I had a very positive experience shopping for furniture for my new house at the Colorado Springs location of Furniture Row. Sharon and Edward assisted me greatly. I purchased a table and chairs from this store. The experience was outstanding. My furniture is well made and look amazing in my home. Deliver was painless. The delivery was on-time and the delivery person set up the furniture in no time. Much better experience then other furniture I have purchased locally - which was a headache. Will not purchase furniture anywhere else. Oh and I make a minimal payment on the furniture monthly with no interest. Can't beat it! So glad I purchased at this store.

Hands down, the number one place to go buy your home furniture. Levi Walker the sales associate was probably the best sales associates we have dealt with at Furniture Row. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he made sure he explained everything about every set of couches me and my wife had interest in. We decided to buy the Poltrone set and Levi made sure we got the correct set up that we needed for our home. Thank you Levi for the amazing customer service you showed me and my wife.

The Customer service that we receive every time we enter this store is just amazing. We will always start off at this location when looking for furniture in the future. We happened to use Jesus Salas her is a Manager and his knowledge and expertise was just 5 stars all the way. We have also had the pleasure of having Troy help us in the past and again every time I just have to say it is just wonderful customer service that is just not found these days. Went into the Colorado Springs location looking for new living room furniture. Josh greeted us and pointed us where we needed to go with no pressure, especially compared to some of the other stores in town. Found an item in the clearance section, and a matching piece in the normal area. Josh was able to coordinate both items and work out good pricing with the Memorial Day sale. Prices are fair, and selection is large. Don't expect I'll be back to any of the other stores in town anytime soon.

After driving to American Family Warehouse my wife and I decided to go to furniture row. Arriving at the Colorado Springs location we were looking for a sectional piece. Lewis your representative introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for. Lewis was professional no pressure on selling and answered one important question that concerned me. I asked Lewis “be honest with me what was the difference in furniture from your products compared to American Furniture. He showed me the displays of and compared the furniture and the way it was made. He said “would you rather have furniture that will last 3 years? Or would you like your furniture to last much longer than that?” That is what convinced me to look and purchase the furniture at furniture row.

A Happy Experience!

Troy was just great! He's a likable, friendly, non pressure person who helped my husband and I as soon as we walked in the door! We weren't certain about the color of the couch set we were interested in and so Troy let us know, that with a deposit, we could take one of the couch cushions home to see if it matched our living room. That was actually very smart of Troy because taking the cushion home is what helped us decide to follow through with our purchase. Our love seat and couch are perfect for our living room and we couldn't be more pleased with the, quality, style and color! Soon after we picked up our couch set, Troy called to be sure we were completely satisfied. We are! Thank you, Troy! We appreciate you! ... = )

Just-The-Facts Worksheet

Where do I begin? From Troy in Living room, to Hayden at Denver Mattress to Michael and Misha in Bedroom and other departments, the service, professionalism, courtesy and patience of the staff was unbeatable. We needed to outfit our new apartment and were able to do so seamlessly with the guidance and incredible attention to detail we experienced via the staff. The furniture selection is terrific if overwhelming (in a good way). Nice to have so many choices. The pricing and ability to purchase with low monthly payments made it possible for us to enjoy our new digs sooner rather than later. Thank you Furniture Row for making our experience so enjoyable and productive.

Best Buying Experience Ever!

As we entered the store, we were greeted by Tim. We explained what we were in search of. Tim listened, then asked us a few questions, then he led us to the most appropriate furniture based on the information we gave him. The store was very spacious, well laid out, clean, bright, and had lovely vignettes and great selection We were delighted to purchase the very first set Tim showed us after comparing a few others. He had simply asked the most perfect questions, and listened!

We went to the Colorado Springs Store looking for a diner set and we were impressed with the great selection, but the thing that really set the difference was the attention from Maria, the manager. She really made us feel like long-time friends in addition to her knowledge and guidance!

