We visited Denver Furniture for the first time looking for new mattresses and adjustable bed frame. DeAllen was the gentleman who helped us. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about all the different mattresses as well as he actually listened and heard us about what we needed and would work best for us. DeAllen took us through a few options for purchasing and he even worked on helping us save money. Or possibly, getting the best deal and bottom line without lessening our purchase's quality. Thank you DeAllen and we hope your Manager will show some acknowledgement to you for makinbg our visit a positive experience.

searched several furniture stores
We looked through the inventory at several stores. We felt that the prices were comparable to other stores but that the quality of the furniture was better overall. The materials in the furniture looked, felt and demonstrated better than floor models at the other stores. The staff was not overly pushy as well, which I personally appreciate.

My experience was very good. Justin was very informative and helpful. The Madison firm queen mattress and rejuven8 1.0 queen base are sure to relieve my husband and my back issues.

no hard selling here im the type that likes to look without being followed if I have a question ill ask this store was great in letting me browse and when needed were right there to answer my questions I bought a sectional and wasn't sure how many pieces I needed they were very helpful and gave me the option to return a piece if it were to much for the room now that was awesome and it was put on the contract so 5 stars for that ill be back

Just the right purchase
We had a minor ‘bed emergency’ and were in need of a bed base. Our salesperson was so helpful and knowledgeable. We made our in stock purchase and by later that evening we settled into our bed on the new adjustable bed base. Great experience from the moment of walking into the store to driving away from the loading dock with the frame.

Steve at Denver Mattress in Champaign, il was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and patient, but most importantly he listened to us and guided us in the direction to best meet our needs. We felt no pressure to make a purchase, yet wanted to after visiting several other local stores. The service was the best we encountered and the mattress was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful Assortment to choose from
We needed a new mattress. We had ours for about 10 yrs. Excellent service is what matter the most and a good choice of product is what we look for. And that is what we found at Denver Mattress. Justin was them player who helped me purchase a twin mattress for our 2 year old who began climbing out of his crib. I told him we were looking for a low end model and he suggested two. He referred to what he did with his boys which was influential in my decision. He wasn't pushy and welcomed me to browse. When I came to pick up the mattress he helped me load it into my small SUV. It didn't fit but then he offered string to tie it down. He did all the work and I made it home without any problems. I am supremely impressed with the service Justin provided. The store was clean and all other employees made sure I didn't need help and offered coffee.

Bed Purchase 11/28
My husband and I had been talking about upgrading to a king size bed for Christmas. We walked into Denver Mattress on 11/28 and were greeted by Justin. He helped us through our entire process, didnt try to force us into anything we weren't interested in, showed us the different options that matched our requests, and ultimately got us into a bed we're going to be very happy with. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed working with him.

Very Satisfied With This Store
I have to give a shout out for the sale associate Stephen Holmes. He was the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful sale associates I have come across in a long time. In these days, most associates are in a hurry to move on to the next customer. They are disrespectful and very nonchalant. Can care less about you and your concerns. Not Mr. Holmes. He was very nice and what I admired most was his people skills. It takes a special person to deal with people on a daily basis. It doesn't matter how great you are at your job. If you don't relate well with people, you're not going anywhere. It was a pleasure shopping at this store.

Awesome Service!
We were really impressed with Denver Mattress Co. Being first time mattress buyers, we went to a few different locations in town, and were underwhelmed by the other mattress sellers. The service and selection at Denver Mattress were wonderful, and the prices were very affordable. We were also easily able to get interest free financing. I would recommend this store to everyone!

We purchased a bed & box spring 2 week before Memorial Day with excellent service.
It took until Mid June to arrive. (Delivery guys were amazing btw)
7 days in both my husband and I were experiencing severe back issue that required medical intervention. We called to use 365 day exchange. We were told Sorry we had to wait 30 days to exchange.
On day 29 we headed to the store. Then we were told it would be another 4-6 weeks before the exchange arrived.
Finally this past week they called to inform us it was in stock but it would be 10 more days before they could deliver it.
Meanwhile suffering from back and neck issues doesn’t seem to expedite their customer service.
Now to take delivery we have to take a vacation day off work to meet them or wait another 6 days.
Supply chain issues are real, but customer service has gone from great to severely lacking. When expressing frustration all that was said was “it is what it is”.
All told it will be 15 weeks from original purchase to replacement.
Definitely will make us consider other options and encourage friends to shop elsewhere in the future.
From happy long term customer to frustrated and feeling dismissed.

3rd time another charm
We purchased our third mattress from Denver Mattress in Champaign, IL. This one was the Doctor's Choice Plush, and with the promotion, we received $100.00 off!! This mattress will be in our extra bedroom, which we had to replace due to our daughter moving off to College. (she loved her Denver Mattress so much, she took it with her - the second purchase we made)
