I ordered a couch in January paid for it 100% no financing. when I first bought this couch they have stated to me that I would be receiving it in May and that they have it on stock. I have received multiple notices of this arrival day getting pushed back. Although there were extraordinary circumstances this year pertaining to that such as the COVID-19 pandemic for productivity to be low-I was not notified until a week after every arrival time that they have stated to me. I got no notice whatsoever. I called several times with them having no date. they kept saying “mid-July” and I was received no notice to a pushback until a week after this un-precise arrival time. Calling today, I have received it for pushed back for “sometime in July”.
There is no proper communication between its consumers and the sales associates of the store. Multiple times they have given me great attitude and frustration on the phone as they do not have precise arrival dates. I was not offered no rate of discounts they could not help me beyond initialing me a full- refund for the couch I have waited on, and would be waiting on for over eight months now. There should have been proper communication towards pushback upon arrival dates and there was not at this store. I have never dealt with a furniture store so on organized with little to no communication towards its consumers and little help offered. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Ashley‘s furniture store is excellent and it’s policies communication and feedback on what they have in stock at the moment, pushback times, precise arrival dates, etc. I recommend everybody go there instead of this store.
