To keep the mattress from sagging between slats on platform beds, we suggest using our 2 ½" hardwood Mini Foundations.


Ergo & Adjustable Bases

These Ergo or Adjustable Foundations are made for ultra flexibility, moving up or down under your head and knees for a customized sleep experience.


Space Base

A 14" tall platform frame supports the mattress directly while also providing extra storage underneath the bed.

Serene™ Comfort Foam is breathable and creates personalized comfort by conforming to the natural curve of your body. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still happy after 6 months I bought the Richmond back in the early part of November. I was told that it would take some time to get used to my new bed and the salesman was right. I slept pretty roughly for a couple of weeks but once I adjusted I loved my Richmond. Its been nearly six months now and I still love laying in bed. We bought the Richmond with the adjustable platform and that makes a huge difference in the quality of our sleep. Lifting my head makes it easier to breath and lifting my legs really helps relieve pressure on my back. We had some concerns because of the memory foam top to this bed. We've had memory foam before and it caused me to sweat horribly. I dont know what the difference is between what we had before and the memory foam we have in our Richmond but I have no issues with sleeping hot in it. Overall we are very pleased. This feels like a solid, quality bed. The comfort is exactly what my wife and I need. Ive been telling all my friends and family to shop at Denver Mattress. We wont go anywhere else, ever again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dissapointed We have had this mattress for a little over two years. When we laid on it in the store we were told it would soften up a bit so get it a little firm. Which we did. We kind of got used to it for awhile but it was always a little firmer than we like. It never really did soften up. It has been ok but never really exactly what we were looking for. After some pretty stiff backs lately im aftaid we are looking for a new mattress. Dissapointed.

I have severe lower back problems and this mattress really helped me out. I have this in combination with the adjustable base and it's the perfect combination. The mattress is very well put together. We have no complaints with it.

At first, it felt firmer than it had in the store and it took about 30 days to adjust to it and break it and during that period it was a little uncomfortable, but after adjusting, I love the mattress.
