Get a Jump Start
New employees can expect in-store training within the first two weeks of their start date and a 4-day, paid training seminar at corporate headquarters in Denver.
As members of a strong team, our employees receive the training and support required for advancement and achievement.
Spring Your Career Forward
At each level of Assistant Management, Management and Upper Management, you can also look forward to participating in an annual nationwide training.
Key Training Points
- First 2-4 weeks, in store New Employee Training
- 90 Days +/-, Sales Performance Training - 4 day paid training seminar at corporate HQ in Denver
- After promotion to Asst Mgr (90 days +/- from promotion), Assistant Managers Training - 4 day paid training seminar at corporate HQ in Denver
- Annual Nationwide Assistant Manager Training - 5 day paid training seminar held at a different resort each year
- After promotion to Manager (90 days +/- from promotion), Management Growth and Development - 4 day paid training seminar at corporate HQ in Denver
- Annual Nationwide Store Manager Training ? Paid Training seminar
- Annual Nationwide Manager Training - 5 day paid training seminar held at a different resort each year
- Semi-Annual Upper Management Training - 5 day paid training seminars held at different resorts
Compensation is commission based and there are also lucrative weekly and monthly bonus opportunities. There are numerous contests throughout the year featuring exciting cash, merchandise, and travel awards. Furthermore, each year ends with cash and travel award recognition for those that are excelling in their position.
