From the moment we walked into the store it was a whole new experience purchasing a mattress. We tried 6 mattress before selecting the Cooper King Plush II with the Rejuvenate 8 adjustable base. We have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks and I am no longer waking up multiple times throughout the night and I wake up refreshed and no longer sore and aching, no matter if I have slept on my back or side. The adjustable base make it feel like we are spending our nights in a 5 star hotel.

I had the pleasure of working with Emily at furniture row Denver mattress. She is very knowledgeable about their products and showed me multiple mattress to fit my needs. I had visited the store back in august and talked with Emily then and explained I was looking for a new mattress in the near future, she understood with no pressure to buy. I returned today to buy the doctor sleep elite firm mattress. She had my card from august still on file and honored the pricing from back then. I could have bought it closer to my home but drove the extra half an hour because of her experience and commitment to give me a great deal. she is very pleasant to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who is need of a new mattress or bed, Thank you Emily for a hassle-free experience,

My wife and I came in looking for a new bed/mattress. We were greeted by Mike as we entered the door. He listened to our thoughts and took the time to "fit" us to a mattress that would suit our needs. We selected the Doctors Choice Temperpedic mattress. After some additional shopping, Mike was with another customer and Tyler stepped in to answer some additional questions until Mike became available. The entire experience was pleasant and informative. I look forward to many nights of restful sleep. A commodity that I have not had lately. Thanks to you both. Two thumbs up!!!!!!

Shelby was our sales rep. She told us about all the specials she was knowledgeable and everything was fast. Loved our shopping experience, everyone I have taken here buys a bed, such a great store.

We purchased a mattress 5 yrs ago from this location and recently went back to replace it because it was getting uncomfortable. The salesman reminded us our old mattress came with a 10 yr non pro-rated warranty and we should check- low and behold the mattress was failing they covered it in full. We are now the happy owners of a tempurpedic. Next we bought our child a purple mattress for Christmas. They weren’t able to get the size we needed in time so they offered us a queen and base to make sure we had it in time. This is true customer service! Everyone I have talked to from sales to delivery has been amazing! We are customers for life!

We were helped by Alex at the Colorado Springs - Furniture Row store. He was knowledgeable and very nice! He helped us select an awesome adjustable base, mattress, pillows...the whole works. I will definitely go back when it is time to buy again.

They had a great selection with prices that wouldn't kill our budget. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Made getting a matress quick and easy.

Emily spent a lot of time with us evaluating our needs explaining each mattress and she set up the delivery for the date we requested. After the delivery, we realized that the adjustable bed frame made the bed too high. When we went to the store and explained our dilemma they arranged to have it picked up and gave us a refund. We love the mattress. Over the years we have purchased 8+ mattresses from this store.

Promptly greeted upon entry to the store. Sales person was very friendly. Purchased a frame and foundation. Sales person checked to see if it would be a better deal to get the clearance items and found new was only $12 more. She went out of her way to help out. Items were in stock and the warehouse people were very friendly and got the products in the truck very quickly. Great experience.

My experience at Denver Mattress was a very good one. The salesperson was very helpful, the price I paid was great and the service was great, too. Being this bed is just a spare I can only say that it feels great to lie down on for the little I did.

I have nothing but positive things to say in regards to my experience with Denver Mattress. I went in pretty clueless after having the same mattress for some 11 years. Eric helped me figured out the general kind of mattress that would work best for me and then showed me multiple options in varying price range. They are very respectful of your budget. Eric never pressured me into a more expensive option. After showing me various options he then left me to try them on my own without any sales pressure. The delivery guys were incredibly helpful with figuring out how to fit in my mattress. They were efficient and clean. One of the least stressful delivery processes I've dealt with. They have a great return policy and I feel comfortable knowing I have time to make sure this is the best mattress for me. The next time I need a mattress Denver Mattress will be my choice of venues, no question at all!

My wife and I were looking to replace our old Tempur-pedic mattress with a larger king size. Brian Moulton over at the Corporate center drive location spent a good amount of time helping us figure out what we needed not just trying to sell us the most expensive thing in the store. We ended up buying the Cloud Supreme Breeze. Very happy with it so far. Brain went above and beyond in my opinion. Never felt pressured at all. We had an excellent buying experience. I do think it’s ridiculous how much a bed mattress cost nowadays! Go see Brian and he will take good care of you.

Eric was wonderful helping me choose our bed. Made the process very easy. We had an issue when the bed arrived and Denver Mattress refunded us the delivery charge and compensated us for a small issue with our bed. Thank you for the prompt care and spectacular customer service

I have had the most amazing night's sleep for the first time in a very long time. Austin, our Denver Mattress associate, was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we tried a few different mattresses. Austin answered all of my questions without hesitation. Denver Mattress has been here 3 times for delivery and set up. All 3 times I was impressed with the politeness, attention to detail and customer service by Kyle, Nick and BJ. They arrived at the beginning of the time promised as opposed to arriving late. They explained what they would install and were knowledgeable about the product. Kyle, Nick and BJ did a wonderful job for us!

We were looking to replace our old mattress. We went to two stores besides Denver Mattress & we so impressed with their service & prices. The beds were great, and we didn't have to wait for someone to help. They have a great selection to choose from, and we decided to go with their store brand because the price was great (as well as their warranties).

Alex R. was our salesman. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He answered any questions with great detail and made sure we were well informed about the mattress we were thinking of purchasing. There was no pressure whatsoever. He even made sure that the pillows that came with our package were right for us. We bought the Richmond and I am very happy with it and my pillow. Love it. Great Job alex

The Madison is a wonderful mattress and the delivery and service was exceptional.

