I stopped by many stores in the metro area for my next mattress. Denver Mattress has the most reasonably priced mattresses. For the quality and best price. I made a few visits to the same store, and had 3 different Sales Representatives. All 3 were great, never felt pressured and understood that I just wanted the best mattress for my dollar.

My girlfriend and I went into Denver Mattress to get a price idea for a budget. We knew we wanted a new mattress but, we weren't quite ready to buy. We had a very nice guy help guide us to some of the better value products. We found our price range and a couple of our top choices. Our salesman helped us understand how the financing worked and informed us it does not effect our credit to check it out. Well after a short credit check we were approved and we ended up buying a mattress. We went with a Denver Mattress brand Telluride Plush and cannot be more happy. Overall a great experience and will definitely use Denver Mattress when it is time for the guest room.

Over the years I have gotten three mattresses here, and my parents have also gotten four from them. Every time I have been in, either to buy or to just browse and test sleep them they staff has been helpful and friendly even when busy. I have normally gotten one of the house branded mattresses and they have been good quality, this last time i got a Setra. They didn't try any hard pressure upsells or "replacements", even with the bundle options. This last time I knew I was getting one of the bundles, I just wasn't sure as to which one, in the end I went with the adjustable frame, the house branded one rather than the more pricey Serta branded one and so far has worked well. It was rather easy to fix a few errors on my address that I missed on my day of purchase (it was late, I was tired, cut a guy a break). There was one mattress in the the iComfort line that they carry but didn't have on the floor to test. I was a bit disappointed by that as it would have been nice to test a side by side. Also when I went in the buy, they didn't have the one I had originally wanted, so was unable to side by side compare with the one I ultimately ended up getting. I was very happy that the sales lady didn't try to push me to a Tempur-Pedic, since as far as I was concerned had on par with the Serta and not worth the extra $1000-$1500 more for it. My only real complaint was they didn't have the mattress or pillow covers in when I paid and was told that someone would call me when they were in. I called then the day after they were supposed to be in and the guy I spoke with was a bit brash. In the end they never called me, so I just stopped by on my way home the night before my new mattress was delivered and picked them up. The delivery guys were pleasant and on time. They were rather quick on getting my old mattress out and the new one in. They told me they were unable to take the frame, which was a tad disappointing, but at least I can still use it if need it or don't like the wood feet on the adjustable base. When they were done putting it together, they gave me a quick run down on the remote and other than a scared cat it was a good experience. I will certainly be returning the next time i need a new mattress. At the end of the day, I went in expecting to drop at least $3600, but walked away with a slightly cheaper bed that felt the same as the more expensive one in the same line and saved $675 and walked out with the mattress, 2 pillows (upgraded), and an adjustable frame for $3100. With the possibility of getting the tax refunded as due to health reasons, an adjustable bed is medically recommended. It was an amazing value, and from what I was told, better than the sale just 3 days latter on black friday!

I just had my mattress delivered. The delivery guys were great!! They took my old mattress and set up the new one, even helped me adjust the slats under the box spring. I am so thrilled!!

Just wanted to let you know what a good job delivery mattress crew #6 did for me. They were the most efficient guys of any kind of delivery I have ever had. They had the old mattresses out and the new installed so quickly. The time slot was right on time for their arrival also. Our salesman was just top notch. We ordered two kings and one queen mattress. He really knows your products I also love my new King Sealy mattress. Good quality and so comfortable. Thank you Sharon and Larry Morin

That’s KIRBY at Denver mattress… Such personable gentleman and great listener on what our needs were! Also gave us no pressure to close the deal that day, but for us to experience the mattresses and allowing us to gain his expert knowledge on the product he was selling. My partner informed me that day by no means were we going to purchase a new mattress that day! Our new mattress is getting delivered on Friday and couldn’t be any more excited. Lol He is the best! John Mickelson provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a result, we were able to purchase the most comfortable bed we’ve had! If it were not for his kindness, patience and knowledge of the product, we may not have selected the best bed and pillows to fit our needs. My wife and I greatly appreciate his help! We are loving our new TERMPUR-Pedic bed and Casper pillows.

Hedes was the most helpful. We stopped in to kill time and get some generic info on their mattresses and walked out with a purchase and a very pleased customer. The delivery has not arrived yet but if the product is anything like the service we received we will be more than pleased.

Our experience with Denver Mattress was super. Andrew Montoya listened to our needs and he delivered. His attention to detail was spot on. All the delivery people were professional and knowledgeable. When we had trouble with the first headboard, Andrew and Trent spent time trying to make every thing work, when it did not, they found something better. Great team work!

I do not know about mattresses. It's to early to say but sales man and delivery crew was incredibly good.

