We got the best service from Zac at the Burlington store. We went to 4 other mattress stores and came to buy from him. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did not give us the typical salesman pressure. We bought the aireloom Sonata luxury plush and can't wait till it's delivered. We definitely recommend Denver mattress for your needs.

I came to this store on 2 separate occasions to buy furniture for my new house. The first time I went, Mattea greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. The second time, I was greeted by Eva. She was also very friendly and helpful. Both girls were amazing at picking out pieces that would look best in my house and also sticking to my budget. They were great at helping me pick out good quality pieces that were also affordable. Eva and Mattea are definitely great assets to this store!

I slept on a Denver mattress at a hotel a few months ago. It was the best night's sleep I have had in years. I took a picture of the mattress. I walked into my nearest Denver store, showed the manager the picture, and he immediately knew which mattress it was. It happened to be on sale, so the next day I called the store and bought it over the phone (since I live over an hour away). And it can be delivered to VERY rural Missouri. It will be delivered this Saturday. I am super happy.

A few years ago I bought a mattress from Furniture Row. The mattress started to break down and the side tore. I was unable to find my receipt. I stopped by the store figuring I was out of luck. However they were able to pull it up in there computer. The salesperson was very helpful. I was able to purchase a new mattress and receive compensation for the defective mattress. I'm extremely pleased with the service. I'll definitely recommend Furniture Row to all my friends.

I needed to find a bed quickly and even though that couldn't get exactly what I wanted, they were very helpful in giving me alternative ideas.

Store was very clean, salesmen very friendly. Greeted as we walked through the door. Very helpful as to type of matress and type of base needed for our purpose. Was not pushy at all and even left us to talk over a purchase. When decision was made, was very helpful on prices, special deals, delivery dates, and what could be done in the line of haul away and cost of delivery if any. Explained all aspects of the contract, and all purchases included in the same. Shook hand when all was accomplished, and thanked us for coming to Denver Mattress co. Overall rating would definitely be 5 star and recommend to all looking for a new mat or box to upgrade to adjustable type. Went in looking for a mattress with no real idea of what we wanted (hadn't bought a new one in a very long time). The store employee asked us some questions and had us try a few based on our answers. We had the mattress and base picked out and paid for in under 30 minutes! It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anybody!

The sales rep was very friendly and took some time to show the different mattresses. After a week, when the price dropped, he was very polite and was willing to credit back the difference. It would be helpful if the rep took some more time to explain the key differences between the different mattress. I appreciate that the rep did not put any pressure. It would also be nice if delivery was free especially when we spend $2500+. Many stores offer free delivery and this would be a nice gesture. Overall, I recommend this store and will definitely go back for future shopping.
