Ryan Carlson was very professional and helpful in fixing our problem that arose with our electric adjustable frame. We tried to get it taken care of via the warranty line at first, but the wait on hold was 45 minutes without being able to speak to anyone and the website wasn't cooperating for documents uploads. Ryan was very understanding and set the ball in motion to fix the problems through his store, which is where we purchased the products. Very happy with the customer service.

My family and I purchased 4 beds from Ryan at the store in Colorado Springs, CO on Integrity Cir. several years ago and he was amazing.
Because of his professionalism our family of 6 went back to see him. My parents purchased a new bed recently and then over the last few days my sister, my two daughter's and I each got a new bed.
Ryan listens to the needs of each customer & fits them best to what they are looking for.
I am truly grateful for all the knowledge and support we have received from Ryan. He did us RIGHT on our past purchases of new beds, which is why he got our business again!

Great Experience
We were looking for a king mattress, on the cheaper end (around $600), that we could take home same day. We first went to Mattress Firm, and that was a mistake. None of the beds were even close to comfortable, the guy was clearly only worried about making a big sell, and it would have been days before our bed would be delivered. I called Denver Mattress, and the woman I spoke to confirmed they could meet our needs. We went to the store and she immediately identified me from the call and provided suggestions she already had. She also listened to the different kind of sleepers we were and explained how each bed she suggested would work for (or against) us individualy. She was extremely knowledgeable and present without being pushy. We ended up buying her first suggestion (Durango) and were able to get a great deal. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service and product we received.

Great sales experience
We went to two other stores prior to Denver Matress and the service George Winn provided was far superior to any other. His knowledge and genuine care for the customers comfort was exceptional. This was a very pleasant experience. We look forward to our next Furniture Row purchase. Thank you very much, we slept great last night on our new bed!

My experience with Denver Mattress was fast and easy. Customer service was awesome, my questions were answered honestly and clearly. I give them a five star rating and would recommend them to every one that needs a new mattress.

Wonderful customer service
My husband and I went in to browse the mattress. Austin was super helpful and taught us how to choose the best mattress for us. They're prices were wonderful compared to what I've been looking at online.
He didn't pressure us at all. When we went I'm there we were just browsing and hadn't planned on purchasing anything. Austin told us about the wonderful no interest financing.
We decided to go home to see if we could fit a king bed into our room and if we could afford it. The next day we decided to go for it.
The manager, i think her name was Susan, asked us detailed questions on what we needed... she got us a 2" box springs (I didn't even know those existed).
We're still waiting on the delivery, but the customer service has been awesome.

Knowledge Satisfaction
We went into the store with a certain mattress in mind, thinking that it would help me and my husband with certain aches and pains, but the staff were great pointing out and having us try certain mattresses that would address our health,muscle issues. We totally appreciated this because it probably prevented us from changing our mattress again in a couple of years having us realize we chose the wrong mattress. Also costing us less in the long run. Yes we spent a little more than we originally intended, but our health will benefit and we will finally get better sleep. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a great experience. The salesman was awesome!!! He educated us and spent time without being pushy or rushing us. He helped us find a mattress that will fill our needs not his commission needs. It's about time finding a place were you have good works and they know there product. Thank you for the great service. Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable. George and Steve both explain everything from how the bed reacts to use, to the warrantees extremely well. I would recommend going there now they have a $200 instant gift with purchase on several beds.

Customer service is awful
We went to Denver Mattress store on Integrity Point and placed an order for 4 mattresses and as suggested by the sales lady, 4 spacebases! She did not know for sure when they would be available, but gave us a window of 7-10 days. We received an email 3 days later that our 4 mattresses and 1 spacebase was in and ready for pick up. I assumed they would be at the store we purchased them from, but decided to call first to confirm. No-they were at the warehouse on Corporate! Upon arrival, the warehouse guy was very unfriendly and just brought the mattresses to the door and would not help in any way to load them.
He handed us a piece of twine and said that's as much as he could help!
I asked about the 3 other space bases and he again said "7-10" days!
A few days later, I called the store where we purchased and was given an answer of "indefinite" when asked when to expect my spacebases! So I then went to the Warehouse store and was told it would be at least 3-4 weeks before they would be available since there were none available in the state and there was an order for 100 with 50 already spoken for!
Is this any way to run a business?? I am so disappointed in the handling of my order! So I canceled the 3 spacebases, was told it could take 3-5 business days for my account to be credited! I then immediately placed an online order through another company. They were $20 cheaper and will be here on Thursday! And businesses keep asking why are so many turning to online sales and orders?? Hmmm
