Brandon was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and it was great that the came here to help out in Amarillo from Lubbock.

Went in with my boyfriend to buy a mattress and Jay was there to answer any questions he had. He ended up purchasing a mattress and because of the experience we had with Jay, I went back later and bought one too. We of course made sure Jay helped us out the second time as well. He was attentive but definitely not overbearing and let us roam and try things out on our own. He pointed out some great options and answered any of our questions. In the end he offered us a great deal and I love my new mattress and bedding. Our overall experience was great.!!!

The Salesman was knowledgeable considering he was a new employee. The selection started from midrange to what I was looking for. The only drawback was the adjustable frame was not available and I'm now waiting a week for delivery.

We purchased a purple for our motorhome. It is very comfortable and comes in a roll. It will fit easily through the door and into the bedroom. It is VERY heavy.

The store manager Greg in Amarillo is absolutely wonderful! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help me exchange my mattress and pick out one that was more suitable for me. The delivery team was great too, fast and friendly.

We were shopping for a mattress for our daughter. We had gone to a different store where the salesman pounced on us the second we walked in. At Denver Mattress, we came in and were able to look around before being asked if we need help. The lady was very knowledgeable and didn't smother us. She showed us several different options and explained the pricing and sales. We ended up purchasing a mattress and were able to pick it up the same day. Our daughter loves having a big bed now.

Darla Grimes is the nicest lady! She has just sold us our third mattress. I don't know how but she remembered me. I was very pleased with the warranty also. We had a mattress for our daughter that started sagging, Denver Mattress replaced it under the warranty at no charge!!! It was pretty painless too.

The selection for a foam mattress was very good and Johnny explained the selection to help us make the decision for the right mattress with no pressure and to purchase at a great price. The ability to pay for the mattress with no interest was great. I would highly recommend Denver mattress for your next mattress.

My wife and I visited 2 other stores before going to Denver Mattress in Amarillo. That was a waste of time. The sales people at the other stores were either not knowledgeable or kept running down other mattress. We walked in the Denver Mattress in Amarillo around 7 o'clock. We were greeted by Johnny and he was great. He answered all my questions about their mattresses and helped me compare to others I had seen online. The Telluride mattress fit our needs and wants the best. We had our new mattress loaded in the truck by 8 O'clock. Had the best night sleep that I can remember in a long time.

We went into the Denver Mattress in Amarillo TX to look for a Tempur-Pedic Mattress. We were met by Darla Grimes and she turned out to be one of the best sales reps we have met in a long time. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and took the time to listen to our needs. She allowed us to try several before narrowing it down to two. We decided on the Tempur-Flex Prima with a Tempur-Ergo Flex base.She set up the financing and delivery to our home in KS. She made the purchase a wonderful experience. We can't wait for the delivery..

We went to Denver Mattress looking for a new mattress..my husband was the tester, found a mattress within 20 minutes, the sales representative was very knowledgeable about the mattress we chose along with a few extra perks such as a cooling mattress pad and pillows...am very happy.

We went into Denver mattress just to look, expecting to find purchase else where. Johnny was professional, informative and didn't hover. The best part is he didn't try to sell is the most expensive bed. We saved a ton because of the great deals. 40% off our bed. So we ended up buying without going to another store. Can't wait to get our new bed!!!

Purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress and Jason was great! Delivered 1 week early. Not happy that we have points to redeem and they couldn't redeem them at this time because it didn't show up in their system even though we showed the points in our account. So we have to wait to purchase sheets to be able to use points.

While I am not upset at the quality of the items we bought at Denver Mattress, the customer service was very disappointing. Both my husband and I called in the store before noon to tell them we were on our way (a three hour drive). They said "no problem". When my husband arrived they loaded the mattress and then wanted him to wait on the frame, as it was a floor model. I don't think there could be a legitimate excuse for making a customer wait on the sales floor for almost 3 1/2 hours, especially knowing they have a three hour drive back home. It was ridiculous.

poor service. my purchase has been available in for 3 weeks with no notice. employee slammed phone down hanging up on me. employee gave false name when I called back. he refused to schedule a delivery day.
