Had a great experience at Denver Mattress. Casey is an incredible salesperson, very knowledgeable, he listened to our needs, then showed us what would most fit for us. We had been shopping around and just stopped by to look. because of Casey's great care and attention, we purchased our bed right there and then.

Upon receiving poor service from another business in Albuquerque, we chose to visit Furniture Row and we were much relieved for the experience we had. Adam was courteous, informative and incredibly knowledgeable. We gave certain parameters and he led us to exactly what we were hoping to find. We paid more than we would have through the other company but our service was worth it. The product is also of a much higher quality. Service and quality combined to be more than worth the difference in price. Would absolutely recommend Furniture Row

Danielle was very helpful and informative. She provided us quick service and great advice on the different aspects of Furniture Row's LR furnitures and rugs. Furniture Row has always been a good choice for us.

After seeing items online, we had called first and spoke with Adam. He was super helpful in telling us what was available to see in the store. Then we went to the store an hour later and walked around and while looking a man came up to us asking if we needed help. It was Adam! He helped us look at beds and was knowledgeable about dimensions and availability helping to decide. Then we walked around the store and he was frequently checking up on us seeing if we had any questions. Not pushy at all. Just seeing our deer in the headlights look in their massive floor room and wanting to help if he could. When we were ready he assisted us in checkout and agreed to call us when the items came into the store. A great experience!

We struggled with finding a mattress that worked for us. The sales staff at Denver Mattress were very patient and encouraged us to spend time trying them out. They listened to our needs and worked to find the right solution for us. We returned our first mattress after a couple of months with no questions asked. A very smooth process. The folks at Denver Mattress want to make sure you are satisfied and treat you with great customer service.

to start off we have been shopping furniture row for about 5 years and every time has been a great experience at all 3 stores from buying beds to dressers to couches to entertainment centers.. never had a problem with any of the products bought. they are made very well and you will get years of use from them.. all of the staff are very professional and friendly and will help you get what you are looking for.. thank you from our family and we keep looking forward to going back.......

I recently purchased a mattress from the Albuquerque location and my salesperson Tai was exceptonal. He listened to my concerns, directed me to the three best options based on quality, mattress firmness and price points. I immediately started thinking of companies that should hire him! Tai has a great rapport with customers and I purchased a mattress the same day. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The delivery men were gracious and professional and super efficient. I highly recommend Denver for its high quality mattresses and exceptional staff. Great experience.

Our story began 2 years ago after searching everywhere for the mattress we finally got from Denver Mattress Co. What sealed the deal for us was that the salesman stated if we had any problem with the mattress breaking down, the warranty stated they would replace it. A couple of photos showing the problem is all it took. No prorating, no upgrade cost, no hassle. I'm getting a great nights sleep again thanks to Justin and Joseph, managers at the Menaul store..

I was looking for a latex, organic mattress and not only did Denver Mattress carry them, our sales person Bruce Damm was very knowledgeable and helped us understand all our options without being pushy or overly aggressive with only the highest end options. All the sales people were welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to be sure all my questions were addressed- at one point, they e-mailed the production manager to get additional information I requested. Taking the extra step, excellence in customer service.

I am a Denver Mattress loyal customer. I have had the best service and have gotten great mattresses. There isn't a state that I've lived in yet that has had a "bad" Denver Matress company. You can't beat the quality of bed for the money.

Lorenzo was wonderful at Denver Mattress. He let us take our time in lying in different beds and answering our questions. My spouse and I couldn't stand our old mattress. I would wake up with a sore back and she would wake up with a sore hip. Thanks to Lorenzo and Denver Mattress, I've had the best sleep of my life for the last week. I wake up feeling ready for the day, with no tightness in my back. Delivery was a great value, and our new foam mattress and box springs were a good deal. I'll be coming back to Denver Mattress for anything else we need for our bedroom. Very happy!

Bruce was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't push the higher priced mattress on me but helped me find the right mattress for my needs. I would highly recommend visiting Bruce.

I bought new mattresses in November 2015 and loved them and my back has been a lot better. So this past November 2016 I bought the same mattress for my daughter and says she loves them already too.

Just bought the Denver mattress set, so I don't know how it will work out after I sleep on it a few times.The mattress looked like it was made well and of very good quality. It was very comfortable to sit/lay on at the store. Derrick, our salesman, was very polite, very informed and answered all of our questions.

What great customer service! My husband and I went in there determined to not leave without getting a new bed on Sunday 11/6/16.. Once we told the rep what we were looking for he made us try 4 different beds to help us make a decision. He was kind, not pushy and let us decide on our own what we wanted! Felt no pressure what so ever. When our customer rep saw/heard we were looking at around the 5,000 range for an Icomfort/temperpedic bed he immediately said "hold on , ill be right back". And he came back with a 5,800 estimate for the top bed features included!! He saved us at least 2,000!!! He also included free pillows, sheets and protectors! We will never go anywhere else and will be recommending this customer rep and this store to all our friends!! Thank you!

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to purchase 2 mattresses and were shown a brand new reasonably priced mattress and a clearance mattress that fit our need. On top of that we were given 4 pillows with covers and 2 mattress covers for free! Excellent deal! I will be a return customer for sure!

On Sep 16, 2016 we finally made it back to the store where we had purchased a bed and adjustable platform in July. We returned because my wife could not get comfortable. The manager met us and provided great service until Joe, the salesman we bought the bed from was free. We were treated very well and ended up purchasing a more expensive mattress and some sheets. We were very pleased with everything about the visit including the price we ended up paying for the more expensive mattress. Good job to Joe and all.

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday looking for a mattress. We had no idea where to start. Joe helped us and he was awesome! Very friendly and very informative! We would definitely recommend Denver Mattress and specifically Joe! :)

I was sold the wrong size pillow at a store in Texas. Novae Bernal happily exchanged my pillow at a loss to her store with no thought to it! She was so kind. She even offered me a credit which would be an additional financial loss to her store for a mistake made by a store in Texas. Now that's pretty incredible!! ( I refused the credit & am very happy with my pillow!). I WILL RETURN. You should shop here!!!

Our customer rep. joseph was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products we were shopping for. Joseph went above and beyond to assure we received our products in a timely manner.

We knew our budget and so it made it easier and faster to get in and out. The sales person didn't try to get us higher than our budget she understood and worked with us to find something we liked.

I enjoyed the store experience, They gave me what i wanted, and was able to deliver the next day. But on the delivery side, I was unsatisfied with them not finishing the job of taking Plastic wrap off the frame.

We went into the store with only the thought of looking for a mattress. We wanted to look around before buying. We did purchase a new mattress with the ability to adjust it and make it more comfortable the way it fits us. So far we have had it about a week and it seems to be doing great for both of us.

I get a call to say my mattresses are ready for pickup. we have been waiting in the docking pickup for 25 minutes the sales associate indicates they cannot find them. Terrible customer service. I will not be back.

I went in today to purchase a twin mattress and box spring. This WAS our go to store for mattresses and other furniture!!!!! We were greeted by Kasey he was very nice but not much inventory. But every one else in mattress dept was rude as hell. we walked to the other side because we need a couch and loveseat and a few benches. NO ONE there said hi or offered any Customer service. LOOK people that's what gets you sales. money in ur pocket.... so we went across the street and they were AMAZING. Now thats customer service. thanks shorty......
