Love this store and the knowledgeable sales people who work there, Chance, Trent and Jason. They are so informative and patient with folks whether they are making big or small purchases. I've been on the hunt for a good pillow for years and finally decided to stop into Denver Mattress on New Year's Day. I'm a side sleeper, female, with broad shoulders and a long neck, and I've tried many different shapes, sizes and materials when it comes to pillows. Denver mattress had a wide variety of pillows to choose from, the sales staff were great about answering my questions, and allowed me ample time to try as many as I wished, with a disposable protective cover, of course, and I finally found my dream pillow - the Malouf Shoulder CarbonCool. I no longer wrestle with my pillow throughout the night and don't wake with a sore neck. It is soft, yet supportive, keeps my neck and head aligned with my spine, and is cool. It's even comfortable on the rare occasion I sleep on my back. 2024 is looking bright thanks to a good night's sleep every night since this purchase, and the helpful sales staff at Denver Mattress! My husband and I went into your store on Tuesday evening simply to browse the queen mattresses. We were greeted by Sara Perkins with a smile and a Welcome to our store! She ask us what we were looking for and then took us to the exact mattresses we had considered. She was friendly, informative and listened to all our concerns. She was fully able to answer all our questions and told us about all the warranties and discounts we were eligible for. Ultimately, we purchased one that is to be delivered to us next Wednesday! We were very impressed with her and her knowledge and attitude. It was late in the day, but she had the upbeat attitude as if she had just gotten to work and when we realized it was almost time to close, her comment was, "It does not matter to me, I want to make sure we do what is right for you"! This young lady is a Rock Star and deserves a lot of credit in these days when great Customer Service is extremely hard to find!

I currently visited as a first time customer and I will not be shopping anywhere else! This place is fabulous, great quality furniture and they are moving to almost all Made in the USA product lines! I love that and am so excited to send more people their way! Purchased the dream sofa (Durango) and oooh la la the Whiskey River dining table with benches and custom look I haven't seen anywhere! Unique pieces with unseen quality. :) Customer service was sensational! I can't say enough about Furniture Row in Columbia MO and their staff! It was like walking into home but with all the pieces I would love to have! Already looking forward to the next trip back!

I love the staff there three easy to work with I've been going there for last 6 years every time I go to each department they help me find what I need and if I did they don't have it at the store they'll order it for me no problem usually takes about 2 weeks unless it's a make order like my camouflage recliners it took 6 weeks because I wanted a certain material but they always give me what I want

I knew what I wanted before I walked in the store. This is my 3rd mattress from them. They held up so well. I loved my green choice for me and my husband I got one for my daughter to. I can't wait to receive it.

My daughter and I just moved to columbia and had been browsing other furniture stores, looking for quality yet fair pricing. We had been driving past Furniture Row everyday on my way to work and finally decided to stop in one evening. We fell in love with the bedding and living room furniture, as well as the mattresses. Mark, one of the managers was the one who assisted us, was very thorough in details of quality, pricing, payment options, etc. My daughter and I were very pleased with the service. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I have exclusively used Denver Mattress and Furniture Row for all of our home furnishing needs for the past 12 years and have no plans of ever looking elsewhere. Denver Mattress is the best place to buy a mattress! They will exchange your mattress until you get it right! Within 365 days. Who does that? Love them.... all the salesman I've dealt with are awesome.

We are moving back to the US from Europe and needed to buy a mattress to arrive the day we arrive in the US. We looked at the big box wholesaler we are members with and really liked their products, but they could not schedule delivery in a window smaller than two weeks. We were relieved when we called the local Denver Mattress store and the manager there was pleasant and helpful and gave me three options that would get our mattresses into our house on the day we need it. We hung up and did a ton of research on the Denver Mattress products from abroad. We decided on the Doctor's Choice Firm for both ours and our daughter's mattresses. When we called back to order our mattresses, the second employee we spoke to was also very helpful, answered product questions with real knowledge and confidence, and then helped us schedule the delivery for the exact day we need it. He also reassured me of my choice and informed me of the great options I have for returns if we are not happy with the mattresses. We got nothing but great service from them. I will return and change my review if anything changes, but right now we are very happy with Denver Mattress.

I absolutely love my new adjustable bed! I am finally getting a good nights sleep, I prefer a softer but sturdy mattress. Many thanks to Cody in Columbia, Mo. He was very patient and knowledgeable when helping me choose what seems to be a perfect bed. The bed easily adjusts both head and knees. It has a soft top but gives superb support. I can see this bed lasting a very long time. Thank you.

