration. I did not know, that the mattress can begin to break down over the years, due to the sleeping position, but also due to the body's moisture. I am so happy that the store manager took time to explain the various types of mattress pad covers, the purpose, and informed me of the current sale price! I am planning to go back this weekend to buy the mattress. The location is convenient, and the personnel were all very nice, helpful, and polite. I will visit this location again.

Mattress shopping easy
We went in to find a twin mattress for our toddler's new bed. We were met with a no stress environment and we asked for Firm Twin Mattress and was shown the area they were located. I noticed that the options available were a little pillow toppy so I asked our sales person if there was another option, so he promptly took me to a Dr Choice mattress and indeed, it was less pillow toppy, but a bit out of our budget. They are knowledgeable of the products available which was very appreciated and we left with a mattress the same day!

Excellent Service
I recently went to this location to buy a pillow for my girlfriend. Yes, going to this store for a pillow is certainly a bit overkill but they made a believer out of me years back when I bought my first mattress from them here. The staff does an excellent job of customizing your mattress choices and, subsequently, pillow choices based on how well your mattress suits your body's needs. That being said, my own pillow purchase has been a game changer for how well I sleep since I made the purchase so I insisted on getting my girl's pillow here, too.
We were approached by Janet - who was awesome, by the way - and she had us try several mattresses to see what the closest match would be. After a number of tests and almost a couple of impromptu naps, the perfect pillow was found. Along the way, since I'll be needing to replace my current mattress soon, we also found the perfect mattress. Janet went through great lengths to explain all of the options available to us for the mattress, the warranty features, etc... All without giving the high pressure sales vibe that you get from so many other furniture and mattress stores.
While I'm at it, she also took the time to show us the Iso-Cool bed cover and I was convinced I had to have one. I bought it and have since slept on it 3 nights - 3 glorious nights and I'm pretty much in love with it. I tend to run really hot so I've gone through the song and dance of piling covers up on myself then kicking them off and repeating this process multiple times throughout the night. Since getting that bed cover, I'm sleeping so comfortably under the covers all night without ever breaking a sweat. Pretty neat bedding technology that I never would have thought to exist!
Anyway, every time I've gone to this Furniture Row location I've been treated very well by everyone with whom I've interacted. There's no feeling of being hassled or pressured and the staff is so knowledgeable about their products. I wasn't in a hurry to buy a mattress on this trip as I was just pillow shopping but I'll be back later this week to get the mattress, also. Having the opportunity to try a wide variety of products and really experience the difference gives you a chance to see how much better you could be sleeping and now that I've been hooked up with the perfect pillows and bed cover I may as well go all in for total sleepy time bliss.
I really can't say enough good things about the quality of service at this store!

Best Pillow Shopping

Incredibly friendly and businesslike
We are repeat customers and, although we have moved away from the area, returned to THIS store ( in Dacono, Colorado) as we knew that we would be treated well by their staff and that the products offered are ALWAYS the quality expected. Furniture Row has always stood behind their products, and we are never disappointed.
In this instance, we purchased a Loveseat, a mattress set, a dresser, and a small dining set for our daughter who is moving into her own home.

Terrible customer service
I went in this afternoon looking for a new mattress for my daughter. There were two employees and each had customers. Neither one even bothered to acknowledge our presence. Not even a finger wave followed by "someone will be right with you!" Just something to show that they had every intention of waiting on us.
We gave them some time while we walked through the other areas of the building. Came back 10-15 minutes later, still no acknowledgment. Stood by the mattress we had chosen. Still nothing. Meanwhile, another customer walked in the door, and the woman told him someone would be right with him and less than a minute later the man working left his customers to go help the customer who came in after us. It matters not how good your mattresses are when you have customer service this bad. I could get better customer service buying online. Which is exactly what I'll do.