My wife and I returned from a three year tour in Korea and were in desperate need of bed; we were recommended to Denver Mattress by a family member to purchase our first mattress together. Not only did the Sales Manager make us feel comfortable working with her, but she was able to show us exactly what we needed to ensure a better, if not the best, not sleep. Denver Mattress' personnel are incredibly knowledgeable on their product and make it easy for people that have no information on what kind of mattress they need to find the perfect fit. Our experience was astronomical!

Once again when I need another bed I return to Denver Mattress! Six months ago I bought a wonderful bed for myself and my husband. Nearing 72 years old we felt it was time to pamper ourselves so....we purchased Durango Firm with Ergo and sleep system.....love it. We sleep better than ever and wake up refreshed. This week I decided to replace our guest room bed but not with the luxury of the first DM bed....so we purchased a Summit Queen Mattress set and am anxious to have visitors. I slept on it one night and I know my guests will be pleased! Alex, the DM sales person, is knowledgeable and trust- worthy...I will always seek him for another purchase! Thank you Alex!

Erik was a great salesman. When he gave us a bit of, time, you could hear others giving the same 'spiel' but without any explanation, nor any addition information. He took the time to make sure we understood why he made his recommendations, where other salesperson would just move on and rely on expertise. I doubt they are not all good, but if you want the best, ask for Erik.

Really enjoy the adjustable King Size bed and our new theater couch and lounge chairs, VERY Comfortable! Prompt delivery and set-up as promised and the pricing could not be beat. LOVE Furniture Row, everything you need in just one location!

It was my first time shopping for a bed and after going to 3 different places I knew that this was the best place to shop for a mattress. Susan, the manager was such great help- I told her I have hip problems and was worried about having more issues with a new bed. She fitted me for a bed that actually didn't hurt right away and I was able to get a memory foam bed with pillows, mattress cover, sheets -everything I need to have a great night's sleep-all within my price range. I will forever be shopping at Denver mattress!

We not only visited Denver Mattress, but 3 other mattress stores. While we were given good service at 2 of the 3 other stores, we feel that none surpassed the service we were given at Denver Mattress. We also feel that we were able to find the best price for the quality of mattress we were looking for at Denver Mattress.

We have shopped at this Furniture Row location since 2004 and have always received great service and good locally produced products at fair prices. I recently need to get a contour pillow and remembered seeing them there so I stopped in. Julie Garrison was very help full and had exactly what I needed in stock. My wife and I are also thinking about replacing our mattress and Julie showed me several different ones and I will come back with my wife to pick one out in the near future.

We absolutely love furniture row it's our go to place whenever we need a new piece of furniture. We stopped in on Saturday to just look at a new mattress set . Our sales representative was so amazing we went ahead and made the purchase.super quick no pressure,he has so much knowledge we simply couldn't pass it up. Plus a great value at a great price.

We have purchased many mattresses from Denver Mattress and have always been very satisfied with the the product selection and the customer service. It was a very pleasant experience with a great sales rep.

Went to DM to shop for a twin mattress for my children. The worker (I think Eric) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The mattress I decided to purchase fit all my needs and was budget friendly. My only negative is that they didn't have all the mattress shown on the floor in stock and since I needed one that evening it limited my selection.

WOW, even though the staff forgot to unlock the door that am at 10, once we were in it was a terrific experience. In 30 minutes we choose what we wanted, had confirmed what was in stock and finished the sale process in another 15 minutes. YEAH!! Helpful, respectful and happy staff!!

My husband and I bought a Mattress set from AFW and paid a lot of money to never sleep comfortably. We went to Denver Mattress last night and had the best experience with an amazing salesperson. George was absolutely by far the best salesperson we have ever had he was not pushy, he listened to our needs and helped us get the right mattresses for my husband and I as well as our daughter.

We needed to buy a mattress very quickly. It was very close to closing. The sales person was very calm and helpful. She never acted hurried even though technically we were there late. She was very informative and helpful.

Thanks to Alex at Denver Mattress we got a great deal! We had visited the Mattress Firm off of North Academy earlier on in the day and they just came off just a tad desperate. We had bought from Denver mattress before and liked our products so when we visited DM (our 2nd stop) we were feeling good when we walked in. Store room was clean, calming atmosphere. Alex helped us figure out which mattress would be best for me but always left it up to my opinions. He was also very informative. We left to have dinner to think about it and had to come back the next day because by then they were closed. The next day we looked for Alex again and let him know the offer from the previous day was great and better than what Mattress Firm had offered. He then fitted us for pillows. I get my bed in a week from now (the Observer) and can't wait! Thanks guys!

The associate that helped us was very friendly and helpful. He looked up the bed we had purchased previously and ordered the same model (it's replacement) that we had purchased before. This bed and the previous one are for guests and they have all been happy sleeping on the one we've had. The delivery folks were speedy and friendly and overall we are very happy with our purchase.

We went to this location to look at options for a new bed. Austin was our salesman and explained how to choose the best bed for me and my wife. He showed us just the right amount of beds so we weren't overwhelmed and found us some great options, while asking us plenty of questions. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics and allowed us time to try beds and discuss among ourselves. great process and great value. Bought an F-500 King. We'll be back again to add some new furniture in the next few months!

An overall great experience. The sales staff walked me through each of the mattresses to find the one that would fit my needs. And then went over the fitment with the bedroom furniture I picked out to make sure everything would work.
