Jessica at the Albuquerque store by Panera was outstanding. knowledgeable, professional, funny all around great experience. misty was great also. we got to great queens with all the bells and whistle for a wonderful price. ❗️5 star, also very 🏳️‍🌈friendly and made us feel at home.

My Denver Mattress Representative was Misty! Misty was so very helpful. She was very friendly, very patient, very knowledgeable, and very thorough explaining the differences among the many options of mattress and mattress accessories available for selection/purchase. The *entire* staff was caring and friendly. I had an excellent experience! One of the many things that stands out is how Misty wanted me to take my time, there was no high pressure sales pitch. She shared her experiences and knowledge of the products. I had time to myself to think about my options and try out my “favorites” multiple times. I also appreciated the precautions the store takes to ensure a safe environment when trying out the various mattress options. Just a great experience! Thank you Misty, thank you Denver Mattress!

We had a very good experience with our mattress purchase at this store. Matt, the salesperson, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We've had the mattress (Doctor's Choice) for a couple of months now and are completely satisfied. The quality of the mattress for the price is a bargain.

What a Labor Day! Shout out to Denver Mattress who delivered and set it all up promptly and professionally. Since I have back problems I decided my 10 year old King needed replacing. I call my new Queen size bed "Bedsy". Thank you Denver Mattress for your excellent service!

I needed to replace my old mattress. Hundreds of different sizes and models was confusing. I read reviews, and this was over whelming. I found an article from a consumer magazine and this was easy to understand and informative. I went to my DM store and was greeted by Justine. He was friendly and patience with my concerns. I went to the local warehouse to pick up my mattress. The young man that helped me load my items, was neither friendly or helpful. He acted like I was bothering him. Maybe he wasn't having a good day.

After an extremely bad experience at The Mattress Store - we decided to go to Denver Mattress. Jesse was extremely helpful, and explained the differences in the two mattresses in which we were interested. We should have gone here in the beginning.

I was half heartily think about getting a new bed but had not fully committed to doing so, but once I stepped into Denver Mattress Co and worked with the store manager Michael, I knew I had to have a Denver Mattress. The test he performed to determined the best bed for myself was the biggest influence on my saying yes; all the other helpful information he provided about the company and the product was just icing on the cake. I am so glad I stopped in to just look around and see what was out there.

We purchased a Denver Mattress Richmond Luxury Firm. Our salesman was Justin and he was very helpful showing us the different mattresses and helping us to narrow down our choices. We didn't feel pressured to purchase and waited over a week to finally make our purchase and this allowed us time to check around and decide what was the best mattress for us. We called Justin and then went in to look again and made our decision. We feel it is a major purchase for us as we will use it daily and the bed is an important piece of furniture. The 15 year warranty was a good selling point even though you shouldn't keep your mattress over 10 years.

We went in to this store to look for new beds for our 2 boys. The store felt clean, bright and had an amazing selection. Derick walked up to our family, introduced himself and asked how he may help us. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us several options and explained the pricing. After we had made our decision, he asked if there was anything else we might need and explained what he had to offer. We did purchase a few other items he suggested. We returned about 1 hour later and everything was ready for us to pick up. Derick came out to help load the items into our truck. This was an amazing experience for our whole family! We will return to this store in the future.

My husband and I actually had a babysitter for 4 hours so we could mattress shop, expecting Denver Mattress on Alameda to be our first stop of many in this process. Within 30 minutes of strolling it, we had undoubtedly made our selection based upon the sales person's unique method of asking your body what mattress fits you best, nothing to do with highest price he could get from us. He educated us in how to determine what may bother us later in a mattress. We ended up selecting Doctor's Choice Plush (rave reviews we looked up on consumer reports), and the warranty is outstanding. The mattress is 15 years (5 years more than the initial brand we were seeking, Simmons Beauty rest), and the company allows you to return it for up to a year, 4 months with full money back. Additionally, it is taking them only 2 days turn around for delivery, AND they will take our old mattress! We walked out with over 3 hours to spare on our babysitter clock and watched a movie. Oh and we spent far less than we anticipated! That is rare! Great experience!

Yesterday, I ordered my bed, etc. I want to thank the store manager, NB, for all of her TREMENDOUS help in the ordering process. She is patient and thorough. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality service!