We have been very satisfied with all the furniture we have purchased at this store. The managers, the sales persons have been very helpful and able to even take back some bedroom furniture that we ordered and found out when it arrived that the bedroom it was to go into was just too small for it to look nice. We were very appreciative!

Furnished living room and kitchen on a budget. Tim was a great help and showed me all my options. I was able to pick out a good love seat and recliner that worked with my budget. great customer service

I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in but I gave my sales person a general idea of what I was wanting and she knew exactly what to show me. She was also very patient as my daughter was running around all over and jumping on the beds. I would recommend my friends and family to this store. I have not slept n my new bed yet as I just received it today.

We were looking for a sectional at the Colorado Springs Sofa Mart - we needed one just the right size for our living room. Furniture for New Home

My wife and I shopped at Furniture Row and not only found the furniture we wanted at Sofa Mart, but were met by Jessica who took the time to work with our decision making process which included furniture, styles, fabrics, colors, and pattern styles. She was very friendly, personable, patient, polite and professional. Sofa Mart is fortunate to have her representing their company. Sofa Mart had an abundant amount of sofas, chairs, coffee and end tables, recliners and massage chairs. I highly recommend Sofa Mart for your furniture needs!

VERY Satisfied

The selection was amazing. So much that we kept changing our minds. Lots of great options! Service was great and Jim was a great salesman. First thing is, he didn't pounce on us right when we walked in. He gave us time to walk around and look before asking if we needed assistance. We really appreciated that! Wonderful Experience

My husband and I were shopping for a new couch set recently and were extremely impressed with the service and section at Sofa Mart at Corporate Dr.! Troy was our sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the Walden sofa set that we wanted. He made the buying experience very simple. Best customer service

visited the store to check the sofa that I had seen on line. While looking at their sofa selections, Troy approached us to see if we needed some help. He gave us information about the sofa, how to keep it clean and the warranty in which as soon as we heard it, we were sold! We have a 3 year old so you can understand the excitement, when he said that if for any reason, stains don not come off, they will send someone to clean our sofa and if they can't fix the problem then they will replace it as part of the warranty. troy also helped us picked the color and material, he took all the different swatches by the window so we can have a better idea of how it would look in our house. Sure the sofa here is more expensive the American Furniture, but you get your money's worth. With the quality and warranty they offer, as well as the excellent customer service, you can't beat that! Highly recommended.

Great experience

For starters, the sectional we bought is SOOOO comfortable. It beats our current sofa (from a certain "lazy" company) by a mile! But, the best part of the purchasing experience was our sales person, Troy. He never pressured us, he took his time answering every question we had, and was very laid back and casual. It really was a good buying experience.

Bought a new mattress and ergomotion bed. Eric was the sale rep and was wonderful. When the delivery drivers were unable to properly hook up the ergomotion bed, Eric came out to the house to do it! Amazing Service - Eric is a wonderful employee!

Resting comfortably

So we selected a bed at Bedroom Expressions but, before we finalized the order Ramon escorted us over the Denver Mattress Co and introduced to Mike. Mike listened to what we wanted and informed us that would not work with our bed selection. Mike and Ramon came up with the perfect solution. Mike informed us of every possible thing about our Tempure-Pedic Cloud Elite and the Tempure-Ergo Plus base. Who would have thought there was so much science in bed selection let alone pillows. We will sleep better knowing that we had the best advice from Mike and Ramon. It was a great experience, even without all the extras and free bling. Furniture Row is, hands down, the best shopping experience I have ever had.

Wow!!!

We walked into the Colorado Springs store where we were greeted by Ramon. All I can say is ...Wow! We already knew what we wanted, or so we thought. Ramon explained everything in detail about our selection. When we explained the mattress we wanted, Ramon walked us over to the Denver Mattress CO. and introduced us to Mike, who explained our choice of bed would not work with the mattress. Together Mike and Ramon made a recommendation on the other bed in the collection that would work. From there Ramon helped us finalize our order.