Bill was excellent at assisting us in finding the bed we feel is perfect for us. So it was time for a new mattress. I sort-of dreaded the idea of purchasing a new mattress as I equated it to buying a new car. Would they try and up-sell me and convince me to add all the bells and whistles? I'm not a haggler. I don't like trying to negotiate a deal. However, when I went into my local store, I was greeted by Cory, who was very kind. He asked me what I was looking for and if I had ever shopped at Denver Mattress before. I told him I had and I was looking for a specific type of mattress. He pointed me to a similar mattress that I was trying to replace. I asked about other options - MemoryFoam and hybrids, which he happily pointed me towards. There were other customers, but he always kept coming back to me as I re-enacted every sleeping position I've ever been in. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like I was being pushed to upgrade to the newest brands. I finally laid on the bed I knew would be my next purchase. Like a new car, I just KNEW this was IT! Cory smiled when I told him I was sold. He consulted me when I asked about my current box spring which I had purchased from the store before and didn't push me to upgrade or replace. He listened to what my needs were and gave his advice. I was prepared to shop around and find better deals, but the quality of the product, the attention to me as the customer and the ease of making a big purchase so effortless - I knew I didn't need to go elsewhere. I was expecting to spend far more on the mattress and delivery, but the final total exceeded my expectations. My experience at Denver Mattress in Columbia, MO was so phenomenal - I can't wait to sleep on my new bed!

Went to Denver Mattress store looking to buy a good, comfortable mattress but not really knowing what to look for in the product. The salesman was very helpful and informative. He seemed to know his products. We were allowed to test lots of the mattresses on the showroom floor and then the salesman walked away and let us discuss our thoughts privately. That was very considerate of the salesman. No pressure. We walked out of the store the proud and excited owners of a Tempur Pedic Cloud King mattress.We had a good experience at Denver Mattress.

We were looking for a queen and a king replacement mattressess and saw an ad in the news paper and decided to check Denver Mattress out. When we walked in Bill met us and explained some things and then let us just browse but we eventually came back to the ones he had shown us first. He was very helpful and we ended up purchasing two of these mattresses. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend for purchasing mattresses!!

I came to the store with a particular mattress model in mind and soon found out it wasn't for me. The salesman working with me was able to help me find one the fit my needs, and even gave me a date the mattress would be on sale to help me save some money. Great customer service.

Denver mattress was recommended by one of our employees that had just purchased a Madison Denver Mattress. We were in dire need of a new one so I jumped in the truck for the 80 mile drive. I called ahead and Cory had everything ready to go when I arrived. Once there we did the paper work, received my pillows and he explained the warranty very clearly! Our salesman was very helpful. I went in looking for a particular mattress. We ended up getting a different one because it was more in the middle of the of what me and my spouse wanted for firm and softness of the mattress. He was great at helping entertain our daughter while we tried mattresses. He cracked jokes with us. just over all a great experience. I would recommend anyone to Denver Mattress company.

I had my first experience with Furniture Row and I will definitely go back in the future. I purchased the Buena Vista Twin for my daughter. Cory, the salesman, that helped us with this was very nice and accommodating to her age and what would be best suitable. I was also in need of a full size bed and needed to stay in budget and he was able to fix me up with the D-Breckenridge latex ET. Thank you!

I went to the Columbia location looking to buy mattresses and had a wonderful experience. The sales person Bill was informative and very attentive but allowed me space to think. We ended up picking out a king size set on clearance with a frame and were able to get my son a new bed as well while staying in budget. I was listened to about my moving needs and he was able to help me get a platform frame as well. The delivery charge was really reasonable and I couldn't be happier with our purchases.

This was the fourth of the five stores we visited. They had the brand that I wanted. Matched the price and gave a $100 discount also. Bill was very good and showing us the difference between brands and let us make the decision. They also have a rewards program and a referral program that I was introduced to.

Denver Mattress in Columbia, MO is a wonderful place to shop. They go over all of the different options with you and work with you to find the fit that matches you. This is my second time buying from them and have had wonderful experiences both times.

Been having trouble sleeping so went back into Furniture Row to try and get a mattress that I can sleep on all night without any pain. Returned the first one we had purchased there a few months ago, kept the second but was not able to sleep on it without pain into the night. Salesman looked up our last purchases, performed a test for us and then recommended a few to try out. He brought us pillows and then gave us plenty of time to try his suggestions. He answered all our questions in a very polite and professional manner and in the end we made our decision. waiting now for it to come in, within a week, and hopefully can get a good night's sleep. Being able to return it makes the purchase a lot easier. Tried other stores but none were as helpful as Furniture Row

In the last 14yrs I have upgraded mattress here. Anytime there was an issue like sagging or a roll in the bed they have been able to find the receipt and exchanged the product. Will continue to shop here

Bought a mattress here about a week ago and love it so far. Cheaper than other places in Columbia I looked. However, the furniture section was a little pricey. I was looking for a platform bed and they were all $500+.

I really like the Denver matess products, but the service at the Columbia store was horrible. We ve bought mattresses there before, and have never had this problem. We were lied to multiple times. There was no doubt they were being deceptive in order to get us to spend more money. One of the sales persons doing this was a manager. It was very disappointing.
