He went above and beyond to provide us with exemplary customer service and resolve some minor issues with our order. Delivery men were very professional and delivery on time as well! Went into the store late in the evening to find a mattress - Zach was the ONLY employee in the store with another couple looking at mattresses. There was a LOT of Water Dept. vehicles out in front of the store - but Zach took it all in stride! Zach asked us about out needs and quickly matched us up with sever selections. He is amazing - takes time to listen and is very knowledgeable! He even helped us save some money with the "buy more, get more" off deal! As I said in the title: Zachary M. is a KEEPER!

I ordered the Buena Vista Plush mattress for my teenage daughter who's coming home from college. It was delivered within a week of ordering. I wish I could remember the name of the person who delivered it; Rick, perhaps? He did the whole thing himself at the end of the day on a holiday weekend, no less, and was quick, professional and upbeat the entire time.

Kristin was our sales person and did an outstanding job telling us all about the mattress and answering all our questions. We bought the Doctors Choice Elite Euro Top with the Ergomotion 330 Series base. It is too soon to rate it but so far my husband thinks it is great. Thanks for your service.

We stopped by the Denver Mattress in Cheyenne just to see how much a new bed would be. We found great service with the sales lady who was there and she let us take our time in picking out our bed and made us feel comfortable with out purchase.

I recently bought a new mattress from Denver Mattress in Cheyenne WY. The staff was exceptional. They asked the right questions to direct me to the type of mattress that would best meet my needs and also pointed out the differences of the many mattresses they have. I had all the time I needed without being pushed to make a quick decision. Once I had tried out all of the mattress I was interested in and picked out one, there was no pressuring to buy additional items. The mattress was on its way in less than a day.

I would highly recommend Denver mattress in cheyenne. The employees where awesome very willing to help pick out a bed that would fit my needs and not just upsale something that would help there sales or commision. They also followed through on everything they said they would do which for me was making sure I got the 6 years of no interest. Very pleasant experince. Definitely the place to go to get a new bed.

I am a female (60's), visiting from out of town... My Mom has been in the Hospital and I have been staying there w/ her, so no one has been to the house. When we arrive home (both of us exhausted!), we find that mysteriously her bed is soaking wet, all through with at least a gallon of water!!! She needs a new bed anyway... By now, it is 3pm! I call Denver Mattress Co. And speak with Sean, who explains that the Delivery Guys are done for the day, but that they are still in the store... Maybe he can "catch them", before they leave for the day, and that if Mom and I can get to the store quickly & make a decision, perhaps they will be able to deliver a bed for her, today... Well, it all worked out FANTASTICALLY!!!! My Mom was able to work with Knowledgeable Sean and made a decision in record time! She bought a Doctor's Elite Firm Queen, with a Reverie Motorized Base... She is currently taking a nap (next to me) with the full body massage feature "purring" away! Beats sleeping on a tarp! We are both very impressed that the Delivery Service was willing to help us last minute, late in the day... They are very Professional! We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to Everyone at Denver Mattress Co in Cheyenne WY, for an incredible purchasing experience! We have had the bed for 3 nights now and my Mom Loves it! She is getting Better Too!

Have had our Drs. Choice for 13 years and it was time to update. The mattresses are updated and much nicer.

The salesmen was very nice and helpful. I purchased a pillow and it was a very nice experience. I previously bought a mattress with them and also had a very good experience.

We returned to Denver mattress in Cheyenne as we loved the bed we had for several years and the prior experience with them. I like that they can look up our previous purchase so we could compare when shopping. We were not happy with the manager when loading the mattress into our personal vehicle. He had let all his help go home and he was the only one working, in middle of the day. He all but through the mattresses in the back of the truck, with the mattress not all the way in. We had to finish moving it in, then fasten down.

Came to pick up mattress and not one person to help load it onto our trailer? There was no warehouse personally who could help load! This is what happened so it good thing my husband and young grandson to load it. Where is your customer service? Very disappointing.

We were greeted upon intering the store.The lady showed us the beds we were interested in and then left us to look around.Over all,we were satisfied,but I thought she should have taken a little more time with us.