I was highly impressed with Kenn at the Aurora Denver Mattress. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with helping me get a Matress. My wife and I have different sleeping habits and I get warm while she is cold. We tried more than 1 mattress until we came to a happy medium with Kenn's advice. Our sales guy, Drew was very helpful. He asked what we needed and price range and showed us many options. He gave us time to try the beds and also let us know about the promo going on. King for Queen price. We were happy with the selection of beds and the prices. We were happy we decided to purchase. The Delivery date was only a few days after purchase and the delivery price was fair. The delivery was efficient and on time.

First off, Robert Kennedy is one of the most "down to earth", friendly, and straight forward person you would ever have the pleasure to run across. Robert offered great suggestions and facts that made my fiancée and myself search for the perfect bed a cinch. As I am writing this review, we have not had our bed delivered, but I will be updating my review to include that soon. Again, thank you to Robert Kennedy.

Jenessa at Aurora store was Awesome! She was super helpful and friendly in helping me find a Tempurpedic at clearance. Delivery went as planned. They even have an automated system that calls and will text within 15 minutes of delivery. Bed was in mint condition. Very happy with associates help.

The store at S Parker road had a large selection of pillows and very informative salesman. also bought a very wonderful mattress.

We LOVE our new bed! Our sales person was great. She let us have our space as we roamed around and tried out a bunch of different mattresses and then came by and talked us through the different options within our budget. She was wonderful!

I love, love, love our new mattress from Denver Mattress. We chose a king size mattress with adjustable base. We couldn't be happier. The team at the store on Parker and Quincy were amazing!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Steve at this location. He was knowledgeable and made the purchasing experience fun and informative while not hovering over us and allowing us to make our own decision. Robert was very helpful in our mattress selection. He did not pressure us into buying a more expensive mattress, we did. He answered all of our questions.

We bought a mattress several years ago and are still happy with it. Needed 2 more (full and queen). Staff was great. Didn't feel pressured at all. Help walk us through the options and what sales where going on to make sure we got the best for our money. We were even able to hold off on picking it up for several weeks.

I went into the store with no expectations. I had been offered a great deal from another store and figured that it could not be beat. I was so wrong. The service was excellent and they they beat the other offer by more than 1600 dollars. Needless to say I was very pleased. Thank you Drew!

Steve Owens was amazing and very knowledgeable. He took the time to really find what I was looking for in a mattress. I did purchase the Simmons Beauty Rest Van Nuys adjustable bed. I will recommend this store and Steve to anyone I know that may be in the market for a new mattress.

I"ve been needing to buy a new mattress for a few years. I kept putting off shopping for one because there are so many choices it can be overwhelming. I went to Denver Mattress after seeing online that the mattress I was interested in didn't contain the chemical flame retardants that are in most mattresses. They use something else to address this that is more to my liking. My buying experience was pleasant. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars in the service rating is because there was only one salesman in the store because one called in sick. This salesman was calm and pleasant and handled the sale and the situation very nicely even though he had to deal with customers and the phone by himself. I will definitely go back there for the next king size mattress we will be purchasing soon.

I bought a magnificent bed in under 20 minutes. Salesman was informative, professional and accomadating. I would highly recommend this store.

I needed to buy a new bed and started my search at Denver Mattress. I was greeted cordially and shown many beds that fit my sleeping style and preferences. I was not pressured to buy one over the other and given the time I needed to decide. I really wanted an adjustable bed but knew one wasn't within my budget. I just asked on a whim if they could accommodate me and was told they had two floor models that were greatly reduced. So I got my perfect mattress and bed and walked out happy! The sales staff was very courteous and accommodating, especially Louis who was my main contact.

Initially went to Denver Mattress on Friday evening to look at mattresses, wanted to check the Beautyrest mattresses. Sales person was not pushy and showed us what we were looking at and the best options. He did not push the higher end more expensive ones available. We left with out purchasing but had a good idea of what we were needing. On Saturday we researched some more and visited other places carrying the same or similar products. We ended up returning to the original store and they matched the online prices we found. Had a great experience and left stress free with the bed we look forward to enjoying for years to come. Would definitely recommend the sales person if not the whole staff there. No one was pushy or over aggressive in their sales.

What sucks is when you do settle on a certain product after taking the time, energy, and spending lots of money on a product displayed for sale and they do not have it in stock. Instead of offering a free delivery when it arrives. it's, well, call us on this date and if it has arrived that day you can come by and pick it up then. Sure would be great customer service to offer free delivery on products displayed for sale but not in stock.

I purchased a coffee table on 9/6 and it was supposed to be available to me in October. When I called my salesperson Matthew, he told me that I was never “connected” to my purchase and hence, I did not receive my coffee table. He said he will work with their IT dept and that it should be available in NOV. I followed up and spoke with a manager Sean or Siad and he said the same thing and he was going to check with the distribution center. He did not give me an update on Sat and Mon when he said he would and he said that if I need to cancel my order, he understands. Horrible from the top down.
