Walked in intending to buy a mattress for my guest room, walked out with top of the line for myself in the master. Anthony was a great salesman, not pushy just let the product speak for itself. Then delivery day. Ugh! That's a story. My house is not accessible with their truck. Instead of complaining, Anthony and staff (sorry, didn't catch his name) got creative and made it work. So appreciative for hard working people! I hope Anthony works on commission. If he doesn't give that man a raise!

Casie Peppersack in the Casper WY Denver Mattress Co. store gave us GREAT service, beginning to end in our purchase of a bed. We moved from Casper to Indiana in Dec.'22 & needed a bed in our new home. Casie arranged the sale for us in Casper & made all the arrangements for our bed to be delivered by a local Denver Mattress store in our area after our arrival in Indiana. Personal, knowledgeable service at its best! Many thanks Casie!

i dont typically write reviews online, but i need to commend this store for a few things: First, thank you for training your employees to be attentive, but not hover. 2nd, we talked to several employees and i was so impressed that every one of them seemed knowledgable on matresses and the store--not one question unanswered. last, we LOVED working with Grace, she said she had only been there for a few months but she was very easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and we so so appreciate her tact in providing us help without taking a traditionally pushy approach so often felt with salesmen. we bought a Purple matress and we LOVE it!

The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful. We ended up buying a bedroom set and a couch. She was very informative and willing to work with us! It was great!

Had a great Salesmen, answered my questions and was very helpful.

I haven’t received my mattress just yet but this rating is specifically for the help I’ve gotten so far from the employees alone. They were very nice and walk me through everything I could get without trying to get ever dime out of me

I've looked for a mattress at various locations but couldnt beat the quality and price on a Telluride matress. The customer service I received was excellent. The service manager explained in detail the difference in mattresses and took he time to answer all my questions, Thank you for a great purchasing experience!

Buying at mattress was a very laid back (ha ha!) experience at Furniture Row! We tested, talked, and purchased within an hour and are completely satisfied!

Visited the Casper store having never shopped for a mattress before and was eased into the process of selecting the appropriate comfort level of bed between me and my wife. Staff were very helpful, hospitable, and professional in making suggestions based on our feedback. We ended up purchasing something that was comfortable, within our budget, and they even helped load it and figure out logistics of picking our mattress up. The only down side is that they do not carry a Sleep Number bed, but we were suggested other regions where we might find a seller.

Ton was amazing with his customer service skills. He was also very informative about the product he was selling. We had lots of questions about the bed we were buying and he answered them to the fullest. Tony, you rock!

The sales team in Casper was fabulous! They met me at the door, took me to exactly the product I needed, helped us through a speedy transaction and got us on our way in less than an hour!

The gentlemen at Denver Mattress in Casper are WONDERFUL. I went mattress shopping for the first time here, and it was a fantastic experience. Adam and Anthony were great to work with and answered all of my questions. They showed me a wide range of options (in a variety of price ranges) and weren't pushy at all. When I told them about the price I was looking for, they had multiple options in that price range. After I left, they followed up with a nice card, and they helped me again when I returned for the sale. I'm so impressed by their excellent customer service, and I would absolutely recommend shopping here.

Anthony was very informative as I was trying to find the perfect mattress. I pleadingly asked for same day delivery and a young guy heard this and agreed! The 2 young men that delivered were the sweetest ever! When they were leaving they noticed my 2 cats had gotten out and they came to alert me and helped me catch them! I appreciate the extra mile they gave! Thanks guys

I went into the store knowing i wanted to buy a new bed but not exactly sure what I was looking for. . I was greeted by Adam Bokhari and he was helpful right from the start. He showed me the selections of Doctor's Choice beds but I was a little apprehensive at first due to the price for a full queen setup. After looking at a few lower priced mattresses and springs Adam came back to me and told me that I could save $100 on the Doctor's Choice mattress with the House Warming Sale and that was the selling point. He was such a huge help with my purchase and made it super easy. I felt like Goldilocks in a room full of potential beds. Thanks for all the help.

Went in to buy a cheep mattress ended up buying a real expensive one. The salesman was that knowledgeable. Was so impressed with what he was able to tell us. Will buy there again.

We are moving back to Casper, WY, From Mesa, AZ. I flew up early to find an apartment and hopefully get new furniture bought and paid for and set up to deliver when we get here. I went to Furniture Row first and very glad i did. I had my furniture bought within 1 hour and everything is set for it to be Delivered on the day we move in. I dealt with Owen and he showed me exactly what i was looking for and made me a great deal i think. Had a great time, you guys are awesome.

The guys hooked me up with a comfort exchange bed for my guest room and I was able to get a good bed for a good price. Nice guys
