Thanks for the amazing help. Jesus in Conway, AR was so knowledgeable on the furniture and was able to answer every question we had. I got exactly what I was looking for plus bonus features I didn't know about. I can't wait to have our Allusion 3 Pc. Sleeper Sectional actually in the house!

Mr. Santiago was very courteous and did not pressure us at any time. He took the time to allow my husband and I to check out each mattress so that we could pick out the perfect mattress for our needs. The store had so many to choose from. We love the mattress that we picked out. Thanks for helping us.The people who delivered the mattress were very courteous and made sure it was set up correctly and where we wanted it.

Before we bought our matress, we searched everywhere for a matress. Our salesson lady, lindsey, was so helpful without being pushy. She explained all the financing options before we even started to let us know what we were up against. Then after about 30 min we had a matress and they delivered it to us thw next week.

Customer service was top shelf. Beautiful store with a wide selection. Went in looking for a gift for my parents. Found what I needed in 15 minutes and got a great deal on an open box adjustable base. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

We went last night and bought a new mattress and we're absolutely blown away by the service that we received! We were custom fitted to a bed and pillows that fit our personal needs to get the best night sleep. There was no pressure at all and our salesman was so helpful! No doubt that we will be back.

The staff was very helpful in our decision making on which mattress to purchase and what size box springs we needed to fit our frame we already had. We were looking for a mattress for our bed in a guest room so we wanted it to be comfortable for family and friends. Even the gentleman that loaded the mattress on our trailer was very personable and helpful. I had looked at other locations and mattresses in town earlier in the day. I did not have the even close the wonderful personal service I received at this store. And the mattress we purchased was the best value and comfort I had found all day.

Love the mattress. Service is not good. Did not attach bed frame to headboard. Called about getting this corrected. Still waiting after a month to have this resolved. Believe this is a problem within the store, not the delivery & setup people.

this is the third time I've been in there and it always smells like a gas leak. I don't know how they are aloud to run a business like that ignoring health and safety.

I went to this store on 12/16/2018 to buy a new mattress, box springs, frame and headboard. I explained to Diana Hunter, our salesperson, that our old bed frame slats were broken by workers who had not taken care when disassembling the old QUEEN sized frame, and that we were sleeping on the floor. She seemed knowledgeable and got us financed with Fortiva, with no interest for 12 months. This was great. Today, 12/20/2018 when the bed was delivered, it came without a frame. Two box springs, a mattress and pillows and a cover, but they don't sell me the frame?! I called the store, and spoke to Annette, who proceeded to make excuses saying things like, "I can't speak to what was discussed with Diana." and "I don't know why she wouldn't include a frame." And my favorite pass the buck excuse, "It's Diana's day off." I demanded that she promise me a bed frame FOR FREE first thing tomorrow morning at 10AM. I asked her specifically if it would be free, she said" We will talk about that when you get here." I said I would return this delivery right now if she didn't promise a frame, for free, tomorrow. She dodged answering the question, saying "We will have a frame ready when you get here" Over and over, while I repeatedly asked "Will it be free, Yes or NO?" Finally, Annette said "Yes, it will be free." I will update this review when I pick up the frame tomorrow at 10AM. If I don't have a frame tomorrow, for free, I will be loading this bed up and taking it straight back to them.
