We bought our first bed from Denver Mattress in Idaho Falls about 20 years ago. Last year we went to a new mattress store in town, regardless of the jumping through hoops to return that mattress it is now wrapped up like a big blue package in the basement waiting for a forever home. Don't get me wrong it is a beauty but not my mattress. This year, back to Denver Mattress we went and I am so happy with our purchase. We were very pleased with Lucas and how much information he was able to provide about our sale and his knowledge of product. He was able to give us choices and included discounts that sealed the deal. My biggest concern was comfort and sleeping. A year without rest can make a person hesitant about spending more money for yet another mattress. We have had our new mattress for two days and because we had concerns they are replacing it and making sure we are happy. I have been most impressed about our service at Denver Mattress and feel confidant that I will be pleased with our new beautiful bed. I was pleased to get all the info up front, and what I could expect. Considering our delivery was the day after Christmas I was impressed it was on time and efficient. The installers left no mess behind and were very good at letting me know when they would arrive. I even have had great service after the sale with exchange of a unopened pillow and am very impressed with our protective package. It was all a great experience and product so far! We will definitely recommend Denver Mattress.

We went on a Sunday needing a mattress that day. We had tried another mattress store but we would have to wait until Monday to pick up a mattress (when their warehouse was open). We went to Denver Mattress and they had mattresses in stock. Their service was great and their selection was great. Once we decided on one, they helped us package it and load it (they offered to deliver it but we didn’t need it delivered). We were very pleased with the service and the store overall.

Dustin was very helpful to get my new mattress. 2nd one I’m buying from here. previous one held up great but my sleeping habits changed and I needed an after one. we found a great mattress at a great price.

We purchased an Aspen 2 mattress from Cassidy, and found it to be too firm. She was very understanding of the issue and worked to make an appropriate exchange. We so appreciate her expertise and professionalism. She and Denver Mattress will be our “go to” business for sleep needs! Thanks Cassidy

That was my first visit to Denver mattress . I was impressed with DUSTIN salesperson. He was knowledgeable on temperpedic beds . He listened to what my needs and wants were and made suggestions on which bed might be best . He showed me different beds with different softness for comparison. He wrote down quotes on different mattress sets . After shopping for a couple of days and trying a lot of different beds , I went back to Denver mattress and bought a mattress set with adjustable base. Great job DUSTIN

I told the salesman what I wanted and what my budget was. He led me directly to choices which fit my criteria. No high pressure sales, and he did not show me things above my budget. I had several to choose from, and am very happy with my new mattress.

We were in the market for a mattress. Went into Store and salesman Michael was very helpful. Was not at all pushy when we were looking at mattresses. We found one that we liked but told him we were still shopping. He gave us his card and said if we had any questions to give him a call. We went back later that evening and purchased a mattress.

Went in already knowing what we wanted, the gentleman offered either to get one from warehouse or sell the floor model. He was quick and efficient, got us out the door within 15-20 minutes from the time we got there.

I was excited to receive my new mattress and base, this week now they can't honor the price nor the tax exemption. I even waited a week for me to pick it up, now they are saying it must be dilevered, and I'd have to wait another week. Very disappointed Matthew. Plus, he's suppose to be a manager.
