Needed a cooling mattress pad
I was in search of a cooling mattress pad for my husband's birthday. I came to this Denver Mattress store & they had just sold their last one that day. But, the guy looked up to see if the other store had one & they did! I was able to pay for it right then & took my receipt over to the other store the next day & picked it up. Great customer service at both stores!

We love furniture row!
In the last few months we've bought quite a few things for our new home. The customer service is always great when working with an individual person, however I have had different sales agents give me completely different information regarding delivery and other small things. We always love our products are are pleased with the satisfaction policies.
