I have bought merchandise on 3 different occasions from the Conway Store, last week was my 4th visit and purchase. Every time I visit this store I am greeted within minutes and am given the sales associates full attention the entire visit. This last visit I bought the dresser with mirror that goes to my bedroom set and the sales associate did all the paperwork and financed it through my Fortiva account all within 20-25 minutes. It's always an enjoyable shopping trip to the Conway Store!!!

I don't have to shop often for furniture, but that's because I know I'll get good stuff when I go to Furniture Row. I knew I needed to get a new sofa, and I knew it would be important for my sister to try it out before we buy it instead of just blindly ordering something online since she has fibromyalgia. We made two trips, the one when I brought my sister to try out sofas and today when I actually placed my order. We were helped by Robert on the day we were trying things out and Nevyn when I went to place my order. Both were very helpful and I'm excited to get my new sofa!

I just purchased two adorable club style chairs from Furniture Row after shopping online and at another in-person store and I'm SO pleased with my purchase! The chairs are unique and perfect for my needs and they were ON SALE! Our salesman was wonderful too! He was friendly without being overbearing and very helpful. Even happily pulled the chair off the upper rack so I could see it better and sit in it.

Outstanding Service

When we came in, we were greeted by the store manger, Nick. He was very pleasant, not a pushy salesman. He introduced himself, explained the store layout & pricing, and said he’ll be in the area if we had any questions. Nick was able to able to assist us in our purchase of numerous items, while always remaining professional and providing great customer service. I later learned Nick was a fellow Army veteran during our conversation. He is definitely running the store professionally and efficiently.

Great selection

My wife and I went to the Conway, AR location and received excellent service and helpful advice. We originally went in to look at glider rockers, but before we left we saw a beautiful fireplace piece that we just couldn’t live without. Wonderful selection of furniture. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Customer Service

I went to my store location last night, just to look and browse at their accessories. And was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. I have been to this location under previous management and felt like I was in the way of furniture shopping customers. Nicole went above and beyond by walking me all over the store and giving me tips and options. I bought two pieces and probably will go back for more.

I came into Furniture Row several times before buying. Betsey introduced herself to me and my son and was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and wants, and between the 3 of us, I purchased new living room furniture with her and had not planned to really buy anything, we were "just looking'. Betsey was great, we had a blast with her and she followed up a couple of weeks later with a nice personal phone call to me. I am a repeat Furniture Row customer and I will always consider them when I need to update my furnishings.

Sectional Sofa

I just purchased an Aviator Sectional Sofa in grey with two electric recliners. We love it! James in Conway was the best help and made sure we were attended to and that our furniture arrived correctly and on time. We even had a little issue with the packaging making a mark on the sofa and he is taking care of that as well. He has gone above and beyond as a salesman. We would recommend this store for the beautiful furniture and helpful sales associates.

Our store, on Amity Rd in Conway, AR has the best salespeople on staff, from the store manager to the newest sales staff. All are super friendly, open and honest about their products without resorting to pressure to buy. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good buy, especially the clearance items.

Wonderful store

After a very bad experience with the Springdale location & not getting my furniture that was ordered for Christmas presents on 12/09/16 & not delivered as promised on 12/30/16, I called the Conway location & spoke to Angela Jacoby who was very kind & helpful. They had the pieces I needed in stock in the store & was able to get these for my daughter & great grandson's Christmas.

VERY HELPFUL MANAGER

I had questions about some items that I was looking at putting on Layaway and she took the time to explain in full how it worked and there was not time limit on it. I was very pleased on how much time she took with me and also told me about their financing programs also. She has followed up with me in emails checking to see if I had decided on a selection yet. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shopping Experience

It's been 7+ years since we shopped for a sofa. Living room furniture has changed dramatically since that time. We knew what we wanted but had a hard time finding it. Shopping at Sofa Mart in Conway changed that! I admit we went to five (5) other stores that day but went right back to Sofa Mart. The entire experience was very pleasant! We weren't followed around being hounded by sales staff. Once we had our choices narrowed down to two groups, the sales person answered questions, was friendly and knowledgeable of the products we were considering. We left happy and excited to finally be getting new furniture for our living room. Anxiously awaiting its arrival ! Thanks Sofa Mart for giving us the time to check out what you had and make a decision about what we wanted. We appreciate it!

Fun affordable quality

My wife and I shopped for about 2 hours and we're enjoying our day anyway. The manager and her coworker joined in and we stayed for the company! Bought a great bed group and kitchen table and chairs to boot. Will be back for sure.

We went into Furniture Row, Denver Mattress to look for a pillow and received service ABOVE and BEYOND from Erik the manager there. He educated us about our sleep and helped us learn how to choose a pillow and a mattress. Even though we were not ready to purchase that day he still took detailed time and care to make sure our needs were met. We hope to be back to purchase a mattress and furniture in the future!

Good Selection

Had a good selection for what I was looking for. Furniture seemed to be just a little bit better quality than other furniture stores I visited. Associate who helped me was extremely nice. However, store manager had an attitude and was not friendly at all. If he had been the one helping me I would have walked out.
