Vicente was so knowledgeable about all the different beds I tried before purchasing. He was very friendly, outgoing, knew the products and helped me find what felt right to my body! He didn’t try to pressure me into something I didn’t want or could not afford. He’s the type of salesperson I want to always assist me!

They went out of their way to make sure I had a mattress that was the best fit for me. I even went to a different company in the end for the mattress, they still did EVERYTHING they could to help me. I will recommend them in anyone looking for the best experience in mattress shopping!

Searching for the perfect bed can be a little stressful as the cost of getting good sleep has risen a great deal over the years. Bought an adjustable bed from Denver Mattress Boise 7 years ago, and I still LOVE it! It has gotten me through broken ribs, cured my acid reflux, and more!

The king Madison mattress set feels firm inside but it has a very plush top and is stitched nicely on the top area. It is elegant in design. We are also receiving a king mattress cover protector against spills, stains ect. Also included are two regular size pillows made of foam. And two pillow cover protectors against mites ect.

I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress! And I will never work with anyone else!! Reggie went above and beyond!! We bought our 1st "grown up" bed and bought our teenage daughter her 1st new mattress! Thank you Reggie for your great ideas!

I have nothing but praise for the entire mattress buying experience. The salesman listened closely to what I was looking for and immediately led me in the right direction to help me narrow the choices. He was knowledgeable about the structure of the different brands and the features/benefits. The one I decided on is wonderful. So comfy and quality is really good and price was reasonable. It was an excellent experience all around and I would highly recommend Denver Mattress to anyone in the bed market!

I have bought a few mattresses from Denver mattress and other furniture from it's sister companies. The staff have always been helpful and informative about their products and have put me and my fiancé with the perfect bed.

We went in to just look, but after Laura directed us to try out their Doctor's Choice Elite, and brought the best pillows for our heads, and showed us how to use the Rejuvenate system...We were sold on all of it! Thank you Laura and Denver Mattress.

What a great experience! We were able to take advantage of the financing option available to get a great deal on a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, with pillows and a mattress pad thrown in for free with the promotion. Two different women helped on my two visits, and while both were very helpful, the second visit was especially great. I believe her name was Tracy - she has short hair - was very personable and made my fiancé and I feel welcomed there. While society is becoming more accepting, as a gay couple we still face awkward situations in a lot of public settings (especially in Idaho), and were nervous about shopping for a bed together for that reason. However, that was not a problem here and I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks!

Out of all our visits there to purchase our furniture for our brand new home everyone was very helpful and nice. We purchased a living room set,a bedroom set and a dining room set. We love our living room and bedroom set, still waiting on our dining room set. I loved how fast we received our furniture even with the bad weather we have had. I was very happy with the service and selection at the Boise Furniture Row store. I did not feel pressured with an aggressive "sales pitch" and was told the options on financing as well as the difference between the mattresses that I was considering. Overall, this was an easy and very pleasant buying experience.

We had the best experience at Denver Mattress. The salesman gave a complete explanation and demonstration of the mattress set we were looking for. We were able to make a good decision based on his demonstration and explanation.

I called in to ask about a very inexpensive mattress that was advertised for the Black Friday Sale. I just wanted it for an RV bed, so it didn't have to be top of the line as it is only used occasionally. I was surprised when the person answering the phone took time to answer all my questions about the mattress during this sale and then helped me purchase it over the phone. There was a four month money back guarantee and a full year to try it. I was also shocked to find it had a 10yr warranty, same as there better mattresses. I would definitely recommend doing business with Denver Mattress. I can't really rate the mattress, as I have not picked it up yet.

Went into the store and was looking for a king size plush mattress. The associate that came to our assistance listened to what I wanted and only showed me those that met that criteria and didn't try to sell me things I wasn't interested in. Found a very comfortable mattress and was a fair price. Ended up being the Denver mattress company Madison plush mattress. Simply amazing mattress in my person opinion got the price. Would recommend it to anyone. Also the warranty on the mattresss was amazing! 15 years! That's great.

I had been to a couple other place who didn't really want to give me the time of day. But when I walked into Denver Mattress Jay was very quick to greet me and actually listen to what I said I wanted. I never felt pressured into anything either. He was great at making sure I understood everything and never talked down to me. He seemed to truly enjoy his job and helping people get the right match. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking for a bed and world class treatment.

I did my research, so I had an idea of what I wanted and what the average price would be. I found the selection and price to be fair and of excellent quality. The sales person was very helpful,but not pushy. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new mattress.

Jay greeted us at the door and asked if we knew what we wanted. We said we needed something for my bad back. So he said there were 3 he recommends for bad back so he took us to the first one let us lay on it for 7 min in peace and came back and asked how it was. It was awesome! But it wasn't the right one. So he took us to the second one! I loved it and so did my back! But the wife didn't like it as much! He also left us there for 7 min to lay and talk about it. So after that we tested the 3rd one and he left us for 7 min. We both liked it but she was hurting so we asked if we could come back and he said he recommends that anyway! So the next day we went in and tried them (and a few others just to see the difference) and we bought the second one we looked at the day before. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bed! Just ask for Jay!!!

The people at Denver Mattress are great. They are all so helpful that buying there was an easy decision. Reggie and Lori especially were helpful. Reggie sold me the mattress, but when I went into the store and he was off, Lori helped me like I was her own customer. Great Service!

Staff was very friendly and I was in and out of the store with a new mattress in about 30 minutes.

We went in yesterday and purchased a new bed. The bed I was looking at had a clearance version on site. The gentleman I was working with took me back to it and told me where it was from and what kind of discount I could get if I purchased it. He did not try and influence my decision either way and was very helpful. he just stayed close if I had questions but let me make my own decision and so far I think it was a great one!

Denver Mattress was the 3rd store we visited for a mattress and they had the best selection and most knowledgeable sales team in town.

We just purchased our 4th Denver Mattress "Drs Choice" mattress and we personally love them, as do our overnight guests. We also purchased one for our vacation rental in Arizona and everyone loves the comfort. The Boise store knew exactly what I wanted and our transaction was flawless and fast, due to their records of our previous purchases. We only wish they would offer free delivery within the local area as we are only 10 miles from the local store, are retired and find it difficult to move a King bed, but we did not want to pay an additional $60 for such a short delivery, so we will haul it ourselves.

Purchased 2 mattress sets. Sales associate was very helpful. He gave me the space and time to get the feel of each mattress. He did not hover or pressure.

I have been buying from this store since 2008 and yes there's a new owner but its has the best service staff and great products to choose from yes i recommend these guys over other local furniture stores same products just staff are wonderful here. Thank you for letting me share.
